South Africa is almost like a test case for Capable African leadership.

I find it hard defending our ineptitude already, and South Africa is the last bastion, the last resort
in my endless quest to prove African capability to self rule.

I have had a glow on my face all day. . .

The Spurs got beat albeit by the Mavs.

There is justice in the World. . .

****Funny thing is when the Lakers ruled everything around them with Shaq and Kobe, I was always rooting for the Spurs.

The problem I have with Musiq Soulchild--------He goes bloody offkey a whole lot. angry angry angry And that is what seems to pass for soul music for a lot of the soul crooners nowadays. A bloody bad habit.

Maxwell I really like but I just think Anthony Hamilton stands on his own, with a unique identity, that southern twang. wink

The man who wrote Arbeloa. You better shine your eyes. The guy is a stellar left back. Recognise.

Definitely Nugent angry angry angry

I always thought Ben haim was a misfit. He was always a slow coach, and his reading of the game was overrated.

Surprising bust for me has been Sidwell. I really thought he was going to give one of the Chelsea midfielders a run
for their money. Happy that Mikel has kept him out though. grin
Music/Radio › Is There A Modern Soul Singer Better Than Anthony Hamilton? by doyin13(op): 7:39pm On Nov 15, 2007
I have so much soul music from Maxwell to Teedra Moses to N'dea Davenport even Robin Thicke.

But no one plays on my stereo as much as Anthony Hamilton.

Anyone like him as well.

Sports › Re: Nba Starts For Heat Haters Only by doyin13(m): 10:38am On Nov 11, 2007
The Bulls got whooped by 40 last night. And the angry fans were chanting for Kobeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Personally I don't see any trade happening. If they do, the Lakers would have made the worst trade in NBA history.

The Bulls are just offensively inept. They can't shoot. Ben Gordon should be on the floor every single minute in my opinion.

Rashard Lewis had only seven points in a loss against the Suns yesterday. I guess it puts his fat contract in perspevtive.
He had better buckle up. angry angry angry

. . . And the Celtics keep rolling. It was a fifth straight win last night for the Celts against division foes the Nets. The BIg Three came up big again.

I don't know if anyone remembers the last time was surrounded by premier talent. Then it was Sam Cassell and Latrell Spreewell.
That time they flattered to deceive. Lets hope this time they fare much better.

@A-40

The Mavs got beat by the upstart blazers last nite. I am liking the Blazers actually. They have got a talented core of young players
and with no 1 pick in the mix next season, this could be a franchise that could go places if not this season then definitely next season.

@J-Girl

Hehehehehe. . .

Sports › Re: Best Premiership Signings So Far by doyin13(m): 7:13pm On Nov 10, 2007
I wouldn't say Anderson.

Elano is the popular choice, but he has gone missing on away games.

Sagna was injured early on but he has been a relevation. He prolly will be in this league for a long long time.

But my choices are Utaka, Muntari of Portsmouth and Santa Cruz at Bllackburn

All three have been consistent performers home and away and all through the season so far.

Business › Re: The Naira Is Gaining Back Its Value? by doyin13(m): 5:38pm On Nov 10, 2007
@I-man

Most of the cheap imports come from China, and as long as the Chinese refuse to let market forces control the value of
their currency, I do not see the trade deficit diminishing by any reasonable margin any time soon

It is the European industries that the current fall in the value of the dollar hurts the most.
