Little by little, falsehood is being exposed. I only pity ignorant people that think they know so much, yet they don't that they know so little. Meanwhile... I stand with Referendum |
Roger3D:When the citizens do not feel secure, what then is the value of claiming national security ![]() When the people who should ensure security become the threat themselves, what then is the value of national security ![]() |
Macmoni:Tell us how ![]() |
Roger3D:I'm sure you must be really smart to give that kind of suggestion. ![]() What does armed insurgency work to achieve ![]() Smart people like you advised for the proscription of IPOB which did not receive international support because IPOB has no evidence of being a terrorist organization. The same smart people like you have made several embarassingly silly moves which have made you an international laughing stock yet no lessons learnt. Shame ![]() |
Geoeclectic:I have no idea ![]() |
Igbobyblood:Why do people just spit their own prejudices as fact ![]() |
remmydada:They're not stupid, only deeply greedy and self-serving and there's never a consensus in a congregation of greedy and selfish individuals. |
nonsobaba:You really believe this? The ONLY problem they have, forget the theatrics, is that Obi cannot be cajoled to do their selfish bidding. They preferred a more malleable Soludo as VP candidate. |
orisa37:Shed more light on this please |
Na the name I come check ![]() |
The youths have been so mentally abused that it becomes almost impossible to exercise judgement in thought. This is synonymous to slavery. Even when you make attempts to set captives free, they see you as the aggressor and snitch on you, because that have grown to love(?) their slavemasters. On the one hand, it is my firm believe that Nigeria will not make progress due to its weak foundation built on lies and deceit. If you're building a house and you discover a weakness in the foundation, do you continue adding structures to it in the hope that God is in control or you pull it down and correct the anomaly - A call for Referendum. One might argue: if you say Nigeria will not make progress, what about all our achievements so far? I answer, motion is not progress. What we have is one step forward, two steps backwards and this is as bad as a continuous decline. On the other hand, let us assume for once that Nigeria can stand as a nation. The question will now be, do we as youths who claim to be leaders of tomorrow know who/what our problems are? Do we know who the real enemies are? Are we standing against those whose desire is to enslave us permanently or are we fighting against the few who want to break the chains. To sum up, if we must make progress we must be willing to accept the bitter reality and do what is necessary. This British conglomerate we call a country has outlived its usefulness, thus, we must renegotiate its existence. I stand with Referendum |
And if federal government continue to ignore IPOB call for REFERENDUM what would be IPOB's next step or will they continue to boycott election till enternity? Warship:Good morning. ![]() We both know government CAN NOT & WILL NOT ignore civil disobedience, they try to suppress it; and that is why I mentioned earlier that their crude method has become very predictable and for this reason they are always caught on wrong footing. To answer your question academically, I will say IF the government had ignored all along a different method would have been used. Many people in the past have tried diplomatic means, it didn't work; Ojukwu tried the method of contesting elections (which many people are suggesting again) it didn't work. Now Nnamdi Kanu, having observed realities on ground that the government only listen to an aggressive approach decides to apply same BUT without forearms and other deadly weapons. Did he get the attention of the government? YES Did they try their usual method of money silence? OFCOURSE, but it failed Did they try blackmail? CLEARLY, but it also failed What about the last attempt, assassination? ABSOLUTELY, we know the story. Now my question to you, why will a government go through all this trouble to silence one man ![]() Do you now see what they see, that they're not dealing with a congregation of touts but a set of intelligent and far thinking individuals. If the government is so jittery as to make silly blunders why do we not see what is being played before our eyes |
Ojiofor:Nor be lie ![]() Yet, the country is an embarrassment. |
We are all private investigators in this. It will be a shame if na oyibo go come help us find wetin lost for our own backyard ![]() |
Ojiofor:While your president is tarnishing the image of Nigeria every chance he gets, Nnamdi Kanu is selling Biafra to the world and aggressively courting Israel, and by extension, the US. How strategic can it get. |
bantudra:What is out likelihood to be analytical compared to other races. We prefer to be spooned and that's why we're fed garbage |
bantudra:Yes, because wey can born pikin full ground. And maybe they underestimated our capacity to contain outbreaks. Even Obama shock as Nigeria take handle Ebola |
bantudra:In my opinion, there's going to be a reshuffle of powerhouses. Asia and the middle east might dominate. Britain don cast, the US already has an ally in Israel and Saudi Arabia (if I'm not mistaken). Nnamdi Kanu is courting Israel for Biafra in a strategic move, Iran get eye for their Shiites in Nigeria. Una still dey here dey jonze when all man dey try position for the new world order. We go dey alright las las ![]() |
bantudra:Brotherly, abeg where our number don help us reach. Are you aware there's a grand plan to reduce world population. You think say Ebola na God do am? The reasoning is that it's better to have fewer population of useful people than a multitude of zombies and m0rons |
bantudra:Like say your own yansh na rainbow. ![]() Anyways, my point is, it is clear that some people will go to any length to keep us in this bad state for their own benefit. The question is, for how long shall we remain blind yet claim to be enlightened ![]() |
bantudra:I didn't imply that, maybe you missed my point. I'm talking about other external interests who have grudges against the government |
bantudra:This talk wey you talk sweet me. But have you considered that the owners of the conglomerate called Nigeria will rather you remain in perpetual slavery. I'm talking about Britain Nigeria is supposed to be a leader in Africa, I say supposed because we are not. I believe the emancipation of Africa will begin from West Africa and Nigeria has failed to live up to her responsibility. The way it is, Nigeria can NEVER make progress because it is not in the interest of the proxy colonial masters. The influence Britain has on the world is fast depleting so expect a lot of re-alliances. There should be a peaceful break up make all man go plan their life. It's just like an employee who diligently makes profit for the organization but is treated poorly yet is prevented from resigning his appointment. |
bantudra:Confrontation is not necessary. There have already been several confrontations which succeeded in drawing international attention to Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB. The FG's use of force is very predictable and will be their undoing. You ask if it's worth it, I ask, what's the worst that could happen... Massacre? Genocide? More economic embargo? Suspension of allocation? When I look at what is happening, I see a similitude of what transpired between Pharaoh, Moses and the Israelites. The more rash actions the FG take in trying to suppress Biafra or IPOB the more damage will be done to the reputation of the government. It's just a matter of giving some people a good excuse to take decisive action against the government naim e go clear for people eye. Una nor know say people carry una for mind, forget diplomatic smile. |
bantudra:Ehya sorry ooo... I see no point in responding to your question because it is not out of genuine interest to get clarification but to be derisive. |
Ojiofor:On this we agree. Many people are against the thought of Biafra. Some due to fear... Some due to hatred they can't even explain... Some just by misinformation... Others just follow popular opinion because they lack the discipline to find out things for themselves. However, I empathize with the last group becaise there has been a deliberate attempt to erase history and twist it to suit wicked agenda. |
oyin44: bantudra: bantudra:If we're so confident about this why not test it out with a referendum. It's that simple. ![]() |
Roger3D:Exactly why they become so predictable and can easily be manipulated. |
Ojiofor:In the coming weeks, a lots of questions will be answered and a lot of answers will be questioned. |
This is what happens when the government fails in its responsibility of ensuring security but with the volatile nature of the north methinks this request is quite absurd. |
Roger3D:That is what the Nigerian government is luring IPOB to be see as, unfortunately the IPOB touts, as they are labelled, have shown to be smarter and more calculated than the congregation of dimwits we have for leaders. ![]() |
Warship:Your comments shows you see some reason with my comments. What is happening in the middle belt could be karma; it could also be that they have resigned to fate since there is none to speak for them. This is my personal conviction, so you're not obligated to accept it. On the question you asked, I make bold to say if there is an invasion of Biafra land under any guise, a referendum will no longer be needed to break away from Nigeria. Can I assume you're suggesting that since there's a design to terrorize the country we should therefore submit ourselves as willing slaves? There is no such thing as peace in this world just an appearance of it. Nobody will attack you if they know you are willing to fight. |
