A friend tier 2 was declined because of his visa status.
I he said they told him to comeback after renewal.

I do the same too and that was what led me to her. Imagine my shock when I realised it wasn't cheaper after all.

I did not say she is not genuine. I only shared my experience.

Haba.... Never experienced such from our dealings. Yes, she does impose a commission, but it's notified upfront.......
You may be right. But that was not my experience. I am not trying to discourage her but to warn her to have her bases covered before dealing with her.
For example, Imagine realising that you could have gotten N50k more if you had gone with your regular provider instead but you went with someone else you thought was of better value only to discover there were other "hidden" charges.

Thanks , never heard of Bebe2 , I see its a profile here on NL
Be careful though, did a transfer with her some years ago. She told me the rate and after the transfer was complete I noticed that the money was not complete as expected. I contacted her and she then told me she deducted her charges, which was not part of our arrangement and was never mentioned. It would have been better for me to use other money transfer agents if she had told me about her charges. There was nothing much I could do as I had laid her already. Needless to say I haven't gone near or reffered anyone to her based on my bad experience.
I also forgot to add that it took more than a day to get my money. I asked for a refund which she declined.

Read from the beginning, you will understand.

I asked for a link first and he told a lady who asked for the same link after, to DM him. I never concluded he has given out the job
He asked her to DM him and you said "he ignored and linked someone else". Read your comment again.
All I am trying to say is do not be quick to crucify someone as it may lead to missed opportunities.
Wish you the best.

Kindly link me with the private job.

Thanks

Despite being the first to ask the Op to link me with the private job, he ignored and linked someone else(a female)! Wetin man dey do him fellow man! cry
How did you arrive at this conclusion? He has repeatedly said he will see if he can recommend someone to take his place, how do you expect him to do that when he has not decided to leave the job yet? Please stop hastily jumping into conclusions especially as you are still looking for a job as i could lead to loss of opportunities.

Pls,how much is the visa fees,£928 right?? and do all companies do the bond thing
Depends on his consultant used. When I did mine, it came to about £2000 including the fees charged by the immigration consultants used by my company. There's also NHS surcharge. Some companies do not ask you to sign a bond but mine did. That should not stop you from leaving. He should ensure that his US visa is secured first before moving.

Sir,please I want to get a clarification from you as I guess you have bn in Uk for sometime.
Let's say after MSC,someone managed to get a 2 yrs tier-2 sponsorship by a company(consulting/bank) and then the person after working for 10 months got a job with Google in San Francisco,USA.....

1)Can the person resign from his uk job after working just 10 months instead of 2 yrs.

2..Will the company allow him to resign

3).Will this have affect an effect on his chances of entering u.k in the future

Thank you sir .
1. Yes
2. Yes (If you signed a bond to refund visa fees then you may have to repay - if they ask you to)
3. No

You see the problem we have in Nigeria?
we don't like to tell ourselves the TRUTH

I went to a "Tier 1" university in NIGERIA and I'm telling you that what we learn in Nigeria are mostly USELESS

You know it, and I know it

when was the sylabus updated last?
What is the quality of research work coming out of the schools,?

why don't the elite in the country have faith in the system in place?

How many of the so called academics are up to date with the trends with their fields?

how many of them do MCPE?

The system needs to br over hauled and changed COMPLETELY to have proper quality products

Asides that, we will continue to lie to ourselves

I go to universities elsewhere and I see what Is obtainable
Oga you made a general statement. While I cannot speak on the University you went to, I can speak for the one I went to. Nobody here will claim we have a good educational system but having schooled in Nigeria and outside, I can confirm that my University education in Nigeria was not USELESS. Some other people have also backed up my submission so do not generalise. Yes it leaves a lot to be desired but Useless? NO.
It's good you have changed tune to include "mostly useless", you aregradually coming around.

education in NIGERIA is USELESS

There is no pride whatsoever in suffering

I regret every day I spent in a Nigerian school, from my pre school to my masters degree.

And my children will not SPEND A DAY in that use less system, from a use less country

But we see things differently tho
So.....
I don't know which school you went to in Nigeria but the ones I went to were not useless and they were government schools. It was not the best and a lot needs to be done in our educational system but given what we pay, I'll say I got good value for money.

Yep ... that's the one. I've been using since 2013 self

I have Azimo and Worldremit accounts but by the time I compare rates and transfer fees, I end up using smallworldfs.
You probably haven't tried rhemito.com then.
Best rate I have seen anywhere just that they just recently introduced a flat fee of £2.

Jokerman:
These happened in my neighborhood

A couple got marrried about 4 years ago. They have two kids( A boy and a girl). The man works with a telecoms company as an engineer while the wife works as a banker.
Two years later, the man discovered that his wife was cheating on him, Buh his wife never knew that the man was in the know because he never asked her about it, however he was gathering evidence.

All through this while, though the man was planning to go overseas without telling anyonr not even his wife....

Two days ago, it was learnt the man had traveled to Australia with his two kids, and leaving his wife behind without telling her..

The wife was judging that the man was wicked etc.. The man now forwarded photos, text messages, DNA results of his 2 kids to the family as he said he won't be returning to Nigeria anytime soon...

Now isn't this too much of revenge against the wife.... I felt he should have divorced her or asked her about the cheating etc...instead of just disapearing like that with the kids

What do y'all think... Can you do this or something worse??
Simple. She can file a report accusing the man of kidnapping. She can also easily involve the Australian police in the matter. The man had no right to do what he did.

i hope you know that the one of the biggest employer in UK is an Indian company named (TATA)

Britain's richest Asians have increased their collective wealth by a record £14billion

The wealthiest Asians in Britain are the Hinduja Brothers, who are worth £19billion

The 2017 British Asian Rich List revealed that the country's Asian business community has increased its wealth to a record £70billion
What of black rich list? The same reason there are more Asian billionaires in Asia than African billionaires in Africa is applicable in the UK.
And TATA is a global company owned by Indians. The blacks are free to come to the UK too and create jobs.

there is an affluent Japanese neighborhood in Hampstead and St John's Wood and affluent Indian community in North West London, London, especially in the wembley area.
Show me proof. Same can be said of blacks. There are black communities in affluent areas of London.

brixton and Dagenham are not affluent areas, but just black communities, the asians do have predominately middle class asian communities in the UK
I did not say they were. Can you mention one predominantly middle class Asian community in the UK?
Travel › Re: Why Are There No Affluent Black Communities In The UK Unlike The US? by dustydee: 11:51am On Mar 26, 2019
@wetdick, the UK and the US are structured differently. There are no black communities in the UK per se (I have heard of Brixton and Degenham) in London and I do not know of any affluent Asian community in the UK also. The UK system does not work that way. If a place is affluent and you can afford it, you move there - white, black, Asian etc.
Do the answer to your question is that the countries are different and work differently. The population of blacks in the UK is smaller than in America and America as whole is a much larger country. I also dare say that slavery may have contributed to black communities springing up in the USA.
