samguru:
Unilever has been reporting loss for couple of years back and the board is coming up with resolutions that will make the company to bleed further.

Imagine the board is proposing #62 million for director as directors fees and as well as #12million vehicle allowance for the chairman.

This proxy AGM is an opportunity for some rogues in board of the listed companies to strangulate our companies.

Securities and Exchange Commission, minority shareholders can not breath again!
Why does the European arm of this company continue to buy the shares of the Nigerian company? Is it that they know something we do not? I recently sold out of Unilever with 10% gains when they refused to reinstate dividends. I keep thinking there must be something the Europeans see that I am missing, I'll buy again if it crashes to March level

This is one funny post. Cream to continually make you bald? When you enter the system, $10 or $15 for hair cut would not be your worries. There would be bigger things to worry about.

coachee1: thanks.
My man, I wan ask this questione mek others learn too....... My grandfather attended the same school where am heading to for his masters. Though he is retired now here in Nigeria. When asked how did i get to know my school, is it bad to say: "actually, my grandfather attended the school so thats how i got to know about the school?"
If asked, and you reply "my grand mother is an alumna of bla bla bla" That can almost guarantee you your visa

smartguy1759: Thank God you posted this, one of the landlords on craigslist is asking me too pay upfront for Sept. 1st move-in. So, how do one go around this off-campus housing issue, because I don't know anybdy in NJ that am going to. I am so on my own.
My Advice to everyone looking for a place to live, look for apartments or rooms on craigslist but NEVER send money to any one until you get to the US and only pay after move in. And make sure you get receipt for the money you're payin.

There are a couple of ways to get a hotel for a night when you get to the US. download apps like Hotel Tonight, Priceline, Hotel.com and others. When you land in your city right at the airport, connect to a free WiFi and search for hotels on your smartphone and get hotels around the airport vicinity. look for the cheapest and stay for the night then locate an apartment the next day.

The best thing is to have someone pick you up at the airport but if you're like me with no one to pick you up, this is your best bet and you'd save a couple of $$ on hotels for the night.

Housing is not as hard as people make it sound especially in school areas. As long as you have money to pay your rent, you should be good.

GboyegaD: You can take your vacinnations at LUTH on Thursday mornings. As for accommmodation, I will suggest you use either www.craigslist.org or www.apartmentguide.com.
Just to add to this post, NEVER ever pay any body upfront for an apartment on craigslist. A lot of people are on craigslist to cheat. Best of luck to you

What has comportment and facial expression got to do with an interview? Just act normal, and not laugh like a lunatic. That should be good enough

Confirmvisa: Thanks its for US visa. I was deny denied last year and today for different schools.
I read a couple of posts where you were blasting people. You have no right to blast anyone. Especially if you do not know when to use past and present tense.

Everyone else, in as much as I support criticism, I believe this can be done without sounding too hostile.
