You will know what someone can do based on what he has done before, his antecedents. Atiku bribed his way to the PDP ticket. He won their ticket because he was the highest bidder!
He was chair of the Privitization council. He sold our assets to himself and his Cronies. He used INTELS to cheat NPA for close to 15years! until Hadiza stopped him. He used his American wife, Jennifer, to launder more than $40million in the USA. His claim to wealth is questionable and very dubious. Is that the person that will miraculously change Nigeria?
I pity these fools that are going about chanting Atikulate. By the time this thief called Atiku finishes with you, you'll know whatsup.

It's very pathetic that a man whose chief of staff is in prison for helping him launder Paris club refunds to states, a man who deliberately hindered the passage of the 2018 budget since November 2017, a man who supervised the insertion of fraudulent constituency projects into the already delayed budget, a man who has not been accountable with the billions allocated to the national assembly, is asking questions about democracy, rule of law and corruption!
Saraki that was sponsoring thugs and cultists to kill his opponents in Kwara, the same ones that killed 30 people in a robbery. Saraki that should have been shot dead or hanged were we in Saudi Arabia or China!
That bastard criminal from a criminal family who we all heard on tape claiming that Buhari refused to compensate him for spending money during his election.
And to think there are some fools here on NL that actually think this Saraki fellow means well for them is more incredible!

Funny thing is that most of these so called Yoruba demons are the real champions of true love. Most of these guys are hustlers that leave their real loves behind in Nigeria and go abroad to hustle. They stumble on those easy gals abroad that fall at the mention of love. These guys never forget the gals they've left behind at home and almost always go back for them. If that's not true love, I don't know what love is. If you're a woman, don't just be the unfortunate one that ends up being a pathway to a guys hustle. CHIKENA!

All these attacks occur mostly during twilight, at night. The blame here should rest squarely on the Airforce. Don't they have night attack helicopters? Boko harams Anti aircraft guns are useless at night because they are not radar based. Why on earth can't the Airforce mobilise a QRF (quick response force) whenever there's an attack on any village or military outpost? It's just baffling! Watching convoys of terrorists parading through swaths of territory without any aircraft to neutralise them! That should be a fighter pilots dream!!! Seeing targets easily like that. I'm baffled!

Please don't spew thrash about something you know nothing of.
The program couldn't be broadcast live because of hitches. It was however recorded and broadcast as soon as the technical issues were resolved. If that is not reasonable enough for you, please kill yourself. Thanks!

Very wonderful speech! Adams didn't deny that promises were made. He said where we are now is a very sharp departure frm where we're coming from. They were using private jets siphon our national heritage!!! They were smuggling dollars in planes to Ekiti, Osun and South Africa. They were using bullion vans to smuggle money for Dasuki, Dokpesi and Diezani. They were stashing money in Apartments in Ikoyi and Kaduna. They were buying expensive pent houses and Yatchs in New York and London through Aluko and Omokere. They used Private banks to bribe INEC officials nationwide!!!!
That's how messed up Nigeria was!!! Thank God that era is over. Never again!

I keep reading people saying any sane Nigerian should vote Atiku! Are you people kidding me?? Atiku that just won the pdp primaries by bribing delegates with USD6000 each!! Is that seriously the person we want leading this country? Atiku's Intels had been stealing from Nigerians for years before Hadiza cancelled the fraud. Atiku is a person of interest in the US in the bribery conviction of congressman Jefferson. One of Atikus wives Jennifer, is a person of interest in the US for helping her husband launder up to USD40million in the US.
This same Atiku claims to be a man of means and a billionaire and yet hasn't made any reasonable donation to any worthy cause, not even to the refugees displaced in his home state due to the boko haram insurgency. Atiku has the means to pay thousands of PDP delegates USD6000 just for a party ticket, yet cannot make any reasonable donation to refugees in his home state. Is that not devilish? Nigerians please shine your eyes o! Dont let stupid hatred blind you into bringing a narcissistic thief into your family home as a saviour. You shouldn't be in a haste to pour bitterness on people. I was still putting my post together (though it was inadvertently posted) when you pounced on it. This is Nairaland where people post "Y" only to come drop the complete shit later. I'll restrain myself not to trade banters with you. However, you have to understand that for the fact that a company re-organises or repositions itself, doesn't mean it has erased all traces of its heritage. The company we know has Union bank today was once Colonial Bank, then Barclays bank. Mind you, this same 'Union Bank' has gone through a number of mergers and acquisitions but still it doesn't strip it of its heritage. It might further interest you that the Union bank operates in the property, captial market and communications sectors under different franchise. You'll still read anywhere that Union bank was founded in 1917 (and rightly so). Now, most of these Soviet companies didn't die with the union, as each member-state left and continued with whatever assets of the old soviet union that fell under its jurisdiction. Russia and Ukraine were the biggest players on this turf. Most of these companies were state-run (ofcourse due to the socialist leaning), and they went through reorganisation to meet with the emerging realities (most of them taking up new names or becoming subsumed under a new parent body). But in all of these, they still hold tight to their heritage. ROSTEC is the umbrella body for most of all these soviet-era corporations - including the talked about TPE. I brought in Gazprom (a company that has its roots planted in the WW2 era) a classical example of how Russian corporations have morphed over the years. I hope you learn to be less edgy.
Bros are you insinuating that the FG should give N300billion to a company that only exists in the mind of Ms Natasha and those compromised reps? Everybody keeps saying that TPE still exists but a simple Google search says otherwise. There isn't even a successor company. ROSTEC is a Russian conglomerate that has no involvement in Nigeria at all! So who exactly is collecting this N300billion that Ms Natasha and her boyfriends in the NA want us to share?

That is exactly the goal Buhari was pursuing with the planned Privitization. The house of reps conducted a public hearing and even approved N500million for the Privitization process. Then money changed hands somewhere in between and the NA declares the Minister hostile and one mysterious lady with a mysterious background Is called in to hoodwink Nigerians into believing that one mystical company somewhere in Russia should be given N300billion to revive ASC. The house of reps then, overnight and in record time emoves the ASC from the Privitization list without a public hearing. It's one of the most sophisticated and geniously organised scams ever!!!

The ASC shoud be of national priority - Nigeria will continue to take the back seat in matters of industrialisation if the plant in not brought on stream. It is misleading for people here to assume that the Soviet company that built it to 95% completion ran aground with the now-defunct union. No! Russia, Georgia, Ukraine et'al all morphed out of the union, just as Tyazhpromoexport (TPE). TPE exists today as GAZPROM, a multi-spectral, state-run corporation with total assets in excess of $250bn. It is a behemoth, a symbol of Russian industrial might. The Chinese People's government even contracts with Gazprom on projects of gargantuan scale. Listen, Nigeria is just not ready to set the furnaces in Ajaokuta alight - we are more interested in 'da'awah' and evangelism'. God will fix Ajaokuta for us; he fixes everything! The level of stupidity in Nigeria is grandiose! How can a sane people be talking of looters' list, hijab, BBN, agbada, Islamization, tithe etc when the furnace at Ajaokuta ( a complex bigger than all our refineries - dead refineries - combined) lie dead-cold! We are in a league of ours!
You're a big fool! Gazprom the giant Russian oil company is now a steel company? What kind of stupidity is brewing in Nigeria these days? Have you googled the TPE in Russia? That scam is non existent! What is wrong with you people sef! Are you this easy to deceive! Even with the advent of Google!!!

Guy you are talking balderdash!

Anybody can do a research about a topic and get it's facts and come to any NASS open hearing and present for members to debate on....the Natasha woman or anybody does not need to be an expert in steel plants to know the basics truths.....its left for 300 representatives of the people to debate and know who is making sense and take resolutions, that is their jobs

Is it the scam the minister and some cabals want to perpetuate with the concessioning that should be allowed to go on?!

Just know that the NASS is dead serious this time around to get ajaokuta work...and they are all out for the excutivies on this.
Bros you're the one refusing to use sense and read between the lines. We have a lady with zero background in the industry, setting our steel policy in Nigeria and constantly telling us that a mysterious Russian company should be given money to revive ASC. Our House of Reps then invites this questionable lady with a questionable background to give a presentation to an entire country on a field she has zero expertise in! Our House of Reps then changes our Privitization act and wants to allocate N300billion to this non existent (And nameless) company that built the ASC, based on the fraudulent presentation (laced with lies) given by this fraudstar!
When a simple Google search by you or any of those house of reps would have revealed to you that that Russian company only exists in the minds of Natasha and her sponsors?

Thanks for your link,,I am not saying she has expert judgement on the subject matter, but rather she was the only crying voice in the wilderness that seems to bring the ASC TO THE FRONT BURNER, If you have ever worked in Kogi state you will know that the ASC is like a cursed project.

Now to the matter i am not divulging corruption from the revamping of the structure,it's just so unfortunate that year on year billions spent does not really translate to milestones over the years.

I believe you see my position now
Oga you still are nt getting the point. She is not any crying voice!!! She is just part of a conspiracy to swindle Nigeria of N300billion naira! The house of Reps of the Federal Republic of Nigeria made a major policy shift based on the advise of a woman who has no background whatsoever in Steel and whose only claim to fame is her women's NGO!!! In another country this would be a national scandal! But somehow we even have dunces on this thread quoting what the lady said in the National Assembly and on NTA, without even knowing anything about her background or who she represents!!! Of all the Iron an steel experts an Engineers in Nigeria, our House of reps decides to make a major policy change based on a women's NGO activists testimony!!!

Well anything is possible based on your assumptions/ theory, but as for the lady saying she has no identity go back and read about her very well she has being advocating for the successful completion of the Ajaokuta project for over 5 years now if my memory is not failing me,even the Russian government were skeptical of her when she was digging into the company that constructed the steel plant
Oga read this and educate yourself on who this woman is

http://dailypost.ng/2017/02/03/group-clashes-natasha-akpoti-alleged-sponsored-campaign-ajaokuta-steel-company/amp/

She has no background in steel. She claims she has an M.A in oil and gas but no one knows where she got it from. She is a divorcee from Kogi with a Ukrainian mother. She currently runs an NGO for women in her home state. Does it not bother you that the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria voted to cancel the Privitization of the ASC, budget N300 billion of our money for it and even remove the ASC from the list of government companies that can be privatized based on the testimony of a divorcee from Kogi with no background whatsoever in the steel industry and who runs an NGO for women? If it doesn't bother you, it really bothers me that our house of reps trusts the testimony of a divorcee single mother with no authority or expertise in any field over the Minister of Solid Minerals. I'm shocked and dumbfounded.

Oga this nonsense you typed is a categorical lie. The builder of that plant was a Soviet company that is now defunct. That Natasha lady is working for interests that are bent on cornering money that the REPS and their sponsors want to divert. Those REPS have an agenda and they brought someone (Natasha) to solidify that agenda. How on earth did the REPS arrive at 300billion as the cost for the refurbishment of the plant? Who did the estimation and the costing? Where are the tenders that were submitted for the project? What are the machines and instruments that will be purchased? Someone just sat on his toilet seat and thought of a big round figure starting with 3 and ending with plenty zeros!
The way Nigerians get hoodwinked these days is on another level!!! The same REPS the approved the N500million that was budgeted for the Privitization process of the Ajaokuta plant after a detailed public hearing now went to the backdoor and procured a woman (Natasha) with no traceable background and on the payroll of interest groups, to defend the comic allocation of N300 billion! of our excess reserves to the toilet. I'm sure one of those REPS came up with the 300 figure while he was deep inside Natasha.

Guy you don't know what you are talking about

Ajaokuta has been privitized a couple of times and it was made worse than it was.

The indians are not genuinely competent to complete and run that important national asset well...they are just there to strip and rip the place without putting in a significant amount of investment.

Let govt provide the money for the original builders of ajaokuta to complete the steel plant before private hands are called in to manage it
The person that quoted you and bashed you for talking rubbish was right. The original builders of the plant, a Soviet firm, no longer exists. The best way to go is the way the minister of steel has directed. No FG money should be voted for that plant. Those stupid criminals or REPS are joking if they think Buhari will sign that crazy bill, or even allow for 300billion of our money to be flushed into the toilet in the name of saving Ajaokuta. Those REPS think it's Jonathan that's still in charge.

I will. The constitution does not demand that the vehicles be bullet proof. Again, it was claimed in the past that it was not the responsibility of the office of the NSA to provide such. For the sake of our discussion, let's assume that it is NSA's responsibility.

Now, this is the catch. I hope you are sincere enough and have integrity, to tell me your honest stand: if bubu is doing nothing to disarm herdsmen, do you think he would bother protecting his political rival? Remember the "blood of babboon and dogs" statement. Dasuki and GEJ, treated him well. I am glad they did. Now let's see how APC and Buhari will protect their opponents, come 2019.

Anyway, I know where you are coming from. I hope u are enjoying ur Easter.
No sir, I'm referring to the context in which Reno spoke. Reno gave the impression that Buhari partook in Dasukis corruption by accepting that bullet proof SUV.
And yes it is the responsibility of the NSA to purchase bullet proof vehicles on behalf of the FG. No other FG agency has that authorizatìon. If there was an impending threat to the life of a former head of state by a terrorist group, the NSA is the only agency that can authorize the purchase of a bullet proof vehicle for such ex head of state.
The only reason why we're discussing an issue as benign as bullet proof vehicles is that after paying Cambridge analytica USD2million to scoop dirt on Buhari, the only "dirt" they could scoop was his acceptance of those bullet proof vebicles. That is why Reno is harping so much on it. because there is just nothing else to hold Buhari on.

I'll refer you to the Vice Presidents speech about this corruption Perception index. He spoke about grand corruption in Nigeria and how that has been eliminated. There is no more corruption at the very top where the President Instructs his special assistant in domestic affairs (dudufa) to pack suitcases filled with dollars from the CBN into his bedroom. Or where the NSA of the country diverts money meant for persecuting a war to private pockets. Grand corruption was impeding Nigeria's development under Past Administrations because money devoted to specific projects was never actually releases for such projects. That doesn't mean nobody in Nigeria is still corrupt. We have immigration officers still harassing travellers for bribes. We have policemen still extorting motorists and releasing criminals for cash. That is still there. But grand corruption in Nigeria has ended.

Reno omokri aka Wendell Simlin is a very devilish version of FFK. Reno omokri is the kind of man that will sleep with someone's wife at 5am on Sunday morning and mount the pulpit at 8am to preach.
