GEJ contested for a constitutional second tenure unlike Nkuriziza who sought an amendment to contest a third term.
Much like what thief OBJ did but failed.

Rather what you should be connecting is the army who toppled a democracy much like Buhari did.

OBJ wanted to tow a similar line by seeking for third term.

Now he is chanting change.

Everyday we see how GEJ's action is a symbol of peace worthy of emulation.

It has strong elements of truth to it.

The palatial estate in question lies between Oji mechanic village and the abandoned Akwakuma/ Amakohia flyover.
The estate was significantly expanded with controversial acquisition of land when he became governor.

A new top quality dual carriage way with street lights was constructed (with whose money we wonder considering that it is a 100% private estate).

New breath taking mansions were added.

Same goes for Lamonde hotel. Very controversial expansion with acquisition of government owned land(one of the state ministries ) occurred on assumption of office, while Imo Concorde lay largely neglected.

^^^Don't mind them! Sometimes we tend to leave the easy doable stuff and overextend ourselves with more complex, expensive and complicated things!

I've also noted many roads in Enugu are not swept regularly, and because of the type of red soil Enugu has.....with a little rain the roads look brown and dirty! They also need to grass the medians and open spaces properly, and prevent pedestrians from walking on them; either that or they concrete over the whole thing!

This is one area I really hope the new governor will improve on.

Street sweeping is a very basic everyday activity that can be done efficiently with cheap labour.

I still wonder why Chime chose to neglect that aspect.
