The solution to your problem is actually very simple. I have solved many cases like this.

First of all, stop all drugs and herbs. They'll cause you more harm instead.

Secondly, your diet is very important. Eat more of fruits and veggies, cut down on sugary and sweet things.

Thirdly, exercise and hit the gym. Keep fit!
