Depression can be hereditary although it is mostly caused by excessive consumption of modern diet(fast food with a lot of artificial substance or ingredients).

Depression can also be caused by staying around negative people or doing the work you dislike which can cause you mental stress.

Depression is mainly as a result of excessive consumption of white man or MODERN FOOD( like fat filled baked food,noodles,soft drinks etc)

Eat more of organic not fertilizer growned food.

Last but not the least if you are depressed,start taking natural healing products,I believe more in the healing power of natural herbs than pharmaceutical drugs.

All cars engine can be rebuilt as long as you can get the spare part to do so. Steel engine easier than Aluminium. There is no rugged engine, maintenancek is key.

Needs like what please? I have tried different businesses right from my 300l at the University and they didn't work out well for reasons due to running capital, low patronage and others. I have sold oranges outside my house, sold coconut candy too, sold chinchin and even peanut burger in different offices in Benin city as well, but had to stop due to high cost of getting raw ingredients and the same low patronage (people complained they don't have extra money for snacks and co). Talking about meeting a need is easy by so many people but in the real world of hustling, it isn't how it is.

Location with high population is very important in food business.

And you need perseverance in any business.

You don't have to reinvent the wheel: you can copy any small scale business that is successful around you.Just open you eyes and your mind .

Graduated since 2015 and got my first and only tangible job experience in 2018 with UBA. I worked for one year and had to resign because my contract ended and there was no hope of being made a full core staff . Since 2019, I have been jobhunting seriously and I am so tired. My side businesses are nothing to write home about as I get low patronage despite my many adverts and co. I have spent so much traveling for test and interviews at different locations and I am feeling so frustrated. I don't even understand what's going on anymore, I don't know which way to face again and I dare not rush into marriage without being established a little to avoid more problems. Abeg if anybody is led by the Lord, please assist a young lady in getting a job . Jobhunting has drained me. Just today, a certain recruitment agent told me I don't have experience for a 40k job o as a Front Desk Officer/Customer service officer. Mehn I weak finish . Not to mention getting 3 regret mails back to back. Right now I am learning Website design courtesy one empowerment agency in Benin but I am getting tired cause I don't have personal laptop to even practice what I am being taught at home.

This is even better than a monthly salaried job of N20,000.

If you are a girl you can start hairdresser, manicure center, make up business or bead making.

When you graduate and go for service, build your contact and make friends with the sons of the rich if you are not unfortunate to be sent to interior village like Ikwo in Ebonyi state.


To the u employed graduate out there. Time have come when you must tell yourself the bitter truth orherwise you live I penury and reggret of ever acquiring that certificate. Dumb that certificate in that your rusty box, fold your arms, your trouser and enter the street. If you see whoever that will give you Keke Carry, if it is Camera you can lay your hands on, become a Mobile Photographer. Go into the market learn skills like phone repair, Latest TV repair or computer repair and make money. Some of the dirty looking guys you see everyday ae making the money companies cannot pay any of their staff.


The Bitter truth is that living in Nigeria now, o e need to think out of the box. You can equally become a Freelancer online and make money conveniently fron the comfort of your home without answering anybody sir. The irony is that First school leaving certificate owner is the president while a law graduate is now a sales girl and a Engineering graduate is now a primary school teacher.
