Nigeria state are always "mean" to peaceful protesters. That's how they attacked MOSOP, MASSOB, IPOB protesters on several occasions, and now they are on chock hold with #endsars. The only groups they treat as VIPs are the armed groups, namely Niger Delta Militants, Boko Haram, ISWAP, Bandits, Fulani Headers, etc.

Igbos never see themselves as being at war with everyone. They're only fighting what they see or percieved as bad or injustice. Check it out yourself...like they sensed that Buhari will be a "bad market" for Nigeria, they spoke out immediately, voted against him and maintained their stand till today. How were they wrong for what everyone has seen as a vindication today. Igbos culturally dislike "pretentious friendship" and that's not being unfriendly or being at war with everyone! It is seeing the truth and saying it.
