Damn nairalanders ![]() |
Complete waste of time. I am even angry at you and the imaginary wife for being so stupid . |
AshiwajuFoward:This is by far the most impressive set of buildings I have seen so far outside Lagos and Abuja. Looks so inspiring and futuristic. I consider it just as beautiful as those in USA and Uk. Seriously, a nice tiles and flowers will do this some justice. |
daomi:Well, it's a valid observation |
Ikology:face palm lol. Didn't even notice the president of France. |
These are really beautiful houses. We need more flowers though. This picture shows why people need to start using more grass/flowers or tiles to complement their houses. Looks simple but really beautiful by international standards.
|
Great pictures |
Really excited about the development in Ogun state. I hope we can get more pictures.
|
AshiwajuFoward:Those interconnecting blocks at the bottom of those pictures is not attractive at all. |

AshiwajuFoward:Beautiful houses. Can someone please tell the builders to put a nice tiles please? Do you have their emails? For streets https://www.mylandscapes.co.uk/img/contemporary-paving-stones-concrete.jpg https://www.marshalls.co.uk/dam-svc/AssetStore/Marshalls-La-Linia-Light-Granite-Indian-Granite-and-Grey-Granite-London-7786.jpg?Hero=true&MaxHeight=364&MaxWidth=996&UseOriginalIfNoHero=false |
Bonapart:Thanks for stating the obvious. |
My respect for this man is now through the roof. |
Daughterzion:Lord give me strength. Never mind ![]() |
Daughterzion:Irony innit |
baralatie:Now tell me why a group shouldn't get angry when the northerners have chosen to remain selfish and unproductive but instead take the largest pie? I am surprised my people in SW are okay with this tbh. Nigeria meed to stop encouraging laziness and unproductive leadership. Most government institutions in Nigeria, don't have any long term economic plan for their states or organisations. All they do is pay salaries(not even on time), do some few roads, and few other basic things that doesn't have any long term impact on people's lives. |
joseph1832:If you can't see this then I can't help you. You rarely see Igbos in the most senior positions in this country. This is my observations anyways. It's funny how that's the only point you chose to highlight in my comment. Selective much? |
baralatie:Your comment shows what is wrong with Africa. Always making an excuse for an ineffective governance or government. Keep making an excuse for a government that has so far refused to accept fiscal federalism, decentralisation, encourage privatisation(I.e Railway companies), encourage total-rather than selective transparency and fight against corruption. The point is, the government have failed to aggressively encourage diversification and address the soctal injustice. What is the percentage contributions of the northern region to the national pot? Why should they benefit more from the system? I don't support biafra btw. |
Biafra can never be as bad as a religious terrorist group. How many of those biafra supporters do you think are willing to die for the cause? Stop over reaching by comparing them to suicide bombers. It won't help anyone. It's a lot easier to stop biafra by addressing the social issues like injustices. You don't need to be a Igbo to see how they have been marginalised in their own country. Being born as an Igbo shouldn't be a disadvantage neither should being a fulani/hausa be an advantage. Many things are wrong with the current system that needs to be addressed and I suppose the reason why things are calm is because yorubas are comfortable with the situation. |
Good. |
Bonapart:American citizenship. The benefits are enormous. |
This cannot be real. This is why Nigeria can't move forward when you have people trying to shove their religion down each other's throat. I refuse to believe this. |
vague:Uggg.. seriously i am bored now. Golf is often considered a good walk spoilt this obviously holds true here. Your comments add nor substract anything from my poor life style so... shoot. |
abdulmii:Seriously, you guys are hopeless. The lives of those victims obviously don't mean anything to you. Thus, you will rather maintain your principles out of arrogance |
Sincerely the sooner PMB act on the advice of the Economist Magazine about the CBN Governor, the better for Nigeria economy. The Fed/Treasury Department can track every dollar transaction globally but our CBN need physical presence to know how the Dollar they sold to forex Dealers are being used. How sad! |
Vanquay:Nigeria is utter crap. Everything is substandard. Don't get me started on the arrival section with the fvcking smell and horrible buildings. They can't even have a decent airport. |
sweetgala:Even though he tried but failed we should applaud his effort for embarking on an over ambitious and unrealistic-ego feeding projects? You have my sympathy |
Lucasbalo:That is the most upsetting pictures I have ever had the unfortunate chance of seeing for a while. There is no end in sight to this kind of stupidity I am afraid. |
I feel like crying. Nigeria is beyond hopeless. The citizens don't even have any self respect nor do they know their right. Very upsetting. |
starlingslimnet:This statement shows you have emotions. So I wouldn't worry too much about it if I were you. |
I hate religion sometimes.. |
starlingslimnet:like this is a bad thing? It simply puts you in a good space mentally. |
