getting the realman might be a serious problem. lowkwy life is just the best scammers and gold diggers?? she doesnt exactly look like someone that was born yesterday... almost like telling a young girl not to get a high paying job or venture into high profit business cos she wont get a suitor... I do agree lowkey lifestyle is the best.. |

I admire her motivation and hustle, there is nothing more satisfying in spending your hard earn money.I am really impressed, keep it up especially with the mentoring part.
There is no better gift than knowledge. will buying expensive stuff stop her from getting married? she has a house doesnt she? and she's 34yrs..permission from dad? well different strokes |

Arysexy: Must u insult to pass a message?
I was inside a bus, and a passenger in the same bus commented that moles amongst the soldiers might have sent signal to boko of the movement, that we shouldn't be suprised if they are ambushed.
What did u not understand in my comment. sorry about the insult... but the whole scenario doesnt make sense, but then again conspiracy theories abound...i mean TB joshua believed he was attacked by boko haram |

snipperswill: The Nigerian 34 year old Nigerian female blogger made her her birthday a remarkable one by getting herself the 2014 latest range rover sport. Below is what has to say
Yay! My dad finally gave me permission to buy the 2014 Range Rover and I'm beyond happy. I've wanted this car for so long but he was against me buying it. But it's my birthday this Friday and he finally agreed that I could buy it for myself as a birthday present.
So he and I went to a car company in Victoria Island yesterday and bought this brand new 2014 Range Rover Sports Supercharged. I bought it for N24million. Yeah, I know! Its a lot of money to spend on a car but I've been wanting this car since it came out...so...lol. But I swear I've been feeling so guilty since I bought it. I keep telling myself 'do you know how many lives you would have changed with N24million?" A lot, I know...but my life is important too na, abi? Lol.
Continue to read more and see more pictures of her 2008 Toyota Camry and 2011 Infinity FX 35. #Biggirlthingz. nauseating..34yo waiting for permission from her dad...naija... |

Arysexy: I saw these soldiers on Sunday afternoon around ring road benin in chartered luxurious buses about 8 of them, akunwata, ,young shall grow etc. They were in high spirits shooting into d air, brandishing daggers as they moved in convoy.
My instinct told me they were heading to north, and one of d passengers said some of the soldiers might have informed boko of the reinforcement coming, only for me to read this.
Hmmm I fear for this country. which kind brain be this abeg, some of you sound like you grew up with beer parlour logic! a passenger said? |

from the other thread...
I keep asking myself, what's so difficult in people buying their own tickets on-line ? surely Nigerian debit cards are accepted on the website I think people should always try to do things themselves...from applying for visa, booking tickets, hotels etc laptop with internet, visa/mastercard is all you need..
very sad experience |

Emmagency: Yea.. I'm quite aware of that... I've done a lot of comparison and this looks like the best option and it's a sim-only deal so I should be able to opt out whenever I choose. My question is who is currently enjoying a better deal than this and on which network guys? unfortunately as you have stated, you cant have it both way and most of the lyca-lebara-vectone-giffgaff, have a trade off the best you can do is, use it for a month or so, weight you options and move on, it's all dependent on individual usage, uni/accommodation wifi access, etc the good thing is you can always move with you number or pay a bit more and get better options |

NYSC › Re: NYSC Speaks On #4000 Fee For Printing Call-up Letters. by DisGuy: 10:42am On Sep 11, 2014 |
retepmurt: NATIONAL Youth Service Corps, NYSC, yesterday, explained that the N4,000 fee imposed on prospective corps members for printing of call-up letters on-line was for services and infrastructure to be deployed by the collaborating firm.
Director General of NYSC, Brig-General Jonhson Olawumi, said the money was neither for the scheme nor the corps producing institutions as it was being alleged by some quarters.
NYSC, in a bid to improve its operations in line with global cutting-edge technology, went into partnership with a private company, Messrs. SIDMACH Technologies Nigeria Limited, for the full computerisation of the mobilisation process.

Ik09: You've probably heard this before, but just in case...
Register on kamernet.nl, then u can search for rooms to rent. There's an option at the top right (I think) to view the site in English.
Being the only Nigerian in your vicinity is tough, but you'll adapt. Besides if you can't survive without Nigerians nearby, you should have stayed back in Nigeria?. Term just started, so clubs and societies will be open to new members. You could try joining one.
Or just try being friendly with your classmates. Instead of being 'the black guy with earphones that's always frowning' (trust me, I've been there before), you could try starting conversation with someone in class. That's the easiest way to make friends.
Getting a job is always difficult. But if you can't speak Dutch, you will NOT get a part-time job. Focus on learning the language first...
Unfortunately, if cash is tight there's very little international students can do legitimately. I guess that's why they ask for proof of funds before granting visas.
All the best, Bro. You've been given an opportunity most people can only dream about. excellent! |
