Its not sending at all or is sending but not going to inbox but going to SPAM folder? Please tell you client to check his SPAM folder. Let us know if that's the case. Because they are different problems.

Yea that's normal because your provider will be answering queries from their datacenter.

A good provider will send you a SPAM report containing the defaulting email and the headers.
Then you can terminate the offender showing him/her the email header.

Ok, seriously I brought that up because the way you prevent spam depends on the level you are at. At the shared and reseller levels its dificult to prevent SPAM because you don't have full acess to the kernel and cant perform administrative functions. So the best you can do is hope your host is alive and has a monitor watching your back for you.
If you run a VPS, Dedicated or Colocation you can perform som tweaks at the back end to help compat SPAMMERS. I will list some of the measures I have used:

Check email relayers from your WHM and see the flow of emails per account.
Limit number of emails each domain sends per hour
Configure your firewall to send you a notification once any process on the server starts sending out mails in large numbers.[/li]

For security reasons these are the tips I can release. Basically these should do the work, they have worked for me and everyone on the server for 2 years.
You should also spell it out in plain English in your TOS that the penalty for spam is termination with no refund.

Explanation
Since a variable there already holds the full path to the file, back in html a key property of the <img> tag is its "src" (source). The source either takes a full path or a relative path. The variable $newname in your script is a full path to the uploaded file. So all you need do is feed the full path to the src of the <img> tag.
