When we received negative feedbacks from customers or potential customers, it's an opportunity to learn and not to push back. Appreciable number of people liked the guy's submissions so it's reasonable for kiekie1 to take the feedback and improve. Lose you WAEC cert and you lose it forever. What you get is a testimonial. You can always request for a transcript of your bachelors but that cert is irreplaceable.

If he says the army has and and he swears to that, any accusation by you or anyone remains a propaganda.

Fire destroys your cert, it goes forever, the only document that can subtitute the actual cert is a police report in conjunction with a sworn affidavit.

You father can get a certified true copy reissued. The law is the law and should be applied to all. There is a possibility that he did not get into the military on merit and that is what is being hidden by Bubu. He knows if he brings the result or ask the institution to reissue and it's seen that he did not even possess the minimum credits to be commissioned as an officer, his whole military career becomes a fraud. The request for his certificate is to uncover this fraud and only the discerning minds know this

The army has the principle of collecting original certificates of their intake. How are you sure the military returned the collected cert to Buhari when such can be lost for different reasons.
