TravelRe: Should Nigerians Retaliate The US Travel Ban By Boycotting American Companies? by EagleNest(m): 9:32am On Feb 01, 2020
We have no bragging rights my friend. We simply need to sort ourselves out first before coming out to think of retaliation.
CrimeRe: Shocking Video Shows Beheading Of The CAN Chairman - Graphic by EagleNest(m): 9:30am On Feb 01, 2020
Barbaric! His crime is being a Christian.

Human beings with dark souls, why can't your god fight for itself. Who has ever seen God before? Who? You kill your fellow man to appease an unseen gods. What a stupidity.
PoliticsRe: Presidency Makes U-turn, Says Hanan, Will Receive Court Process by EagleNest(m): 9:07am On Feb 01, 2020
Formalities, it will come to nothing grin
PoliticsRe: Video) These Are The Reasons Why I Told Buhari To Resign - Abaribe by EagleNest(m): 9:03am On Feb 01, 2020
He doesn't need to explain! Is it not glaring to Tunde, Musa and Emeka that the current security arrangement in Nigeria has failed? If everyone appeared muzzled well Abaribe was not.
PoliticsRe: Breaking; IPOB Replies Garba Shehu (presidency) by EagleNest(m): 8:48am On Feb 01, 2020
Nigeria is too divided for my liking, on ethnic and religious lines. I'm afraid we'll find it difficult to find a common ground if we continue to play these dangerous ethnic games.

The fact remains, Buhari shouldn't have been elected at this time of Nigerians chequered history. He belongs to the past and doesn't have the capacity to meet up with the stringent intellectual requirements of leading Nigeria at this time and age.
PoliticsRe: Amotekun: We’ve Broken Ties With Yoruba Nation.- Miyetti Allah. by EagleNest(m): 5:15am On Jan 30, 2020
Season of surprises!
PoliticsRe: Garba Shehu Blasts Enyinnaya Abaribe For Asking President Buhari To Resign by EagleNest(m): 5:01am On Jan 30, 2020
They, kind of, were surprised that Buhari was asked to resign? Obviously they didn't know Buhari has been wasting Nigerians time, just being there and having no answer to our security issues. He should simply resign!
PoliticsRe: Senator Abaribe’s Call On President Buhari To Resign Is Foolish –presidency by EagleNest(m): 4:48am On Jan 30, 2020
This is not for debate or name calling, it is obvious and he knows it. He has failed to tackle Nigeria security issues as promised and the right thing is for him to tender his resignation.

CrimeRe: Kaduna Man Who Killed His Four Children Sentenced To Death By Hanging by EagleNest(m): 7:23am On Jan 29, 2020
Hmmmnnn, it seems the judiciary is waking up gradually. Death sentences here and there, these days for murder cases. Good!
PoliticsRe: Nigerians In Diaspora Wake Up And Smell The Coffee ! by EagleNest(m): 7:00am On Jan 29, 2020
Once a relatively better leader shows up and Nigeria eventually restructures itself to move forward, diaspora people will naturally align. No place like home...but not when herders, terrorists, bandits and criminals are having a field day undeterred. Who amongst the diaspora wan come home?
PoliticsRe: Dr. Kingsley Obiora: Is Delta In South South Or South East? by EagleNest(m): 6:48am On Jan 29, 2020
You see why restructuring is a sine qua non!
PoliticsRe: Afenifere: Amotekun Is Battle Won Against Imperial FG by EagleNest(m): 6:39am On Jan 29, 2020
Restructuring by fire by force! Well done SW!
PoliticsRe: Igbos Should Forget Biafra Now by EagleNest(m): 6:33am On Jan 29, 2020
That's his opinion. Restructuring to me will solve alot of unique Nigeria problems regardless of if the president is from South or north. Amotekun could have been a product of restructuring if there was proper national discussions, but eventually it is in line with the spirit of restructuring. The current political structure is not built to last and is marred with so many problems.
CrimeRe: Killers Of Billionaire Businessman, Reveals Why They Killed Ignatius Odunukwe by EagleNest(m): 5:15am On Jan 25, 2020
Mr Odunukwe did not take security precaution and safety serious when he meet this guy alone. You don't do that! You need to go with one or two people at least, and why hotel? People should be smarter than criminals to survive Nigeria. Don't lower your guard so easily, no matter how desperate you are!
CrimeRe: Nigeria Police Officer ‘who’s Never Received Bribe’ Gets Top Award by EagleNest(m): 5:05am On Jan 25, 2020
Wow! NPF? Can anything good come out of NPF? I like it.

PoliticsRe: Amanze Ajoku: How INEC And Lawyers Ruined Ihedioha’s Case by EagleNest(m): 7:32pm On Jan 24, 2020
On what ground did the judges accept Uzodinma tendered result as authentic? Ordering for rerun would have at least cleared out the bias on both sides but who am I to talk when learned judges have talked.
PoliticsRe: Lauretta Onochie Accuses Obasanjo, Ezekwesili Of Influencing Corruption Index by EagleNest(m): 7:07pm On Jan 24, 2020
She's blaming Obasanjo and Ezekwelu, as if we cared. Only St. Mohammadu Buhari grin is not corrupt. Wow!
PoliticsRe: Supreme Court: Why We Accepted Materials Tendered By Uzodinma, Police by EagleNest(m): 8:32am On Jan 24, 2020
Judicial coup happened in Imo State. It is unexplainable even by Tanko himself.

PoliticsRe: What’s With IPOBs/ IGBOs Obsession With AMOTEKUN? by EagleNest(m): 6:57am On Jan 23, 2020
What kind of write up is this? When govt and IPOB dey do tit-for-tat that time, who dey happy pass? It was SW.

But regardless of all that happened, Igbos still supported Amotekun as it is in line with what they've been agitating, i.e, more self determination by federating units than current centrally controlled structures.

That you wake up and write this beats my imagination.
PoliticsRe: Alhassan Saleh: Amotekun Shows How Primitive Yoruba People Are – Miyetti Allah by EagleNest(m): 5:50am On Jan 22, 2020
The North with their divide and rule strategy. See how he was mentioning Igbos in such an unrelated matter even though both enjoyed the disenfranchisement of Igbos in 2019 election.
PoliticsRe: Lawan Andimi: Buhari Says Boko Haram Will Pay A Heavy Price For His Death by EagleNest(m):
Late Eunice Olawale was killed while preaching near Abuja on July 9, 2016.Till today what has happened to the murderers who are all muslims? No one was arrested and tried for her murder so how will BH pay the price for Rev Lawan Andim? Have they not been killing as they like and when they like?
The sudden waking up and shout loud by govt, hmmnn, is it bc of US/EU condemnation of atrocities & persecution of Christians going on in Northern Nigeria? This has been going on for long.
PoliticsRe: Malami Asks Makinde To Dissolve LG Caretaker Chairmen by EagleNest(m): 6:19am On Jan 21, 2020
BafanaBafana:
If he doesn't have the power, he wouldn't have done it.
What the governor has done is not just an infringement on the local government chairs but on the constitution and as such, the federal government through the office of the attorney general can take legal actions
The aggrieved is the LGA chairmen and not the AGF. They should go to court and enforce their right unless there is a substantive order already, then IGP should enforce it.
PoliticsRe: Malami Asks Makinde To Dissolve LG Caretaker Chairmen by EagleNest(m): 6:14am On Jan 21, 2020
seunmsg:
In as much as I condemn the illegality of dissolving elected councils and replacing them with caretaker committees that are unknown to law, I must also state that the AGF doesn’t have the power to issue directive to the governor on the matter. At best, he can offer his legal opinion on the matter and nothing else. The right thing is for the lawfully elected council members to institute legal action against the governor.
Correct!
PoliticsRe: Sorry To Say, The Nigerian Government Is Better Than The Nigerian People by EagleNest(m): 6:04am On Jan 21, 2020

Still searching for Op points on this write up.
I totally disagree with you Op. Nigeria government are not trying at all. Many Nigerians are struggling and hustling day to day to make a living but our government policy are not helping the masses. It only favour tthemself.
I agree. Anyone thinking that govt should be absolved from all the wrongs of Nigerians is not looking deep. Govt is people and people govt. That's why it is proper to select the best amongst the people to lead. By so doing there will be direction and measured progress that should trickle down to everyone. When you get it wrong repeatedly, you end up in a mess. That's where we are today.
PoliticsRe: Imo: PDP calls for reversal of verdict, resignation of CJN by EagleNest(m): 7:23am On Jan 20, 2020
Hillsong34:
Iheadioha's administration focused too much on the past governor Rochas Okorocha. In August 2019, a report surfaced that he issued an order for the arrest and prosecution of Okorocha. This was greeted with widespread uproar that the new governor should tread softly.
The Ohaneze described the move as an invitation to anarchy which is capable plunging the state into chaos.

The Imo PDP also did not help matters. Rather than focus on governance, they kept too much energy on the previous administration of Okorocha and also alleged that the ex-governor left the state with a liability of N300billion.

Several attempts were made by elders in the state to resolve the face-off between the two political figures, but all failed woefully.
How does focusing on Rochas Okorocha constitute to a problem. It is all about accountability which is also within his power. He will expect to be scrutinised as well when he is out.

The begging question is the judicial coup in Imo State? That's still difficult to understand !

The truth is I supported Mr President thinking life, security and economy will prosper under him

I gave him the four years to fix things and consolidate the remaining four years

The truth is Muhammadu Buhari you have failed me , other well meaning Nigerians that has no affiliation to your party or government that never expected monetary nor gratification for supporting you

I supported you across religious and ethnic lines

Mr President you have disappointed me

You have failed ordinary Nigerians

You have failed God and humanity
Was your account hacked or what? Unbelievable!

It took you this long? Well I hope it's not too late, bc the damage is done already.

Yes, especially now that fmr General, M Buhari is in power. Judiciary appears to be in a state of subjugation.
TravelRe: GIGM: Commuters Lament Over Poor Service, Unprofessional Staff by EagleNest(m): 6:26am On Jan 20, 2020
Not only GIGM, customer service is highly degraded in Nigeria. Whether private service or public service, it is same except very few.

This area could be a gold mine if well harnessed by businesses in Nigeria, as our population is large.
