Popular actress, Mary Remmy Njoku pens an open letter to married women worldwide as she speaks on why marriage isn’t an achievement.

A Caucasian mother of 19 has revealed that she is set to welcome her 20th child, and all are with different men.

Martha, the 39-year-old Medellin, Colombia native, reveals that she is unsure of the father of her children; However, she intends to go on having children until her body is no longer able to conceive.

Martha is the mother of seventeen children under the age of eighteen, and her government provides financial assistance to each of her children.

“I see being a mom like a business, practically,” Martha stated.

Martha laments that the money she gets is insufficient to pay for the expenses of raising and caring for all of her children because she has so many of them.

“The truth is, as the government helps me for each child, I receive a little money for each one,” she said.

According to Martha, she receives roughly $30.50 for her youngest children and the equivalent of $76 for her oldest.

She receives about $510 a month from the Colombian government to take care of her kids.

Martha also gets assistance from her neighbors and the church.

She added that she intends to continue to give birth until her body no longer allows it.

Martha acknowledged that it can be difficult at times to feed everyone well on a tight budget, but she plans to keep having children as it is “profitable” for her.

A Nigerian man, Usman Ahmad, has taken to social media to advise men on one of the tests to carry out on a woman before marrying her.

Usman urged men to test their partner’s tolerance level by cheating on her at least twice before their wedding.

Popular Nigerian singer and dancer, Korra Obidi has revealed why she openly confessed to cheating on her estranged husband, Justin Dean.

A Twitter user, @budgetOdogwu, has shared a story about a Nigerian man who divorced his wife because she refused to work after he became rich.

According to @budgetOdogwu, the Nigerian man, referred to as “Egbon,” initially married his wife while he was working at First Bank.

At the time, the financial responsibilities rested primarily on man’s shoulders as his wife pursued her nursing education in Port Harcourt.

However, tensions arose when the man secured a job at Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC).

The wife decided to quit her job. Surprised by his wife’s decision to quit her job, he chose to overlook the issue and proceeded to establish a business for her in Okporo

Despite setting up a business for her in Okporo, Egbon noticed that she wasn’t contributing financially to the family, and all bills were on him.

The situation escalated as man’s wife felt entitled to his money, leading him to secretly build wealth and properties without her knowledge.

In 2018, just three months after leaving SPDC, the man filed for divorce, expressing that he felt used as a financial ticket rather than a partner.

A Nigerian lady has taken to social media to share how 20 million naira was mistakenly sent to her bank account by a company in Lagos.

Sharing on the X platform, the lady identified as @ps_wears gave detailed experience of how it pays to be a good person relating to an event that happened to her years back.

According to her, she had gone to withdraw her salary when she saw 20 million naira in her account which got her shocked. She headed to the bank to confirm where the huge amount came from but was ignored by the customer care attendant.

“Immediately the bank froze my account and I couldn’t even remove my own money”

Recounting the event, she travelled from Ilorin to Lagos to inform the company about what transpired so they could get their money. The company thought they paid someone for supply but sent the money to the wrong account.

Speaking on the newest episode of the the Tea with Tay podcast, the singer emphasised the significance of understanding the various aspects of a person's personality before committing to a lifelong partnership. She made her stance whilst acknowledging that her opinion might not align with everyone.

"Maybe I shouldn’t share this opinion because I feel like religious people might not agree with me. [But] I personally think that people who want to get married should live together for a little bit before they do that. Because I don’t think you really know someone that you’re going to marry until you cohabit," Simi began.

Simi highlighted the importance of witnessing different aspects of a partner's character that may not be evident in public settings.

She continued: "The way someone is when they are outside in their best behaviour is different from how they are when they are cranky and they haven’t eaten or when they wake up in the morning or when they are snoring."

Simi did, however, acknowledge the facts that people have successfully married without cohabiting. According to the singer, living together provides valuable insights into compatibility and helps individuals make more informed decisions about the prospect of spending their lives together.

“When you live with someone you know all the sides to them, that is when you really know if you can do forever with them. Millions of people have gotten married without living together. But I personally think it’s a good idea to cohabit before marriage," she added.

In a video clip, a Nigerian lady has come online to advise tenants not to own a car while living in another man’s house except it is for business.

The lady identified as @kemysneh stated that a tenant is not suppose to own a car while living in a rented apartment owned by another man, if the tenant does not own a land or house.

She noted the only genuine reason for a tenant to own a car is to create business or make ends meet. One shouldn’t own a car if it will be use for mobility and enjoyment. She advised the money should be invested on land or purchase a house. Land appreciates unlike car that depreciates and cost more expenses.

Revealing in the video, the lady mentioned ranging amounts at which a tenant can acquired a land or house in underdeveloped areas at affordable price. She also added that paying of house rent at an old age won’t be easy or sending messages to the children when rent is due will be seen as a thing of embarrassment.
