Family › Re: On What Grounds Will You Divorce Your Partner? by eagleeye2: 4:18pm On Mar 20, 2013
If and when I get married, I will stay married till death do us part.
I don't joke with any kind of vow made in the Presence of God.
But if she opts out for any reason, then it will be on her head.

Divorce is a word I will never wish to hear when am married.
Romance › Re: Interesting Marriage Proposals And Fails? by eagleeye2: 3:19pm On Mar 20, 2013
I have only proposed properly to only one girl with a ring, though we didn't end up together as man and wife. Since then, I am very cautious when it comes to proposing, public or private.
I think I will simply ask the right person when she wants me to come and meet her parents, after the formal introduction with a wine, we can now go out there and buy a ring.
Politics › Re: Buhari/okorocha 2015 Posters Out by eagleeye2: 7:56pm On Mar 19, 2013
Why can't the opposition learn? Why can't they re-strategize and play grass root politics? Buhari has been tested several times and he did not fly. What makes them think Buhari will fly now? with all these Boko Haram allegation that PDP will rope round his neck.
Internet constitutes a very small percentage of the eligible voters. Unless a miracle happens, I don't see how Buhari will win this one. I don't even want to talk about Rochas, cos even in his state Imo some disgruntled people will do their best to make sure that PDP gets their vote.
Politics › Re: Buhari/okorocha 2015 Posters Out by eagleeye2: 7:46pm On Mar 19, 2013
This ticket will not sell. Not because some us wouldn't want Buhari to be the President. But the powers that be will rather die than see Buhari in Aso Rock.
Deep down in my heart, Buhari is the kind of man that should lead Nigeria even if it is for one tenure. But Buhari is the last person that will sit on that seat in Aso Rock.
Politics › Re: Bomb Blast In Kano (Sabon Gari Luxury Bus Park) by eagleeye2: 6:23am On Mar 19, 2013
The problem is that there are way too many Internet warriors calling for blood.
@Okparaigbo (the first son of the soil), I believe that you have the passion in your heart to fight. But can you translate that same passion to action?
As someone already pointed out, the fear is more of those Igbos who will sabotage the whole process, than outsiders.
Okpara, NL is a faceless forum. You need a platform like Facebook to make your bold call and you will see people responding.
I believe that when a leader call others to action, he will first lead.
I am Igbo and a Christain.
Politics › Re: Did You Vote Jonathan In 2011 And Will You In 2015? by eagleeye2: 4:53pm On Mar 18, 2013
I was among those who seriously campaigned against him on NL and off the net. My slogan was, "I pray GEJ should disappoint us doubting Thomases". Off net many people asked why I was against such a "humble" man. I categorically told anyone that wish to listen that a man whose wife has corruption case to answer (even though it has been swept under the carpet), will never have the "Balls" to fight corruption.
I am Igbo and Christain but I campaigned for buhari, whom many consider a tyrant and a bigot (it may be true, I don't know). I told people then and I will still repeat it,
CORRUPTION IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT DRAW BACK HOLDING NIGERIA FROM ATTAINING ITS GREAT HEIGHT. On that basis I will campaign for a man like Buhari again (even though I know he will not win an election in Nigeria).
Health › Re: Married In Court, and Found Out My Wife Has Fibroid. by eagleeye2: 6:57pm On Mar 17, 2013
innersecret: but this days its mostly woman that stand by their men.life is for all and health issues is meant to be treated.
THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE. If the tables were turned, the babe go leave op one time. Even the mama self go ask am to leave the marriage.
It's a known fact that women are very selfish beings.
Health › Re: Married In Court, and Found Out My Wife Has Fibroid. by eagleeye2: 6:51pm On Mar 17, 2013
Blendy77: Lots of people who have fibroid have been able to remove them through operation and went ahead to have babies normally. WHAT'S THE GUARANTEE THAT if u divorce this one, the next one u will marry without fibroids will bear u children within a short time? Its God that gives. There are men who married virgins without any other health issues and still don't have kids.
IF U LOVE THIS WOMAN in question, stand by her. Take her to a good clinic to have the fibroid remmoved and God who sees your heart will bless u with children.
@the caps, I hate it when we women use this line of arguement. Most women will not stand by their men if they discover that the tables are turned.

having said that, Op, I will advice you to go to God in prayers. If you have Faith and you truely Love her, both of you can move mountains.
Education › Re: UNICAL Sacks 4 Lecturers And Demotes 10 For Plagiarism And Fraud by eagleeye2: 12:32pm On Mar 16, 2013
I believe those guys who go to the Literature section to steal stories will now begin to understand how serious Plagiarism is.
DO NOT STEAL OTHER PEOPLES WORK, IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE.

maclatunji: Saying "he is sorry" is not enough, there has to be active penitence. He has to take certain
steps or do certain things to prove beyond doubt that he is truly sorry.
What actions do you suggest, short of bringing this Scandal to His school authorities?

I think so too. HBG, find it in your heart to forgive this fellow, if he has learnt from this I believe he may well be a Crusader against Plagiarism.
Literature › Re: Help!!! Plagiarist On The Loose by eagleeye2: 8:47am On Mar 15, 2013
I don't know if this can be done on NL by Seun. But while I was still writing my Project, I noticed that there are certain materials on the Net that cannot be copied. Try as much as you can, it won't allow you to copy.
I believe that there is a kind of Protective Software that enables such, but I aslo know that those versed in software theft/ hacking can always get their way around it.
It's painful to have worked hard only for your work to be stolen.
Literature › Re: Help!!! Plagiarist On The Loose by eagleeye2: 8:15am On Mar 15, 2013
Hey guys, am sorry I didn't actually visit the FB page. I was very busy yesterday. My comment was based on the fact that in the world of Academics "Plagiarism" is an offence that can be equated to Murder in the criminal world.
Frank and Mazi, you guys can actually take up this case to teach others a lesson, who think that claiming other people's work is "fun". If that guy is still a student, it could earn him a rustication or an outright expulsion if this Scandal get to the right people in his school.
Literature › Re: Help!!! Plagiarist On The Loose by eagleeye2: 6:31pm On Mar 14, 2013
Mazi,
This is a weighty allegation. Hope you are guys are sure, this could tanish this guys work even in the academic world.

Many people don't know how serious Plagiarism is.

Makzylopez: so what is your argument wiseman, is it that their crimes are unpardonable or what ?
GEJ, used his position to grant pardon to a Man who grossly looted his state treasury as a Governor.
Are you suporting the institutionalization of corruption in the country. ALAMs should go and hide his face in shame pardon or no pardon he is a Criminal.
Politics › Re: State Pardon For VIP Ex-convicts - A Worthy Step Or Not? by eagleeye2: 1:46pm On Mar 13, 2013
kukus01: Since fools like u dont understand what the council of state stand for, and always ready to blame your failure in life on GEJ go and carry your placards and protest the pardon infront of aso rock and protest it. you this product of a bathroom quickie!!!!
Nigeria pardons presidential ally - BBC
Nigeria pardons corrupt ex- governor- News24
Nigeria pardons president's benefactor convicted of stealing millions - Times LIVE
Nigeria pardons former political benefactor of president who stole millions as state Governor - The Washington Post

I hope all these international media are also blaming everything wrong with their outfit on St. GEJ..... Imbe.cile. Your Father should have just wanked you off... another wasted spe,rm
Politics › Re: State Pardon For VIP Ex-convicts - A Worthy Step Or Not? by eagleeye2: 11:26am On Mar 13, 2013
kukus01: did the article say GEJ gave the pardon? find out what council of state means then come back here to comment!!! olodo
Wise man, so in your stupidity you are buying this rubish story that it is the so called members of the Council of State, that approved the pardon?
I SMH for you imbe.cile
Politics › Re: State Pardon For VIP Ex-convicts - A Worthy Step Or Not? by eagleeye2: 11:18am On Mar 13, 2013
Faddd: I dont disapprove of the pardon, i believe there are people in the system who does more than Alameseyah did. I consider it a great move.
Why don't you people just urge GEJ to throw the gates of Kirikiri open and declare a State Pardon for all Inmates. SINCE THERE ARE THOSE WHO HAVE DONE MORE THAN WHAT THE INMATES DID.
