You will recall that Huawei gadgets currently utilize the 7mm Kirin 980 processors which is more faster and powerful than the Snapdragon 845 processors. Kirin OS will first be exclusive to Huawei devices, then it will be rolled out globally.

Use it at your own risk. Your data will be readily available to the Chinese government. It may sell well in China but won't in the developed world due to security reasons. China is not like the US where there are data protection laws.

Beats me too.

I was shocked too at such a suggestion.

On the other hand, we shouldn't be surprised at what some very desperate people can result to.
I have read on Nairaland here, and I am sure Justwise will remember, of a nairalander and her husband who went to the US and while there the husband lost his job and they decided to stay. She married an "uncle" while the husband "married" someone else to regularise their stay after which they divorced and came back together as a couple. So people go to great lengths that we may not understand why.

Nigerian citizens who have citizenship or permanent residency elsewhere in a developed country are simply Nigerian by convenience. Think of a Banky W for example. They'll claim or live in Nigeria ONLY if it benefits them. Ask them to renounce their foreign passports and be stuck with Nigeria for better or worse, watch how fast they'll hold on to their foreign passports. Those who choose to remain are the small minority, except when they need medical care of course. Lets stop forming.
I am talking about Nigerians with only the Nigerian passport. Moreover the OP is an illegal and what I am saying is that I know Nigerians that have the skills and resources to migrate and live legally in some of those countries but aren't doing that. They travel there on holiday and go back home. If Nigeria was hell as some people portray it they would have fled. Circumstances differ so we should not paint everybody with the same brush. And if I may add, i also know some people with very good jobs that have migrated from Nigeria legally.

Within a month you'd be looking for a way out if you returned to naija. I can bet my life on it .
Please don't. There are many people, legal residents of advanced countries, that have moved back to Nigeria and loving it. People are different and react differently in certain situations. I also know many people in Nigeria with the skills and means to migrate to the west but have chosen to remain.

Foreign Affairs › Re: President Emmanuel Macron To Return Benin Artworks 'Stolen' From Benin Republic by dustydee: 2:30pm On Nov 24, 2018
dainformant:
Report has it that the president of France, Emmanuel Macron has agreed to immediately return 26 African artworks claimed by Benin, Edo state, Nigeria.

It was gathered that the decision on Friday came shortly after Macron received a report detailing how former colonisers can return looted artworks to Africa.

According to AFP, government officials from Ethiopia to Senegal eagerly awaited the report, commissioned by Macron and compiled by French art historian, Benedicte Savoy, and Senegalese economist Felwine Sarr.

It recommends that the thousands of items in French museums taken without consent during the colonial period be returned to the continent.

Unless it can be proven that the objects were obtained legitimately, they should be returned to Africa permanently, the report's authors say.

French law currently forbids the government from ceding state property, regardless of how it was obtained.

See more; https://www.nationalhelm.co/2018/11/french-president-agrees-to-return-african-artworks-stolen-from-benin-edo.html
Or Benin Republic?

France will return 26 works of art to Benin more than a century after it took them from the west African nation.
President Emmanuel Macron ordered the pieces returned "without delay" to the former French colony, according to a report commissioned by the French government.
The pieces have been in France's possession for 126 years, ever since they were taken from the palace of King Behanzin, who was deposed and exiled when France claimed the region as a protectorate in 1894.
Macron's decision to return the artworks stems from a report authored by French historian Bénédicte Savoy and Senegalese writer and academic Felwine Sarr. French collections now house at least 90,000 pieces originating from sub-Saharan Africa, the report said, with around 70,000 works just in the Quai Branly -- a museum featuring art indigenous to Africa.
It recommended that the French government return stolen artifacts to their countries of origin.
"These works can be presented to the Beninese public and to the international public as part of the ambitious project of museums carried by the Republic of Benin," the statement said.
And these 26 pieces may just be the start.
The report suggested a three-phased approach. The first, the return of "several symbolic pieces whose return has been requested fro a long time by various African nations." Then, an international inventory of stolen pieces. And the final phase would include African nations submitting claims of restitution.
The Elysée Palace said there will be a meeting at the start of 2019 between African and European nations to develop a new policy on the exchange of stolen artifacts.

I am torn because I really love him, he is my first boyfriend and we've shared a lot of memories together. I don't know what to do. I don't know if he is part of a cult or whether that is indeed the truth! How would I not wear any make-up on my wedding day? What if my kids want to take part in sports at school, do I tell them they have to wear dresses to run or in the gym? I never thought this would be the thing that would break us apart, I am torn and trying so hard to mentally switch off, but I don't know what to do.

We both love each other and since the arguments we've just not discussed the topic anymore, but I know it's only a matter of time. l'm scared of starting again, looking for someone all over again, What do I do? What would you do?
Honestly, this should be the least of your problems. In most of the wedding pictures I have seen, the women often times look more beautiful on a normal day than on their wedding days and makes me wonder why they do it in the first place. Worry about other things my sister.

The man is a genuine man, is just that he came to UK and his ex-partner died and he later claim right of residence and later he has to remarry from Nigeria. He is living happily with the wife, married the new wife in church,is just that he is yet to get permanent stay in uk
I did not judge. My statement is conditional. It is cheaper and probably easier for him to file for you now than later. The rules are getting tighter and it is getting more expensive by the years.

Hello house happy Sunday. Ps a friend of mine lives in UK why the wife lives in Nigeria, and she now has five years visa, ps can she be coming to UK every six months to visit her husband, until the hubby gets his permanent resident, he can fill for her . She came to UK and spent six months this year and left around 1st Stember and she is planning to visit by Dec. Ps will they be problem at point of entrance? She never overstayed, just six months and went bk home
Why can't he file for her now? And staying 6 months at a time may raise eye brows with immigration. If she can split the 6 months into 3 months - wait 6 months and then another 3 months or better still, spend a few weeks at a time and visit 3 or 4 times a year.

Top Question for President Muhammadu Buhari

What do you think about the in-fighting among your current or previous appointees? One example is the disagreement between the Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr Ibe Kachikwu and GMD of NNPC Dr Maikanti Baru. - I believe in institutions governing themselves with minimal or no interference from the government. The so called disagreements you talked about is not unusual but helps in deepening our democracy.

Your health has been a major issue during your first term, do you feel healthy enough to go through the rigours of campaigning for a 2nd term and then governing thereafter? - Yes I do. I am probably fitter than you.

There is ample evidence that you take a long time before taking important decisions, do you agree with this assertion? If yes, what is your motivation for this approach to governance? Buhari, over to you.

What has surprised you the most in your first term as president? - The level of corruption across all strata of the Nigerian society.

How are you coping with the different demands of your party members whose interests might not be in congruence with each other and yours? An example is the clash between 2nd term governors and the senators they are seeking to replace in the Senate. - Buhari, over to you.

Many Nigerians are complaining of hardship during your first term, what is your response to this? - We are aware of the hardship and doing our best to build a better Nigeria. What we are suffering today is as a result of the past years of mismanagement and stealing of our resources.

You are a retired general, what are your thoughts on the performance of the military and other security agencies in the fight against Boko Haram, criminality and the effort at quelling internal conflicts such as farmers-herders clashes in Nigeria? -The army has done creditably well even though there are still some challenges. Boko Haram no longer holds any territory of our country. We are also working to resolve the farmer - herdsmen clashes.

Your wife, Hajia Aisha Buhari has at certain times come out to criticize your close associates and some party members including your party chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomole. How does this make you feel apart from your already expressed thoughts about “the other room”? Buhari, over to you.

On a scale of 1-10, how would you score yourself in your first term? 7

How confident are you of winning the presidential election in 2019? Do you think your chances are better than they were in 2015? I am very confident.

Why don't you ask them to move to Nigeria to join you since you have a job and it will be easier for them to get a visa? I say that because getting a tier 2 visa is quite difficult if you are not a medical practitioner. while they are with you, she could still make do with her benefit (assuming they keep paying her). Marry her, that way she could then apply for a spousal visa for you (may be difficult as she does not earn enough). You can then continue your search for a route to the UK via tier 1 (Exceptional Talent Visa), Tier 2 or Spousal visa.
