to accept constructive criticism as no one knows all. We are humans and you are bound to make mistakes.

For schools in the UK approved by PTDF, you
can choose University of Manchester or University
of Salford.

if you had 2.1 choose University of Manchester
as it is in the top 40 in the world and highly renowned globally. If you had 2.2 apply to Salford as they accept it though it is lowly ranked.

The departments in both schools accept WAEC English.

I have 3 offers already but non of the courses are listed exactly on their sites. They are;
MSc Sustainable Chemical Engineering at Newcastle.
MSc Advanced Chemical Engineering with Info Tech & Management (my favorite) at Loughborough University
and MSc Chemical & Petroleum Engineering at University of Bradford.
As you can see only Newcastle University is among the schools they listed on their website.
Please what are my chances or should I just apply for a new course that is on the lsit?

Calm down. I learnt they have paid some of u guys. PTDF scholaship is one of the best if not the best. Your allowances are more than Commonwealth and Chevening scholars. The problem is due to the foreign ota monotonous federal account. Call PTDF now.

The Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) is a parastatal of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources established by Decree 25 of 1973 for the purpose of developing and promoting petroleum technology and for creating the manpower needs of the oil and gas industry through research and training of Nigerians.

SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS

Entitlements include the full costs of tuition fees for up to two years for a Masters award. An economy class flight to and from Australia is provided and an approximate annual stipend of AUD 30,000 to cover living expenses whilst on award in Australia. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) is also provided to cover Awardee’s basic medical costs. A one off Establishment Allowance of AUD 5,000 is payable to assist with the costs of starting life in Australia and commencing your course (e.g. course books and materials, rental deposits, household items etc.). Awardees, whose families remain in their home country, may be entitled to a reunion airfare to allow them to travel home midway through the course, but this is only available to Awardees whose course is for 2 years or longer.

Eligibility

At least 25 and not more than 50 years of age at the date of application
At least three (3) years’ post-graduation work experience. This work experience must be in a role relevant to the proposed field of study and to employment organisation type (e.g. public sector applicants should demonstrate public sector work experience).
Possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) from a recognised institution of at least four (4) years in length with at least a 2nd Class Pass.
Public sector candidates must comply with Government of Nigeria regulations for government employees wishing to apply for scholarships.
Public sector, private sector and civil society candidates must provide evidence of completion of the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) when they apply.
Must not already hold, or be studying for, a Masters degree
Must be willing to make a formal commitment to return to your current employment following completion of the award

National of Nigeria
Professionals working in the Public Sector, the Private Sector or a Non-Government Organisation (Civil Society) in one of the listed priority fields of study.
Professionals who wish to undertake a Masters degree in Australia in one of the listed priority fields of study. (Masters of Business Administration are not permitted)
Persons with a clear vision of how the knowledge gained through the study of a Masters degree will be used to improve policy, practice or education in the proposed field of study.
