Igbo nd yoruba infact have identical origins going back 4000yrs

it's jst a pity for the igbos that the sire to foreign religion is overwhelming the igbo consciousness...I see no reason why any igbo would claim hebrew if not for the Sire that comes with accepting a religion wit Hebrew origin
Thanks brother, I love your side of the view. Thanks

U guys just like disturbing Yoruba people, wat concerns Igbo in Moremi's story to the lost Hebrews? aren't they Hebrews again? They now Ifes

This claim can't be taken seriously
It's totally false
Sir/ma, I've come to the conclusion that igbos are not Africans they emanated from the ancient Palestine that why its difficult to tell their history. They have no history that can embed them effectively to the evolution of African, they have to go back to Israel.
CrimeRe: Photos: Pregnant Lady Charmed By A One Eyed-beggar In A Bus In Enugu by dollarlander:
Some ibos/igbos or Israelites, whatever you say you are, will come on this space and tell us they are industrious and successful because of their hardworking.

These generation of otokoto. There was a time these Nigerian Israelites placed one of them, Clifford orji, around oshodi Toyota bus stop along Ikeja airport road, that one was behaving like a mad man killing thousands for rituals. In the night you will see exhortic cars parked along the road buying human parts unknowingly to the public until God exposed them.

It is dangerous to do business that runs into millions with these set of people, they will swindle, dwindle, mangled and kill you, sell your body parts for money.

Show me an Igbo man that obtains so called success that is not through a cunning mean.

They are not actually hard working as many see them to be. Any part of Nigeria where there's no kidnapping or ritual killings, the ibos there are not many or are not there at all. The moment ritual killings begin, trace it to the ibos living in that area. Their quest for money is terrible.

A story of an IBO man who knew what he did to his father and expects same from his children went to join a potent cult, and he was given a special cloth to cover when sleeping at night. One night one of the sons came with a juju to turn the man to an animal and take him away for rituals, but the man disappeared and the son went mad immediately. But eventually, another of his son used him for rituals.

If you watch Kanayo O Kanayo's movies, they all show the ritualistic tendencies of this race. And I begin to believe that they are actually from Israel, they may be the generations that went after idolatry and rituals of the middle east region of that century because these ibos practice exactly what God warned the children of Israel not to do.

Thanks to God that they were sent away from Israel they would have used all the best brains in the world today for rituals and our world may have been negatively affected.

Igbority. I know you guys will hammer me for this post but I don't care. That's why I love Nairaland. At least none of you igbority knows who I am.

I'm waiting for your bash.

We need these information on Nairaland and make it go viral on all the social media so that our politicians will know they have no hidding place.

PoliticsObasanjo Returned Money He Collected From Abacha Family by dollarlander(op): 7:54am On May 02, 2015
Good morning Nairaland people, the source of knowledge and information.

Please I heard that Ex President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo had returned the money he collected from Abacha's loot from his family back to the government.

I heard that he collected the money from the family and pocket it. But now that he knows the kind of President that is coming in he decided to return the money.

I actually don't have any further information to back this claim. But the people that were discussing it were sure of their information.

So I decided to bring the news here if there is someone in Nairaland space that has more information to substantiate the news.

Actually, there are a number of them that have started returning their loots. I will also like the new government to probe the #2trillion naira campaign money spent by Jonathan's administration on election. Those Yoruba obas that collected egunje must return back the money if they are to have any relevance in this country again.

So nairalanders up to the house to shed more light on this thread.

Thank you all.

TheIROKO:
THIS IS NIGERIA WHERE INTELLECTS LIKE SANUSI BECOME CEREMONIAL MONARCHS WHILE PEOPLE WITH FAR LESS CREDENTIALS BECOME PRESIDENTS.
WHEN WILL MERIT BE THE BASIS FOR ATTAINMENT IN THIS CRAZY SOCIETY OF OURS?
The military intervention in Nigeria politics has actually ridiculed Nigeria military in greater measure in this country, that's why no one recognises the military to be better educated than the civilian.

The world development today is based on military research work. The america department of defence started ARPANET that has become internet today. The computer technology itself started as a result of the need to apply some degree of accuracy in military.

The telephone communication began with the need for proper communication in the military and all these products became solution to better our lifes today.

The highest or the most complex technology today stems from military needs. These needs became impulse for civilian technological momentum and we are here today.

The military is better educated than civilians. The only difference is that civilians are larger in number than the educated military.

The soldier cadres, who are not well educated are the most seeing by the civilian society and those ones are designed to be disgruntled elements and brutal human being. When they are used to correct the anomalies in the civilian populace we see all the components of military as if that's who they are.

Actually, HRH Sanusi Mohammed II of kano might be well educated and speaks good English but My General BUHARI is highly learnered General in his own right.

If you know what it takes to become a General you will respect the personality of BUHARI.

Just like its difficult for an average south Western to believe an average northern is an educated fellow, because he is used to seeing the malams and the abokis who push dirty trucks and you beg for money on the street. To him that's an average northern. So if he hears HRH Sanusi speaks English it sounds strange to hear such from the northern man.

The is the same when Nigerians are looking at the military. They see them as ordinary AK47 carrier.

There is a serious need for national orientation in this country.

Good day to all the knowledgeable people of the religious section.I do not know if this topic has been discussed before since I am new here. However I am a student of the Bible because it fascinates me a great deal.In fact I have read the book cover to cover a couple of times, however there is one passage that has always fascinated me and I have always wondered what this passage teaches us as students of the Bible or Christians?
The passage in question is 2nd Kings Chapter 2 verses 23-25.

I have always wondered about this passage and what it is trying to teach us as Christians and as human beings.

Please read along with me and let us rub minds together on this passage and any other passages in the Bible that you find fascinating;
You wrote the above thread on 30th September 2013.

You said you are a Bible student and you've read Bible from cover to cover and you are spilling these dirty statements out of your mouth.

Your posts are Christ like but your attitude is that of anti christ. How have you been able to serve two masters?

Please renounce your Christianity if you are and rededicate your life to christ and pick the race all over.

The bible you claim to have read has not mingled with your spirit, you are still carrying the old body that's why terrible statements are spewing out of your mouth and transcending to your fingers to write rubbish here.

I know you may want to say you are a pastors wife or you are a pastor. We know your kinds. It is attitude of yours people will see in church and say if that's the pastors wife I will never go to church again.

You that was denied to study civic education you are talking about 1999 constitution. Do you know what's written there.

You are talking as if you don't know the enormous power the constitution vested in a man called president. If 1999 constitution is what you theoretically quoted it is, the mess created by your mother, patience Jonathan would have been curtailed before it jeopardize the ambition of her husband.

1999 constitution does not work when government wants to use her power to deal with individual. What did aleogo dokpesi your brother did to people that destroyed his Abuja properties some years back. They also came with the articles of power from the same constitution to deal with him.

If BUHARI wants to wipe out AIT from nigeria, it takes him to utter a statement that barns AIT from working in Nigeria and AIT will go to court under 1999 constitution and the case may be in court till Jonathan returns back to government which can never happen in Nigeria again.

I advise you read 1999 constitution again if you have a copy and I will show you how AIT can be wiped out of business from the same constitution.

WebmastersRe: Opinion: 5 Reasons Why Nairaland Is Better Than Facebook For Nigerians by dollarlander: 2:01pm On Apr 27, 2015
Martins301:
1. Privacy

Unlike facebook where you have to use your name, upload your pics (which is archived) and post really interesting stuffs to attract likes, comments and friends, Nairaland isn't like that. Only your username (which can be as fake as the smile of a policeman demanding for bribe) is displayed, plus you get to change your profile pic (which can be fake as well) without the previous ones being archived for public consumption. This sort of privacy has given lots of people the courage to freely express themselves and exhibit behaviours they would never dare to exhibit in real life. Take for instance the case of beryl04 supporting gay rights and Depressedguy confessing that he is gay. Am 100% sure they would never do such in real life. Such privacy has also led some people to exhibit clownish behaviours capable of making people laugh e.g PhockPhockMan tit temitemi1 orijin101 and Airforce1

2. Learning & Information

In terms of learning and getting information on different issues, Nairaland beats facebook hands down. Nairaland has different sections and subsections such as politics, religion, romance, family, jobs, education, business, etc that you can learn and get information from. In fact, it has been statistically and scientifically proven by me that the less time you spend on facebook and the more time you spend on Nairaland, the high the level of your awareness and social intelligience.

3. Features

There are specific features that makes NL also better than FB. Some include absence of delete button and ability to quote the comments of other users. On the absence of delete button, I think its good cos it makes people concious of what they say, knowing fully well they cannot take it back, especially once it has been quoted by someone else. Although there is room to modify your writeup, it is still a good thing that ordinary users do not have the ability to delete posts so as to provide evidence and punish frequent rule breakers babyosisi barcanista and emmyw and temitemi1, and thus maintain decorum in the forum.

4. Historical Records

If not for the issue of hackers and data loss that hit the site, Nairaland would still have had the records of 'every and all' posts dating 5, 6, 7 years back. Facebook on the other hand appears to permanently delete your posts that are 6 to 12 months old. Am patiently waiting for October 2016 so I can remind barcanista of how he wrongly predicted or forecasted in March 2015 that PDP would win Edo state grin

5. Helping Nigerians

I don't know how many people in Nigeria have gotten jobs through facebook but I do know of many that have gotten employment through Nairaland. I also know of one or two persons who got helped with paying hospital bills through Nairaland.

Having used Facebook and Nairaland, I think Nairaland is the place to be for Nigerians. Feel free to add to the list. Like this post if you agree with it and Share if you disagree.

I've seen the Muslim community used Nairaland to raise money for school children to buy books, in fact all school materials distributed to the very less privileged in Lagos state it was a great event.

Nairaland was used as the platform to do it.

I've never seen such on Facebook.

Which business would you advice a young graduate like me to invest 500,000 naira and get good return on investment.
Where do you leave in Nigeria. Well anyway, where you leave does not really matter as long as you have the zeal to make money.
I will advice you invest your money in landed properties. If you leave in cities like Port Harcourt I think you will understand what I mean.
A plot of land in Port Harcourt 7 years ago that was sold for #700,000 now goes for #18,000,000. If I lies call anyone you know in port Harcourt to confirm.

Though this rate of property appreciation is not everywhere in port Harcourt, but there are some areas where this happens.
The area a friend of mine lives, 4 years a go a plot of land there was #1.5mln, two and half plots were sold on the same street 5 weeks ago for #22mln naira.

So, poster, the pace at which properties are appreciating in some cities in Nigeria, should make young people who are making money whether legally or illegally (and wants to quit 419 activities), to invest those money in property business.

Read up about property business and do yourself good investing your money for your future.

....concerning the bolded above, i had an experience with my wife few years ago. I'm a forex trader as part of my streams of income. What happened few years ago was that on a particular day of trading, i lost little over $4000 IN A DAY. Naturally, i was feeling bad and walked to my wife who was watching "Tinsel" to tell her about my rough day. So i said to her, " na wa o, i just lost abt $4000 in my trades today". She quickly glanced up at me and back to the teevee and said, " pls, allow me to finish watching Tinsel first, then we can talk". At this point, my red eye grew redder. So i told her, " no wahala, keep watching, Tinsel will feed you".

Telemundo is for people with very low IQ and jobless. Very soon some house wife will loose their family over useless programs they watch on telemundo.

Many husbands are suffering from lack of relationship with their wives these days and the wives tend not to see what the hubbys are saying. Imaging coming home and usually discussing what happened in the day with your wife and gradually when talking to your wife she is not hearing you anymore because of telemundo. Gradually both will soon become strangers in the house its a matter of time.
