AutoReportNG:
except if we want to lie to ourselves and I won't follow them to lie, even June 2019 will only be possible if they work 24/7 non-stop.
2018 has few days left and I don't see a miracle happening, we visited the site at Ebute-Metta, though work is on-going there still needs a lot to be done.
So, it will be safe to say the middle of 2019.
Compliments of the season... was just hoping too since the minister has been singing the Dec 2018 tune from the very begining but none the less, they don't have to complete the Ebutte Metta and Apapa Station to technically reach Lagos- if they lay the track to say Agbado/Iju/Agege which are all technically Lagos albeit outskirt- they would have met the deadline- (Here is to hoping). They can then continue the extension to Ebutte and Apapa- building inside Lagos has wil always be the most challenging part of this project. |

AutoReportNG: In our usual way of updating the on-going Lagos-Ibadan railway which spans across 3 states which are Oyo, Ogun and Lagos states.
AutoReportNG can report that work has finished on the Ogun River and Tonowo-1 Bridge respectively, they are now moving across Lagos state which will be the final destination.
The project is expected to be completed before June 2019.
These are pictures from the site, Ogun Axis to be specific...
Source: https://www.autoreportng.com/2018/12/update-on-lagos-ibadan-railway-photos.html AutoReportNG, where did you get this latest deadline from? the official deadline has always been "end of 2018", please clarify |

Fayemi is too bookish imo. He should be in the engine room formulating policies than leading a team. His works are too slow for a country/people that need things moving! |

Yinkzy03: Baba, lwkmd, this money isn't easy to come buy o, after i had driven in Nija for over 18years, na risk but my first lesson gave me hope. Lets see how it pans out...Na, i live in a small and not busy city, and the driving test is usually done in the same area... Can't believe it's £25 now!!! These driver instructors/firms are acting like our cabals, with so much instructors out there one would expect the price to be crashing Driving in Nigeria though...the bad habits becomes standard but for the sake of test you should cope! Whatever you do, dont honk!!! |

Yinkzy03: Good morning Guys,
I hope we are all enjoying the weather. Its getting to me already o so i'm dressed like a masquerade in the house. Trying to push it as far as i can before using the heater.
I passed my Driving Theory Test, all Thanks to God, although that Hazard Perception na border line tins. I used Theory 4in1 app, it did a good job and it took me about a week plus, although serious studying and good sticky memory should be able to achieve it in 3days. Booked for the practical already and got a driving school, £25/hour. I told them i've got only 5 lessons to do, whichever way they wana do it, its up to them. Low and behold, it wasn't as bad as i thought, first lesson was good and i did't face one-way, lol.
Just to give you all a heads up.
Its been silent here though, where are you guys @fatima04, @lexusgs430, @wonlasewonimi, @iamconfused, @sutelk, @Inkredible, @DaveChapelle... Only 5 lessons...are you from Ijebu? Just hope your area is not too busy with annoying motorists that can make you commit. Good you set yourself a target, at least after the first test you will get an idea of what they are looking for |

sky101: Hmmm, I wish Nigerians are really Nigerians. Have you been to immigration (Passport) office in any Northern state? I dare say there are more non-Nigerians with 'Nigerian Passports' than Nigerian with the passport.
You can do a poll on NairaLand if you please.
10 years Term enlongation will only favour 'Them' how do you conclude someone is non-Nigerian by the way? 10years elongation favours everyone will to pay for it, the process is cumbersome and unnecessary paperwork |
