This is a useless comment by Obiano! No state can ever replace Lagos in investment destination. Not now and not in the foreseeable future.
The infrastructural development in Lagos dwarfs every state and the fools arguing their foolishness here should be better informed.

How many Igbo's came out to condemn the harassment of Ekweremadu by IPOB, numerous? Some applauded it with some Igbo's castigated the beating.
But how many Fulani's have come out to condemn the activities of Miyetti Allah?

IPOB are peaceful in orientation while your demonic Fulani Miyetti Allah needs to be banished back to wherever they come from.
You people are the malaria affecting the north. The killings you instigate in Zamfara, Sokoto, Katsina, Benue, Nassarawa and Taraba will forever keep hunting you as well as those carried out in the program that led to the civil war.

You are yet to hear a northern elder say this? There are many northerners like the Emir of Bida who would rather kill his own than allow them ferment trouble against Ndigbo in his state.
Because majority of the ACF or NEF members are callous in attitude doesn't mean that you don't have sincere ones in the north.
Politics › Re: Nnia Nwodo Writes Nnamdi Kanu, Denies Allegation Of Being Fulani Stooge by Eastlink(m): 8:55am On Aug 23, 2019
Nnamdi Kanu despite his commitment to the Biafran cause should learn to be open to all interest and calibers of people.
Nnia Nwodo and the SE Governors forum were elected by their people and from recent events these individuals have never been silent in matters that concern the Igbo people. The Operation Python dance wasn't their call. Oh, yes they were lukewarm in challenging the Buhari led military order, but Kanu didn't give them an iota of respect after being informed to lay low while given bail.
Did Kanu listen? He didn't and went all out with his 'No Election, No Referendum' mantra, even to the extent of travelling to several places to hold rallies. Kanu knew the court decision in finally granting him bail as well as the political risk those who surety him took.

sreamsense:
I believe several factors were put in consideration for the cut-off, the cut-off mark from the west is low because of numbers of other public secondary schools available, candidates already spread to other available public and private secondary schools available which relieve pressure on unity schools in the west. Public secondary schools in Oyo alone not to talk of Lagos and Osun or numbers of standard private secondary schools is huge; more pubils applied to other public and private schools which put less pressure on unity secondary schools in the south-west

That of the north is due to low numbers of enrollment to unity schools and being academically disadvantaged

This old 2014 statistics can suggest idea, even though lots must have been changed and more secondary public and private secondary schools must have been created in each state in Nigeria

https://www.proshareng.com/news/Nigeria-Economy/NBS--Universal-Basic-Public-Education-and-Key-statistics-in-Nigeria-NBS--Universal-Basic-Public-Education-and-Key-statistics-in-Nigeria-/30102
Story. The gospel truth is that the South West is doing badly in education. Your governors and stakeholders need to sit up and do something about this fall.
In the case of the north, nothing can change their generational educational backwardness. I think it's time the north stop looking for favours through quota system and fully integrate Qur'anic education.
You can't give what you don't have. Rather you breed lazy cheats and those always looking for government handouts. There is need to scrap unity schools in places like Yobe and Zamfara and enforce technologically advance almajiri education.

This is the internet age stop lying. The inventors of highway robbery, kidnapping and rituals originated from the SW. The early Igbo settlers in Lagos and Ibadan exported it to the east.

oyatz:
So you know more about the Okukumis than they know themselves? What do you know about the Yorubas?
Have you read their History?
The problem with most Yoruba's is the militant fascination you have for the Olukumi people of Delta north. Yes, its obvious that the Olukumi clan still retain some linguistical links similar to the Yoruboid language, however the truth remains that this people are now fully part of the Igbo nation in the past, present and in the future.
Don't forget that centuries have long passed, generations have come and gone when the Olukumi's long sojourned to their current abode. How on earth will a rational human being begin to start running amok on Wikipedia, sponsoring online propaganda in the cyberspace to now want them to turn around and become Yoruba overnight?
It's similar to the Nupes of Oyo who are now fully Yoruba's and no longer Nupe. Same goes for the Akoko's in Ondo, who are now Yoruba and no longer Edo. Same goes for the Eko people in Lagos who are are Aworis and no longer Edos. And same goes for the Igbo's in Bonny who are now Ijaws and no longer Igbo's.
You guys don't know the problems you are fanning amongst the Olukumi's in Aniocha North LGA. Do you know the distance that seperates them from the South West? Do you know the cultural and traditional affiliations that unites them with Ndigbo? Do you know the emotional affiliation of the Biafran war, the post civil war marginalization, and political cum economic survival of Ndigbo of which they are part of? Maybe you don't understand.
Do you know the centuries of brotherhood and peaceful coexistence that binds them with Ndigbo to the extent that we now tag their clan as the Olukumi clan of the Igbo people. Note, Igbo people and not Yoruba people.
Don't be surprised that Ndigbo see the manner at which some of you (both press and individual groups) are trying so hard to ginger them to begin a cultural revolution that may in time if foolishly not discontinued may lead to mistrust and send them evicted to your beloved embrace in the south west. But such acts, we shall never do, and so we expect you to accept them for who they are now and not what they were 400 centuries ago.
You Yoruba nationalist should stop fanning the embers of division amongst us and our brothers the Olukumi's, because what makes us Igbo is stronger than what doesn't connect. It is actually not a big deal to marvel at the preservation of some retained Olukumi Yoruboid dialect, but you should also know that they are now, Igbos and even have an Olukumi dialect of the Igbo language too. The Olukumi you think is Yoruba is only a few preserved word, which is fully Igbo in sentence and structure. You guys should be guided.

Olukumi people are Yoruba and will always be Yoruba tongue
I believe celebrations are ongoing in all Yoruba towns and forums. grin Enough Eyan, Amala, Gbegiri and Ewedu with fresh palm wine will be used to celebrate a family reunion of the Olukumi to the Yoruba fold. Kunle and Saheedi must be jubilating now. This celebration go bad gan.
But please, did the Olukumi tell you they are Yoruba's? Olukumi is Olukumi, Yoruba is Yoruba.
I don't know why you Yoruba's like attaching yourselves to the Igbo's. If it's not marrying Igbo wives, na to come rewrite Omo Igbo history.
The other day it was Ooni telling the world that Ile-Ife is is the origin of the Igbos. Today, the Yoruba's are trying all means possible to deep their hands into Igbo territories. Despites all the affiliations, have the Igbo's at any time drag all the Igbo sounding towns in Yoruba land? Why can't you guys allow us be for once. The Olukumi's you're carrying their matter for head like gala no even send una work. To them, the Yoruba's are another tribe who dislikes their people and who helped commit genocide against them during the civil war.
Olukumi's are not Yoruba's! Go find your brothers in Benin republic and the North Central. The Olukumi's are part and parcel of Igboland.

Olukumi are not Yoruba's! They may have migrated from somewhere in Ondo but they are not Yoruba's. They have no link to Oduduwa sons or lineages. Their link with the Yoruba's is only on linguistic grounds.
On close grounds, the Olukumi's are older than the Yoruba's and may be seen as the ancestors of the Yoruba's and Itshekiri's.

Keep fighting a losing battle. As far as Ndigbo and the Olukumi's themselves are concerned the Oyoruba tag is dead on arrival. Go look for your siblings in Ilorin, Kabba and Benin republic. Yoruba map west of the Niger ends in Ondo.

Fulani herdsmen were called to order and the north became jittery. When did Fulani become the sole ethnic group in the north?
If the Fulani led north want's to play the eviction card, then the south will give them full dose. Southerners leaving the north also means the eviction of both Hausa, Kanuri, Nupe, gbagyi and all the treacherous minorities in the same north supporting their evil masters. We know all these servants, mind you.
All northerners in all the oil facilities in the Niger Delta will be evicted, all the northern seafarers in the south will find their way, Bureau d changers of northern origin, bankers, textile dealers, civil servants and all will be evicted.
Then, let's see who wins the tit for tat.

Draw: Falcon qualifies
Argentina win: Falcon out
Scotland win: by high goal margin: Falcon out
Argentina winning only gifts them the third best loser spot. It will finally boil down to the match between Cameroon vs New Zealand. As well as that of Chile if they can beat Thailand by a 3 goal margin.
The Red Card against France has damaged our goal margin chances of qualifying.
But let's hope for the best.
