I was in courtship with this guy late 2017, we were working towards getting married. we broke up sometime in 2018. Since then, it's been difficult for me to love again. I really loved him and could go extreme for him.

He is very principled. Now he is saying that he doesn't feel that connection between us. I am so so grateful to God, don't even know where to start from. My approval is a miracle o. I never knew about this forum until 3 weeks after applying, whoops!! And when I started reading posts here I was so scared that I messed up my application, because I felt my documents I submitted wasn't complete, like affidavits of sponsor, certificates, and what made me scared the most was my sponsor..I used a third party sponsor, I don't even know the person, he just allowed me to use his SOA (but he was a kind man tho. I approached him that day and gave Me his SOA the next day) and my parent weren't financially buoyant at all.. I just used what I saw on Google and CIC website to apply o. So when I started reading post here about the nairobi guys, home ties, third party sponsor...I was so damn scared , I lot hope already, I was just waiting for a refusal sef so I can reapply better and in peace, because the tension ehh no be here o. A big thank you to @ Qudkom @ makano for your advice. @Dmerciful my personal VO ,i worried him as if he was the VO handling my application o..lol, he advised me to send another SOA (mine and my elder brother)via web form and mail to them even after getting biometric correspondence mail. thanks for your support and prayers only God can repay you. Frankrobbn1: The moniker made it seem like I am passing a misleading information to the OP. The advices I render on this window are strictly from the wisdom of my experiences which I have enjoyed for over the years as an active member of this reputable platform which I believe many can attest to this. I don't do a guess work here . Every point I make are always backed up with adequate proof and relevant experiences from different applicants encounter which can be seen from these two successful applicants (Questionner and Ify85). I have seen several cases where applicants were approved of their visas with a conditional offer which indicated that their full acceptance into the program is pending until the receipt of their official transcripts.
As I always say on this thread, mine is to advice you. Above all, it's your decision to make on whether to follow the advices or not.

This is not the condition the op is asking. He is asking if you're given a conditional offer pending when they receive your official transcript and wants to know if you can apply with that conditional offer and I maintain it's a capital NO!
Frankrobbn1: Are you insinuating that applicants with conditional offer letter can't be approved of their visas? Let me tell you why that suggestion is not right. IRCC clearly stated that applicants with conditional offer of acceptance can apply for their Visa provided that they can meet the conditions established on their acceptance letter. There are so many applicants who doesn't have strong academic background on their proposed program probably because they didn't study a course related program in their first degree, as a consequence the university issues them a conditional offer on the account that they must complete some prerequisite courses prior to their full acceptance into the main program. This has never pose to be a problem and majority of these applicants were approved because they have shown that the conditions can be meet once they get into Canada.
In summary, applicants with conditional offer can apply for their visa and will not face any issues at the Visa processing office.
