Is it up to Yaradua or The Judges? Yaradua has no business with them, the judges should do their work acording to the law simple.no pressure from outsiders

that serves them right, they were using dodgy tactics to delay their trails at the beginning now justice have forgotten them grin they should ask to be tried not released!
and those asking for massob members to be released as well should look for something to do!

I think lawyers using delaying strategies during trials should be suspended, if their clients are not fainting, they are missing their families or requesting chairs to seat in courts or they themselves can't find one paper or they other undecided

As long as there are no time limits to which people are detaineed, people will continue to suffer before court hearings, guilty or not. thats what they should be asking for!

You need to read properrly or moshoodn needs to rephrase the topic.
i read it properly wink

"If You Fall Sick And Gets Fired On Resumption" MEANS you fall sick when you START work
. . . when you RESTART work

-The act or an instance of resuming; a beginning again
-A continuing after interruption
-restart
-beginning again

peace wink
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Recruitment Consultants And Registration Charges by DisGuy: 3:54pm On Jul 02, 2007
I think it will be better if they charge their fees after securing a place for their clients except ther registration fees is very low initially.
Actually i wont trust a nigerian HR consultants that ask for fees at the start.they know how the labour market is in nigeria and they; exploit it to the fullest!
Make sure you ask them about their succes rate and reference!!

Politics › Re: Politics of indigeneship in Rivers State Contracts Award, Indigenes Angry. by DisGuy: 1:51pm On Jul 01, 2007
The contract which is huge and mouth-watering is for the construction of a new shopping mall.
cheesy

Our sources say who owns big investments very close to Tantalizers.
We have heard that the same man built the Rivers State House of Assembly valued at close to N4.5 billion.
We have been told that he was the one who handled the new Judiciary complex at a cost some say is about N3 billion.
He is the same one handling the renovation of the State Secretariat complex.
Now, Omehia to the consternation of Rivers people including those who are close to him has given him another slice of big business with some asking when Rivers people would have the benefit of doing such jobs in their own state.
Some Rivers people reached said Omehia should think again and place more emphasis on developing Rivers political and economic interests to avert a backlash that could indeed be very costly.

Mustay:
Lagos is actually the 'federal government' of nigeria. If you live in Lagos, you won't be writing rubbish like you've written.
I bet if Lagos was still d capital, attention of d fg'll be more than this. Government has a lot of responsibilities here in Lagos.
Mustay:
@ awon omo eko-
you can now see how d brt is causing trouble on d ikorodu road. D rain doesn't help matters.
With d flood in Lagos, I believe we Lagosians are part of d problem of d flood as we are the same people that block these canals!
when your state governors are not doing anything you are here passing the blame again. and thank goodness you actually blamed yourself but not the governors weird uh, seems these people got u lot by the balls!!

Seriously though, you need to take legal action. You have the internet, contact as many people of african origin as possible and let them denounce these people. Make a report at your local police station. Verbal assault is a crime. We're more civilized than them so don't tread their path.
that might work if you are in the USA and the 'white people' are celebrity of something, but a regular guy start talking shyte to you you talk shyte back simple.
