If he truely is a national figure then he must be seen to be fair to all. until we have national leaders sectionalism will not stop.If I will get good leadership whether its my kinsman is at the helm or not then all these killings and power struggle will be reduced. If it is all about service to the nation and not looting or favouring one section of the country why then should people threathen fire and brimestone if their son is not made the president?
