The problem is most likely your APN. Glo 4G doesn't work well with glosecure. In fact, reception would simply refuse to come up, just like it is on your screenshot. Change your APN to gloflat, then put your device on Airplane mode or restart. That should resolve it.

Since inception, ntel made it clear on its T&C that, on daily basis, after exhaustion of 3GB data, you would be throttled. I guess they finally implemented it. If that is really the case, then subscribers can't complain.

MTN uses lte band 7(2600mhz). Google the specs of your particular device variant to see if it supports that band.

Before, they throttle d speed i think after 10g/day, but u stil get 400kb-600kb via idm download, browsing n streaming still remains super fast,
But now it seems they "over" throttle d speed, cos u only get 20-30kb on idm, browsing n streaming becomes very slow.

Have you tried a VPN to see if it bypasses the throttling?

This Ntel has been useless for past few weeks, at least in Jabi, Abuja. They are throttling Internet speed all day long, you can only unleash the fury of 1.2 mb/s at night...
Has anyone tried GLO in this area? Glo doesn't include Jabi in their covered area on their website... 48gb/8k sounds sweet.

The 20gb is not free data. It's called New Device data bonus. It's given to those who activate a data plan on a new device that has never been used to activate any data plan.

As regards the MiFi 20gb offer, What happens is that, when you purchase a Mifi from mtn, they activate the N5,000/10GB plan on the mifi, and since it's a new device, you are given 10GB new device data bonus, making the total data allocation 20GB.

My point is that, it's not a mifi data per se. it's a new device data bonus, giving to those who activate a data plan on new devices.

If your phone supports both bands and it's rooted, and you want to be sure of the bands available in your location, download Network signal guru. With that, you can lock it to any of the available bands. That's assuming your device uses a Qualcomm SoC. If MTK, use MTK Engineering mode to lock it to any of the bands.

As long as you used your Ibadan address as the shipping address on Aliexpress, then you'll be notified by the Nipost office which handles your part of Ibadan area. They'll either call or text you.

Now, NGLOSA means it's in Lagos. The next stop is your Ibadan Nipost office, and since it landed in Lagos the day before yesterday, then it has probably gotten to your Ibadan local Nipost office already. If they don't notify you by tomorrow, go to the Nipost office which serves your area and give them your Tracking number. Don't give anybody else your tracking number except Nipost officials at their office. Trust me, you don't need anyone's help to get your package. It has probably already gotten to your local post office.
