The Houses and land in Nigeria are too flipping expensive for their quality and doesn't reflect the size and wealth of the country.
The inability to regulate housing prices is one of the biggest failures of Nigerian government.
majority of those houses doesn't scream world class either with their uninspiring architecture.
The only hope is eko Atlantic. I am hoping the design doesn't fall into the hands of any architect in naija.
