There is no peace for the wicked.. |
History is always a good teacher to those who are willing to learn. Posterity is always a good judge for our actions/inactions and decisions/indecisions of today. |
SouthEastFacts:I'm inclined to agree with all others but the bolded. The British government are just paying lip service, you will know a serious person by [the urgency of] their actions. |
themanderon:Only the enlightened will understand. |
melodyogonna:Everyone wants to trend these days ![]() |
mekaboy:There are many inconsistencies which we had laughed off as "one of those yeye things" from a clueless government but with time a lot will begin to make sense. Remember the rat infestation issue? Ok, let's talk about the pictures, at least many people observed the difference. I remember someone was debating this same issue and he made reference to Obama to defend the fact that Buhari actually shrunk in height due to rigors of office but he failed to explain how come our Buhari got fresher overnight while other heads of state were getting grey hair.Mind you, we must understand that the primary interest is a referendum and not about Buhari. The point NK is proving is that a certain fraud has been discovered, those involved should quietly discard that plan, be arrested and an interim government be formed that will discuss referendum before things get out of hand. To conclude, I should also correct a notion. Assuming PDP wins in 2019, Peter Obi's position does not in any way better the lives of the Igbos in general as long as the caliphate call the shots. Atiku will probably give him room to exercise some authority but if push comes to shove he will have a lot of battles on his hands. While majority of us respect Peter Obi as an individual and appreciate his ingenuity as a governor, HE WILL STRUGGLE TO REPLICATE SAME AT NATIONAL LEVEL YET HIS REPUTATION WILL HAVE BEEN TARNISHED SEVERELY BY THE TIME HIS TENURE ENDS AS VP. |
sucemt:Note the part highlighted in red |
mekaboy:Have you made this same request from any of the current politicians or you just want to wriggle your way from the posers? If you suspect/believe he is being sponsored and has, thus, been paid for it then provide evidence so that we all can also begin to ask questions and investigate. As it stands now, everyone must become an investigator because the media has failed us. But meanwhile, what are your thoughts on those things I itemised. |
The brutal words of Richard Smith, famous British guitarist, during an interview ... |
"The whole notion of journalism being an institution whose fundamental purpose is to educate and inform and even, one might say, elevate, has altered under commercial pressure, perhaps, into a different kind of purpose, which is to divert and distract and entertain". - Tom Stoppard "I’ve always thought that it’s good to watch the news to find out what everybody else is looking at and believing, if only because that’s how consensus is constructed". - Barbara Kruger Don't hate the media, be the media. Question everything you hear or read. |

Points to consider 1. Any Nigerian who has basic enlightenment on history and politics will understand that Britain wields huge influence on Nigeria, I dare say they rule the country by proxy. 2. It is in their best interest that power remains in the north, being their region of greatest influence and control. 3. Britain is an enemy of Nigeria as a whole, not just Biafra, take it or leave it. Anyone who has no interest in your development is not exactly a friend. You might say, nobody owes us anything...Yes, but then they should stop meddling and sabotaging our affairs. Question: The south was the proponent of independence, why was power handed to the North who was again independence? 4. Find out when Nnamdi Kanu became a British citizen, find out when IPOB started. 5. Why was an attempt made on his life when he raised alarm about an imposter in Aso rock? Of course some still believe it's choreography ![]() 6. He asked his followers to boycott elections, what reasons did he give? Are these reasons tangible? 7. Many people in the diaspora are either permanent residents or citizens of developed countries but are also IPOB proponents, why is that so? 8. The almighty Nigerian Army intelligence still do not know how he "escaped" right under their noses. Was it human genius or divine intervention? What does that tell you about the porosity of national security apparatus? 9. It is believed that Britain is in on the plot. How then do you expect their allies to act? This conspiracy will ONLY be uncovered by private investigators and not the government of any country, but wait till the secret is unveiled then you'll know the gravity of what we're talking about. Finally, quit lamenting and join the ongoing investigation (for or against). I personally believe this unity needs to be renegotiated else, Nigeria, founded on falsehood will never work. I stand with REFERENDUM! |
BAILMONEY:Anybody with access to the internet can type trash. According to this educated slowpoke, the Igbos are supporting Atiku because over 90% of Igbo leaders are criminals. ![]() If you ask her to provide data to back up her foolishness she will probably play a different tune. |
Nice concepts ![]() |
gidgiddy:I know all that sir The person I quoted was sounding like some Igbos from the east travelled all the way to Rivers state trying to force Biafra on "Riverians"; I just wanted him to clear it up himself. When it's time for referendum we shall know truly if the SS loves freedom or not. To whom it a concern: Please Igbos don't do jihad. |
PhenomenalMorgan:Thank you sir. No further questions ![]() |
In time we'll find out the truth. ![]() |
PhenomenalMorgan:Question: Are there Igbos in Rivers state? |
victorvezx:Good question. Could it be because Nigerian journalists are too lazy to investigate the matter to a reasonable conclusion? Could it be they were silenced with brown envelopes? Could it be they were cornered into abandoning the investigation? Could it be that, having confirmed the three possibilities above, someone or a group of people who understands investigative journalism took in on themselves to investigate and came out with the findings as seen in the OP? I believe you to be intelligent, maybe I'm wrong, but do your own research and if you discover a link that proves the allegations false, kindly share with us. Nnamdi Kanu pointed out a lot of things that will make any reasonably objective mind to ask questions. Most of you guys who run around throwing tantrums and insults only prove what he said about Nigerians being daft. |
victorvezx:Do you know you can actually present your own points/findings without insults.. victorvezx: victorvezx:You are not well informed (at bolded). Also, the date is not an issue, we are well aware it happened sometime in May but my personal interest is the outcome of the case. |
@OP royal200, IPOB did not start this year, so suggesting that the call for referendum is due to those things you listed is false. In one sentence, elections in Nigeria have always been fraudulent so IPOB will not identify with it. @Born2Breed, What the Igbo nation wants is a level playing field but we know that's not going to happen. Do not equate the activities of political jobbers and sycophants to the Igbos, it's their selfish interest they are fighting for. |
SilentListener:How did you come about this please. Was there a consensus on whether or not one set of people hate the other or you're making the usual error of false generalisation. On the Biafra issue, it may interest you to know that Rivers state has more intensity of IPOB activities than some SE states. Going by your insinuation, since the so called leaders of Igbo extraction have publicly denounced IPOB can we now follow thesame analogy to conclude that they hate the Igbos too? |
gotnel:What we know - A diplomat of the federal republic was killed on foreign soil. - It was established as an assassination. - Investigations were reported to have been carried out and a certain female Sudanese Nigerian was alleged to have confessed to the crime What we don't know - The motive, since it was confirmed as not terrorist related. - How the case was/is being handled. - About six months after, nothing is heard of the case. Conclusion Like many assassination cases, investigations are either "killed" or the findings are swept under the carpet. The writer in the OP pointed out that this was the first time a Nigerian diplomat would be assassinated on foreign soil and is it a coincidence that it happened in Sudan... |
asfrank:Brother you funny sha ![]() If you wan counter person, make sure say your own gist complete. As if we nor know say police go claim arrests. That report na the usual way them dey kill case. Why you mah go dey talk like this |
asfrank:First and foremost, this article was not released for political purposes, because I'm sure you're thinking its PDP. Secondly, the article you quoted is incoherent; compare it with that of dailytimes. Thirdly, can you actually stand in front of a mirror and convince yourself that this kind of assassination of national calibre will just end at this The spokesman quoted the suspect asWhen was she charged to court, what was the ruling.. |
duncun:Fixed. That's their usual trademark ![]() |
Nigerian journalists have a very huge gap to fill in their job of investigative journalism. A lot of reports carefully swept under the carpet without due diligence. The Sudanese police have launched an investigation into motives behind the killing of a Nigerian diplomat, Habibu Almu in Sudan. HOW ABBA KYARI & THE CABAL ORDERED THE HIT ON THE NIGERIAN DIPLOMAT IN SUDAN THAT KNEW JUBRIL MORE THAN ANYBODY ELSE |
Let's wait for the defenders of the |
Why is Aisha Buhari mute about this matter? Where is Zahra who, before now, always defend her dad? |
The case of Nigerians is that of slaves who dream of freedom but love their chains the same way women love jewelry. I have never seen or heard of any group of captives who try to escape while still bound together in chain, you must first break free. Let us keep shuffling between APC and PDP until there is nothing left to loot. Pathetic creatures. ![]() |
I find it rather strange that the likes of Channels TV and TVC have not invited Femi Adesina for a chat about the recent controversial pictures he posted. None of the TV stations seem to even twitch inspite of the many incriminating evidence made available. No, this has gone beyond the case of ignoring a rabble-rouser, this is plainly avoiding controversy in the hope that it will die down soon, and this would have been possible judging from the natural tendency for Nigerians to be gullible and easily distracted by sensationalism. Unfortunately, one does not think this matter will go away so easily and it will be a thing of shame to many quarters especially the yoruba controlled media sector if it so happens that it is true. We watch as things unfold. Modified: Please watch this video of President Macron welcoming the dignitaries to the event and direct us to the point when Buhari arrived. This is the a post by Femi Adesina on Buhari's purported return from Paris. How come Obiano and Fayemi who were part of the entourage that went to Paris with Buhari are now welcoming him from Paris ![]()
