"A good man you all gathered to destroy with misinformation, propaganda, mischief" - Bauchi Governor's son reacts to Senator Shehu Sani's post on Goodluck Jonathan

Abdullahi, the son of Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed, has described former President, Goodluck Jonathan as a good man people gathered together to destroy.

Abdullahi stated this on Tuesday, July 21, while reacting to Senator Shehu Sani's post in which he revealed how Jonathan sacrificed personal, political sectional, religious and ethnic interest for the sake of peace and unity of the country.

"A good man that you all gathered to destroy with misinformation, propaganda and outright mischief! Now you are all wailing" Abdullahi wrote.

Southerners are liberal; we tend to bend the rules and political interests to accommodate Northerners. But Northerners are politically desperate. They are inhuman and can kill to sustain their political interest.
Worst still, their religious belief is not helping matters as leaders are next to Allah
Politics / Reno Omokri: What #occupynaija And #endsars Taught Us. North And South by DonXavi(m): 8:43am On Jul 21, 2021
#OccupyNaija taught us that our Northern brothers and sisters will gladly join hands with Southerners to bring down a Southern President, while #EndSARS taught us that our Northern brothers will never join Southerners to bring down a Northern President
Northerners will never have accepted this level of nepotism if it was done by Presidents Obasanjo or Jonathan. Northerners will never accept a situation where the Three Arms of Government (Executive, Legislature and Judiciary) are headed by Southern Christians.
We Southerners are wise in our own eyes. But our Northern brothers know how to play the fool to catch the fools!

Politics / Re: Northern Elders, Groups Reject Southern Governors’ Position On Power Shift by DonXavi(m): 11:37am On Jul 07, 2021
Some people in the North and some groups really make the north fits the description of most southerners who see the North as power mongers who are obsessed with control yet do nothing with power as majority of their people are the poorest in the country.
Northern Governors, Arewa Governors, have meetings all the time, but there was no time I hear Southern Governors, individuals or groups worrying about them. Only twice or trice in my time have I seen Southern governors meeting and Arewa groups cannot sleep and have been whinning. Common!
I remember when the South West introduced Amotekun, the North, especially the bandits supporting groups couldn't sleep. They ranted, screamed, cried, that Amotekun plot was to kill and destroy herders. That didn't happen. Today the same actors are screaming over Southern governors meeting and one of the main issue for them is that Southern governors are saying power should shift to south. Where is power shifting to before? What is the north doing with the power in their hands now?
Some of these alarmist individuals and groups are the ones making the north look bad. The average man in the north just wants better life like his counterpart everywhere, but when election comes he will be brainwashed that it is better to have a Muslims or his brother there than an infidel. This brainwashing and propaganda usually works in a Nigeria where more than half the country are poorly or not even educated enough to make decision. This goes for many Christians too.
This is democracy, everyone and group have the rights to air their views and grievances, but poisoning the atmosphere just to have your way or some paranoia of the south doesn't help anyone.

Politics / Dot-in-circle: S/south Leaders Lampoon Buhari, Say "We're United With Igbo" by DonXavi(m): 11:11am On Jun 15, 2021
Dot-in-Circle: S/South Leaders Lampoon Buhari, Say "We're United With Igbo" | #IgbereTV
The South South leaders have berated President Muhammadu Buhari over the dot-in-the-circle statement made on Arise Television’s interview on the South East region of the country, IgbereTV has learned.
Recall that President Buhari had during interview with Arise Television described the South East as dot-in-the-circle while commenting on the operation of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Reacting to the statement, the leaders of the South-South in a virtual meeting on Monday, monitored by Daily Independent, disowned President Buhari over IPOB, adding that they did not have any form of discussion or agreement with Mr President.
The leaders further slammed Buhari over his assertion that some South-South leaders told him they won’t allow Ndigbo access to the sea in case they have their separate country.
In the virtual session organized by Njenje Media in Conjunction with Elombah TV and anchored in United Kingdom (UK), the South South leaders present at the Conference said that the derogatory statement used against the Igbos shows the mindset of Mr. President against the region.
The South South leaders that attended the virtual conference titled, “Addressing The Dot In Circle In President Buhari’s Interview, A Return To 1966?” were Asari Dokubo, Annkio Briggs, Dr. Don Pedro Obaseki, Mr. Tony Nnadi, Lt. Col. Tony Nyiam, Rear Admiral Yanga (retd) among other participants.
Opening the stage for discussion on the matter, Annkio Briggs said the statement in the interview has already shown the mindset of the person of President Buhari.
The Ijaw woman said it doesn’t matter if the Igbo people or Ijaw people or the Itshekiri people are only 10 people or 100,000 people, “referring to them as a dot in the circle, shows very clearly the mindset of the person of President Buhari.”
On the access to the sea, Briggs said, “first of all, I don’t even recall any access or non-access to the sea during the onslaught of the civil war.
“It was the federal government that came through the sea and the creeks. So having settled that, there are millions of elders and there are millions of youths in the Niger Delta, and there are ethnic nationalities in the Niger Delta that make up the South-South.”
Separating the IPOB from Igbo people, Briggs affirmed that the ties between the Niger Delta with the Igbos remain ever strong.
“As a South-South person, as a daughter of the Ijaw ethnic nationality, and as a people that have heritage, blood heritage with the Igbo people and other ethnic nationalities, we have to make it very clear to whoever is listening and to whoever is playing these games that they cannot hit the heads of the ethnic nationalities of the Niger Delta against the ethnic nationalities of Ndigbo.
“We may not agree on things per se, but one thing we do know and have, is a common enemy, a common problem, a common crisis and we do almost have a common desire, which is our collective survival,” she added.
Also in his contribution on the issue, the, former Managing Director of DAAR Communications PLC, Dr Don Pedro Obaseki, backed Mrs Brigg’s stance that the South-South and the South-East are united in the struggle for survival against the existential threat of the Buhari led administration.
Obaseki said: “There are 65 ethnic nationalities as defined by some of our leaders in the entire South-South and the man comes on public television and says he speaks to two elders, and some youths, it is laughable. What I see in Mr Buhari or General Buhari is like a rehash of the Amoral B code of law, an eye for an eye.
Dr Obaseki noted Mr. President is trying to be clever by half by trying to play the devil’s advocate between the South-South and the South-East.
“All he said in that interview were lies from the pits of hell, but unfortunately he has created a lie, he believes the lie, he is living the ‘lie’ and on all interviews that he has done, he has made it clear that his agenda is simple, a decimation of those he feels are lesser human beings in this country.
He has made it clear from his body language, spoken language and all else that Nigeria is a different country with different nations.”
On his part, Col. Tony Nyiam (rtd), stated that Buhari’s statement is a threat unbecoming of a President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of all Nigerians.
He noted that it is an open revelation of an unchanging published mindset that was responsible for the 1966 killings of Ndigbo’s in particular, and the people of Eastern Nigeria in general.
Nyiam added that Buhari’s utterance is enough evidence that can be used in a court such as the international criminal court (ICC), adding that the synergy and alignment between the Igbos and the ethnic nationalities of the Niger Delta cannot be shaken by the mischief of the President.
In his submission, the Secretary of Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination (NINAS), Tony Nnadi claimed that the President was trying to be mischievous by trying to create suspicion into the minds of the leaders of both regions, adding, “I can confirm from what I know that there is no such promise extracted from anybody.”
He added: “I am happy with what my brother, Don Pedro Obaseki, Ankio Briggs, Col Nyiam, said.

Righteousness2:
Ada is Gone! She is right now as we speak in either of Heaven or Hell.

I Believe she had a kind of Premonition of her death, which led her to Make Peace with people.

"Follow Peace with men and Holiness, without which no Eyes will see the Lord "

If She made Peace with JESUS, She is right now in the Happiest place anyone could ever be. She is right now in Heaven where all pains , sickness, tears are Expelled.

It is better to live for 30, 40 years, Die in Christ and Make Heaven, than to Live 70, 80, 90 years, Die without JESUS and be Wasted in Hell.
This is the message, this is the reality of our existence, although the carnally minded may take it as a joke. This world is not home to any man, we only have a short time to spend here. Everyone should try and grab this expensive free gift of life when there is time, the time is running out.

Politics / U.S. Warns Citizens To Avoid 14 Nigerian States In Travel Advisory by DonXavi(m): 10:21am On Apr 22, 2021
The United States, in its latest travel advisories warned its citizens to avoid some 14 Nigerian states, rife with terrorism, banditry and kidnapping.

Although it approved travel to other parts, it urged its citizens to “Reconsider travel to Nigeria”.
Before Tuesday, the State Department listed 34 out of about 200 countries as “Do Not Travel.” The State Department now lists 150 countries at Level Four.

Nigeria is categorised as Level 3.

Unlike countries categorised as Level 4, based on the advice of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Nigeria has a good rating on COVID-19 prevalence.

“The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Level 1 Travel Health Notice for Nigeria due to COVID-19, indicating a low level of COVID-19 in the country”, the State Department said.

It then listed areas the American visitor should avoid, while in Nigeria.
These are: Borno, Yobe, and northern Adamawa states due to terrorism and kidnapping, Bauchi, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, and Zamfara states due to kidnapping.

It also banned American citizens from going to Coastal areas of Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, and Rivers states (with the exception of Port Harcourt) due to crime, kidnapping, and maritime crime.

In a country summary on Nigeria, the U.S. State Department wrote:

“Violent crime – such as armed robbery, assault, carjacking, kidnapping, hostage taking, banditry, and rape – is common throughout the country.

“Kidnappings for ransom occur frequently, often targeting dual national citizens who have returned to Nigeria for a visit, as well as U.S. citizens with perceived wealth. Kidnapping gangs have also stopped victims on interstate roads.

“Terrorists continue plotting and carrying out attacks in Nigeria, especially in the Northeast.

“Terrorists may attack with little or no warning, targeting shopping centers, malls, markets, hotels, places of worship, restaurants, bars, schools, government installations, transportation hubs, and other places where crowds gather. Terrorists are known to work with local gangs to expand their reach.

There is civil unrest and low-level armed militancy in parts of Southern Nigeria, especially in the Niger Delta region. Armed criminality, including kidnapping and maritime crime, is also pervasive in this region.

Violence can flare up between communities of farmers and herders in rural areas.

The security situation in these states is fluid and unpredictable due to widespread terrorist activity, inter-communal violence, and kidnapping. Security operations to counter these threats may occur without warning.

Terrorist groups based in the Northeast routinely target humanitarian camps, security forces, churches, schools, mosques, government installations, educational institutions, entertainment venues, and road travelLers. Approximately two million Nigerians have been displaced as a result of the violence in Northeast Nigeria.

Bauchi, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, and Zamfara states – Do Not Travel

The security situation in these states is fluid and unpredictable due to widespread inter-communal violence and armed criminality, especially kidnapping and roadside banditry. Security operations to counter these threats may occur without warning.

Coastal areas of Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, and Rivers states (with the exception of Port Harcourt) – Do Not Travel

Crime is rampant throughout Southern Nigeria, and there is a heightened risk of kidnapping and maritime crime, especially in the Gulf of Guinea. Violent civil unrest and armed militancy persist in these areas.

Politics / Sad! Comedienne Ada Jesus Has Died by DonXavi(m): 12:56pm On Apr 21, 2021
Comedienne, Ada Jesus, has died. She died in an Abuja hospital today April 21.

She suffered a cardiac arrest on Tuesday night, April 20 and was rushed to the ICU where the doctors monitored her. Sadly, she lost the battle to the kidney ailment she had been battling with on Wednesday, April 21.

She was 22 years old.

Ada Jesus was admitted to the hospital after she developed kidney disease. When her health took a turn for the worse, she went to ask for forgiveness from those she had spoken against in the past, including clergyman, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanemere Odumejeje, actress, Rita Edochie, and also some traditional worshipers.

Odumejeje's and Rita Edochie's initial refusal to forgive her got the attention of well-meaning Nigerians who decided to take care of her medical bills so that she can get dialysis. Her health which was said to have improved, took a different turn last night until she breathed her last.

May her soul rest in peace, Amen

Dear Governor Bello Matawalle,
How can you say this? Is General Muhammadu Buhari the physical representation of the North? So, when Buhari was himself fighting against President Umaru Musa Yar’adua’s medical trip, he was fighting the North? So, when I fought Abacha at age 23, I was also fighting the North? #HarassBuhariOutofLondon is fighting bad governance. We are not fighting the North. Are you saying that you are comfortable with this government not building hospitals for the people, yet the President is enjoying hospitals built for the British people by their government? Governor Matawalle, are you saying that is what the North stands for?

Umehi thinks that hobnobbing with the Fulani and licking their a.ss will make them love him and do away with their ulterior plan to take over his ancestral land. When are these Southern governors who always want to be politically correct align with their people to see things the way the are, instead of pursuing their personal interest at the detriment of general interest of their people?.

Despite Protecting Fulani Herdsmen In Ebonyi, They Still Killed My People – Governor Umahi Cries Out | The News Cable
Governor Umahi said, “We are in Ishielu where the AK-47 herdsmen came yesterday (Monday) and killed 15 of the members of this community. I remember a year ago that we had an incident of the killing of two herdsmen within this same location. And immediately, the security agencies and local government chairman and community leaders all came together to condemn the attack and killing and we immediately asked the security agencies to fish out the people who did.
“We fished them out and as we talk, they are standing trial in Ebonyi State. The community, government and security agencies appeased the herdsmen and made peace with them. And so, it is very shocking that overnight, all the herdsmen in Ishielu LGA vacated which means that the local herdsmen are part of the conspiracy of the killing of our people.
“They vacated despite all the efforts that my government and the governors of the South-East and security agencies have been making to give them full protection, not only in Ebonyi State but also in the South-East. We feel so sad, so worried for our country Nigeria and we are short of words.
“We have traces of the sponsors and the sponsors of those who came here. I will not disclose them.”
