LilChamp: I am currently in a relationship of 4 years, I started dating when I was in the University then she was in 100 Level, since then alot has happened.
I remember a day when she called me that her mum sent her to give a guy who was his family friend food stuffs in his apartment, then she was staying in the school hostel and just came back from home, I later got to know she wasn't related to the guy in anyway, they were only primary school mate but she gave me that excuse in other to visit the guy in his apartment. Alot of other lies which I can't explain all through this forum.
Now that she is currently serving far away in an eastern state, I called her this night but she wasn't picking up, also called her friend whom they stay in the same hostel but she told me she is outside and not currently in the room.
I later gave up after calling her like 40times without picking up. At around 10:00pm she flashed me with a number, when I called her back she said she misplaced her phone and she is currently looking for it, she told me she has informed the OBS crew in camp and they are making efforts in helping her recover the phone.
She later called back with her phone and informed me she has seen it that same night. I don't know why I didn't believe her and I insisted on knowing what really happened and why she hasn't been picking my calls.
It was after she knew I wasn't ready to believe what she told me that she later opened up that she knew her phone was ringing and didn't misplaced it.
I challenged her that she must have been with a guy outside at night, though she denied it at first and later opened up that I was right.
The truth is I have been totally faithful to her and always believed she is the right girl for me.
I don't know what to do at this Junction, I really need advice because I don't know if I should still hold on or not.
Pls I need reasonable advice from mature folks
bros e!run run keep on running.when u marry such girl u will die young.
Dreamwaker: My New GT Bank Debit Card's C.V.V. Is 666 (Photo)
While out shopping, I lost my debit card so I applied for a new one. It was ready in a week which to me is a long time to get a replacement card. Other banks do it in less than 20 minutes. Anyway I got my card and went home.
I didn't bother looking at the card until yesterday when I wanted to shop online and time to put the C.V.V number, I was shocked to see 666. Ah mogbe!!! Revelations in the Bible came to my mind. What ever you want to buy, 666 will be required. I didn't buy whatever I wanted to buy and started trying to convince myself that it's just a coincidence but it's not possible.
I cannot keep this card and GT Bank must give me a free replacement. For my religious beliefs and also security. It can easily be guessed by any fraudster.
Meanwhile I will like to know how many people will keep the card. Don't try and convince me sha, I have made up my mind
when i was serving,my bunk mate NYCS number was 666.he did not change it and nothing happened.

sarrki: THE Federal Government has approved arms-bearing for the men and officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps following upsurge in violent attacks and killing of some of its operatives during legitimate duties.
This is coming on the sad revelation that the Corps has lost over 70 of its personnel in 2016 alone as a result of violent attacks by motorists at the course of duties on highways.
Corps Marshal and Chief Executive of FRSC, Dr Boboye Oyeyemi, made this known on Friday in Abuja at the end of year management strategy session as a way to assess the Corps stewardship as well as ensuring effective service delivery.
He noted that the FRSC Establishment Act gives power to the corps to bear arms and that the Federal Government had earlier approved that, with about 5,000 personnel already undergoing training on firearms.
The Federal Government has however approved the recruitment of about 450 personnel to beef up the operational capacity of FRSC in prompt rescue operations and enforcement drive.
Oyeyemi said: “The Act gives power to the Corps to bear arms and 5,000 of our personnel have been trained. We are just waiting for the validation of the earlier approval.
“Sadly, within the one year, we have lost 70 personnel. It is sad to note that some killing and maiming of operatives, including one from a sister agency in close collaboration with the Corps were in the course of official duties.
“A recent occurrence was the happening in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State where a motorist ran into the Mobile Court in session, killing three operatives almost instantly while a Civil Defence operative died later as a result of injuries sustained in the dastardly act.
He, however, declared that the Corps would not give up, ensuring that the mandate of making Nigerian highways safer is achieved.
The Corps Marshal said he had since last year raised the alarm that some Nigerian motorists were becoming unusually violent, following rising cases of wilful killings of some of the Corps’ operatives on official duties.
He also revealed that at the end of week 47 of 2016, road crashes claimed the lives of 4,005 persons in Nigeria from 7,657 crashes as recorded by the Corps.
He, however, pointed out that the Corps has recorded 15 per cent reduction in road traffic crashes and 25 per cent in fatality rate, during the third quarter of 2016, saying this was an indication that the Corps is making progress in the campaigns.
He said: “For instance, as at September this year, we have achieved 77.19 per cent of the expectation in RTC reduction while 83.33 per cent was archived in respect of fatality rate. We will not only keep momentum but further accelerate achievement of goals,” he said.
He also disclosed that the Corps has sacked 66 personnel (10 officers and 56 marshals) on issues bothering on indiscipline, particularly inducement of operatives by motorists to evade arrest and outright extortion by operatives.
Oyeyemi added that 33 other personnel were had their ranks reduced or lost of seniority as part of disciplinary action on them.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Engineer Babachir Lawal, reaffirmed the commitment of the Federal Government in supporting FRSC in achieving its mandate of making Nigerian roads safe for the citizens.
He said the government has accordingly approved the recruitment of 4350 personnel to boost the operational capacity of the Corps.
Lawal who was represented by the Permanent Secretary, Political and Economic Affairs, Ambassador Olukunle Gbangbose, said the Federal Government would ensure that FRSC is properly equipped for effective service delivery while calling on the top management of the Corps to begin to think out of the box in addressing challenges faced.

However, I have a problem. At 4:32 she spoke some words which I don't understand: "bo shadada vandasanda". After singing some more, at 4:52, she sang these words "o rerererebo shande yama zeke allelu," which I don't understand either. When I asked for the translation, I was told she was speaking in tongues which, fortunately, can be interpreted by those who have the gift of interpretation.
I hereby call upon Nairalanders with the gift of interpretation of tongues to interpret those words for us so we can fully appreciate the song.

aminulive: The Rivers State Amnesty Committee delivered its preliminary report to the Governor of Rivers State today, November 15. Part of the report was a presentation of arms recovered.
Below are photos of the arms recovered from militants who were granted amnesty by the state recently. These weapons are enough to start another civil war in Nigeria.
yGist: An ex-militant leader in Rivers State, Chief Ateke Tom, has called on the security agencies to be very thorough in their responsibilities so that criminals would have no hiding place in the state in the December 10 re-run elections in some parts of the state.
Tom made the call in Port Harcourt on Monday while fielding questions from newsmen about the upcoming election. He said that peace remained crucial for a successful re-run elections in the state and subsequently enjoined people of the state to be peaceful during the election.
The ex-militant leader also preached that it is undemocratic for political parties to promote issues capable of igniting crisis, emphasising that “politics should not be a do or die affair”. His words:
“Parties should be free to hold their campaigns anywhere in the state without fear or favour. I am ready to support the holding of party campaigns even in my bedroom, in my village too, every party is welcome.”
