Heathrow44: Av always said it Nigerians re d problem, how can u slap back an armed police officer, ok wait lemme rephrase this, Quote & unquote an Officer of d law, after d youths would start shouting in their local unprintable languages "a police officer shot a young man" ! But I must commend the police officer 4 acting in a professional manner and not using d Gun... It calls to say Nigerians have a deep problem
So he was acting in a professional manner when he demanded to search a random civilians phone? Your post reeks of cowardice! Don't you know the young man's slap reset his brain back to normal hence he started acting professionally? You are commending the wrong person
In normal countries, that’s enough to sack him from the Police force. Who recruits such Semi-illiterates into Nigeria Police? Semi-literate who slaps civilians at every instant resistance to police impunity
Be like you no dey read news. Even if you're only glued to nairaland, haven't you heard how some illiterate policeman killed an unarmed guy in Minnesota this week?
abobote: Long overdue. The lockdown was uncalled for in the first place. Here in Abidjan, there have never been total lockdown since the virus started and it's not still spreading. Even now, that they have remove all the restrictions that was in place, the situation is still very calm
and many more like it littered all over NL, is the reason for my second statement. We don't want you to open a new NL profile to pour out your frustration and later deactivate it.
You're 32 years old, doing well in Nigeria even under the present circumstances. Can you imagine your potential when you apply yourself in a more stable society?
My concern is that age may not be on your side going by the present express entry draws for Canadian immigration, but it's worth the shot. Go for it!
dru23: @EDGEof2MORO ......my elantra is built for the USA market... so it is in miles not kilometers...let's think before we talk and do proper research
Tending: Bros. From the look of things, that woman is not ready to come back to Nigeria. Read up the write you I'll see were the woman vow not to come to Nigeria even if the mother die.
This is nonsense, absolute nonsense. Op, don't beat her, don't complain any more. Forget career and move down to Nigeria. Organise your self and go back.
You don't have a wife. See, that woman is coming with full force if possible to eliminate you.
It's very easy to deport a woman like that. I would have offered more practical solutions but
1. OP does not take advice
2. He has deactivated his profile
3. The woman has her family members viewing this thread and would make the exercise futile
But I can guarantee 100% she would be sent to Nigeria
I had this same experience sometimes ago. My wife maltreated me, the mother maltreated me, the father, brothers same thing.
I'm a kind that's extremely stubborn to the core.
I called my wife, if my mother were to be alive, do you think this I'll be child play.
At a point, I paid three old women to follow me to my in-law to beg. I knelt down, begged. What I got in return was a slabbb.
My wife disrespect me, takes decisions without my concept.
I called her. I told her, I'll strike one day. You, your mum and families as a whole will not recover from it. She laughed.
At a point, the father cane and arrested me with the notion I'll never raised my hand on the daughter. I kept asking myself what the problem is. How can a wife belt on frustrating me.
Bros. One day. I packed my wears I left for 2 months they were begging my brother to talk to me. I have actually made up my mind never to return. They told a well known pastor who drove to meet my brother to give them my address. My brother refused.
My friend called me that my wife was dying and has reduced to a single broom and I should forgive her.
Lass lass. I don't know how they got in touch with my G.O.
Somehow I returned home to see my wife emaciated. It was them she started telling she was b pushed to do what she did.
Till date, making 2 years, I haven't call then to greet them (my in-laws). Though, I'm planning to GI visiting
As a man, don't raise your hand on a woman. Work out of the marriage if is causing you more harm than go. Many good girls are still there.
Forget this noise called children children, when children grows up, they I'll look for their father. Don't allow a woman to kill you. I'll rather die than to give up my respect to a woman.
My in-law tremble when they hear my name.
At a point I walk them out of my house, including the mother and father.
OP. If you can, come back to Nigeria and organize yourself.
As for the sisters, I don't have anything to say.
I suggested he bundles the woman and her children back to Nigeria, but he should let them know it was mummy's fault. They would grow up and the ones that would have sense would still have sense.
dru23: This is how my engine looks using Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil .. Keep in mind this is my uber Elantra 08 car ,and my oil change interval is every 12k miles for the past two years plus .. The car was service a month ago with a new uber driver. The driver was doing oil check and notice that oil was shorten. So we decided to have my mechanic take a good look at it. So the engine was open up .. And behold the engine looks well protected and Mobil 1 has been doing a great job protecting the engine from sludge and wear and tear .. This is why I will continue using Extended Performace and do oil change every 12k miles .....
Ps.. The third picture is little plastic seal type.. It was broken and it was the cause of the oil shorten. For now it was replace with gum . Pending we get the parts for it next week..
Lol. You must've been changing your oil at ~7.5k miles because that Elantra odometer records distance in kilometres
After I looked up the specs of the Reno 2 and 2F, I was disappointed in the brand. A phone with 8GB ram yet poorly handles tasks that can be performed by 6GB android phones.
Cos of that, I'm not ready to waste my time looking at Reno 3 cos they'll be using bloated numbers to advertise this one
cococandy: Which makes me wonder why he started this thread. Was it meant to convince anyone that he’s the victim or what? His manipulations are obvious to even the naive
He’s ahead because she let him. I wish her Goodluck .
I think OP felt like ranting cos somewhere among the posts, he stated clearly that he does not take advice from people. This thread should keep running till infint for all I care
simbated: Not all men are violent. Some are very mature and reasonable. Unfortunately they are often taken advantage of by abusive women.
Only a weak man can be taken advantage of! As dummb as they are, women know they can't mess with any mature and reasonable man. It is the weaklings they strike at
jumpymonkey: You still wont back down, will you? Should we keep playing this game? I think the people of nairaland who have stuck around for this long deserve to be entertained.
