Nauttyprof:It doesn’t happen overnight. Yet progress is being made on daily basis. We will get there. We are leaving the rest of Nigeria behind, can’t you see that? |
MadeINchenzen2:“Long throat” |
Beremx:Can you list just 3 of those Tinubu had betrayed? And I will tell you how much Tinubu has helped such people. |
Nauttyprof:In what you have mentioned, he has created wealth for Lagos. Nobody can take that from him. He grew the IGR by more than 100% . He made sure Lagos survived when Obasanjo refused to release federal revenue. No previous governor has ever done that. He made Lagos self sufficient for the first time in Nigeria. No Governor has matched that. |
Lol. Orisirisi! These aspirants are clowns. Do they think presidency is a labourer job. It’s the brain and experience with records of success that’s needed. Not an heavy weight wrestling contest. |
Nauttyprof:The hooligan is also a thief. No politician is 100% clean. Show me one that’s clean. But Tinubu stands out. His record of success in Lagos is far beyond any other politician. |
Nauttyprof:Show me the Angel among Nigerians of nowadays, and I can help you conduct investigation to bring out his dark side. You will only get an Angel in heaven. A benevolent visionary thief is better than a shortsighted hooligan. |
joyandfaith:Lol!!! Truth is bitter for you, too bitter. |
joyandfaith:Mass movement of who? Do you think APC belongs to Oshinbajo or Amaechi? Who are those that started APC? Was Oshinbajo near the table when they were forming APC? Amaechi came with a tiny minority of PDP members. The two major leaders of APC are Tinubu and Buhari. Many of you suffer from amnesia. |
A Tinubu in wheelchair is better than an Oshinbajo carrying a trailer on his head or an Amaechi running marathon on mountain Kilimanjaro. What we need is the brain and vision. Tinubu has it in far greater quantity than the other two. |
WHITELIGHTER:The latest position on that is that Nigerian law is silent on that. Some countries of the west do not see it as statutory rape. But Nigerian law is vacuous on that. This needs to be tested in court. And I am sure Lagos state will be the first to clarify legal status on that. In my own opinion it should be regarded as rape and both minors should be disciplined or punished in juvenile correction centre. Otherwise the future of our girls would be destroyed by poorly brought up boys in society. |
In developed countries, every teacher handling children normally attend courses on child and adolescent safeguarding level 1-3. They are also vetted to ensure no previous convictions involving children had been recorded in their criminal records. It’s high time these were adopted in Nigeria. Every teaching environment should have a safeguarding lead who ensures that safeguarding policies are adhered to all the time. |
seunmsg::The Age of Consent in Nigeria is 11 years old. The age of consent is the minimum age at which an individual is considered legally old enough to consent to participation in sexual activity. Individuals aged 10 or younger in Nigeria are not legally able to consent to sexual activity, and such activity may result in prosecution for statutory rape or the equivalent local law. Nigeria statutory rape law is violated when an individual has consensual sexual contact with a person under age 11. Nigeria does not have a close-in-age exemption. Close in age exemptions, commonly known as "Romeo and Juliet laws" in the United States, are put in place to prevent the prosecution of individuals who engage in consensual sexual activity when both participants are significantly close in age to each other, and one or both partners are below the age of consent. Because there is no close-in-age exemption in Nigeria, it is possible for two individuals both under the age of 11 who willingly engage in intercourse to both be prosecuted for statutory rape, although this is rare. Similarly, no protections are reserved for sexual relations in which one participant is a 10 year old and the second is a 11 or 12 year old. |

immortalcrown:If a minor is involved, it is statutory rape. Whether the girl was riding well or not is immaterial. |
youngreezy:Shut up! You are ignorant! Sex with a minor is statutory rape, whether she consented or not. |
Proudlycanadian:Please read the story before commenting. All those involved are minors. |
FutureIsFemale:Sorry I have been a victim of sexual assault from women, never did I do that to any woman. Stop this stereotype. It’s complete nonsense and I am very sad that the vulnerable ones are the ones stereotyping people to make their case worse. How many women have been caught telling lies against men that they were raped? Crying victim turns to blackmailer is very common. We know it. It only makes everyone cynical about genuine cases that need help. |
temmyyem:As for me and my house we shall vote Tinubu. We want him to turn Nigeria to what he turned Lagos to. We shall not accept the curse of underdevelopment we see in other states of Nigeria, ruled by power hungry people without vision. If he pocketed Lagos and yet it is the best state in Nigeria, we want him to pocket Nigeria so that it can be the best in Africa. We are not blind, we are intelligent and we know the true leader. Our minds are devoid of sentiments, we refuse to be bribed by a corrupt politician, we make our decision freely and fairly and based on common sense. |
Malory:Honestly I wonder if some people have taken tranadol. Does Amaechi have any track record like Tinubu? Both in government and in private sector? Does Amaechi know politics like Tinubu? Amaechi could not tame ordinary Wike in Rivers state, while Tinubu was able to curtail a whole dictatorial president Obasanjo. Mcheww Amaechi is a featherweight. We will know in one month. |
OVB123:Tinubu is really causing sifiia pain to wailers. Your eyes will soon clear next month. |
syntekelite:Tinubu was basically frustrated by Obasanjo for political reasons. Otherwise, Obasanjo would have given federal support and legal backing. |
delpee:Is that not what the DISCOs and GENCOs are doing now under the same PDP government that started them? It was just political bad belly by Obasanjo. He hated Tinubu with passion until today. Because Tinubu refused to allow him win Lagos for PDP after all other Yoruba states had been taken. |
MadamVanessa:The 5 percenters can wait till eternity. Tinubu will win with a landslide. |
Jessyjeff:It’s surprising you don’t know that the project was frustrated by Obasanjo. Because electricity is in exclusive legislative list. |
Cyynthia:Only Yoruba with no sense that will not support Tinubu. He’s simply the best. |
IPOB will say “ Jesus loves you” as they pump bullets into the belly of innocent weak people. Jesus loves you indeed! |
Brendaniel:You have said it all. Tinubu is the only one who has demonstrated that several times over. Check his cabinet in Lagos. That’s enough evidence. |
JosephXavier:Because we don’t joke with Satan and his disciples causing havoc in this world. We see the horizon very clearly and refuse to get blurred by stupidity. Transgenders are the greatest scam in western world. They need to teach themselves good lessons in making sure that sanity is never lost to Satan. |
Crizzycross:Don’t lose hope. Have you thought about the life in the grave too. It may not be rosy over there as well, especially when you commit suicide. Be patient. Go for therapy. |
Crizzycross:Hope you are not thinking of suicide. Wait for Tinubu, things go better. He has done it before. |
