Yes my brother. The uni where I currently work as an admissions liaison officer (PAUL university Awka) is direly in need of students. So do many other private universities...I keep wondering, whats the reason for the apathy?

if its an ICT firm, they'l ask 4 ur level of proficiency in Computer. Other firms (banks, finance houses, hotels etc) simply ask 4 ur course of study and what u think u can do for them. That's all...its a free employment for them, they'v gt nothing to loose, so they won't reject anyone that they select unless u school for Yaba Left. Lol

I was there a week back around 6:30am. We all waited patiently for the first interview and hoped that if his/her visa was granted the goodluck would rub off on the rest of us....for where?

It was a lady and her interview took place in booth 7. She claimed that she was going to attend a seminar sponsored by a company she distributes for here in Nigeria. After the VO found her not eligible for the visa, he was about handing over her documents when the lady said, "Oga, please hold on to it, my interview can't be over". Then VO repeated that "you are ineligible", while he was saying this, the lady keep on explaining how many clients she has, how much she makes... vo repeated himself, Lady also repeated her self. At that point everyone laughed so hard. The lady left a few seconds later.



My own unusual experience.

Same day as above. While waiting in line outside, I discovered that I was feeling some fresh air around my toes, on both feet. When I looked down, the sole of my shoe was coming off from the front. Horror!!! I've not even entered the Consulate yet. Why me? With each step I took, more of the sole was coming off, got to a point I couldn't lift my feet to walk, I dragged them, I was already in the interviewing area at this point.

I kept on praying for this little incidence not to cause any visa denial. It didn't. After it was approved, I majestically walked out with half of the sole of my shoe gone. When people waiting outside saw me, there laughed, and I thought within myself......"dey laugh me, make you no go face your own interview"

Hmmm...I did the Forcecom test some months ago where we filled the UBA accnt opening form. But since then, I've gotten another mssg 4rm GIS abt other openings in other sectors which I filled the online form. I just received a text mssg of my accnt number with UBA. Infact, I received two different accnt numbers all belonging to me. if at all they're gonna use that accnt numbr they sent me for this GIS when I'm eventually matched, na him be say I go dey chop 60k per month on top two accnts. Abi no be so?

Most Naija guys have stinking bad breath...and smelly jeans. I blame not the girls. Bad breath seem to be every where these day, I just wonder why! One very gorgeous girl I used to knw came in contact with me, her mouth ***** stalled my attack. Brush twice daily, una no go hear! Na to chew sharwama, burger and suya una sabi!

Okay, I know this write-up might seem too long and boring to some people. But I tried to summarize it. I was nearly scammed via this olx.com. Pls read and learn.

I wanted to get a new phone (Blackberry Q10). So I went to olx.com to view prices. (I reside and work in Owerri). I came across many advertisers who claimed they sell phones at affordable prices, I gave one of 'em a call and he asked me to pay in N1000 delivery fee into his personal accnt number so that when the product is sent, I'l pay in full to the Delivery man »»name of accnt was Lawrence Omorodion«« (that was on a Friday). I innocently went to UBA and paid in the 1k. I gave him my address and he said they've received the pment and are processing my delivery. He promised to send the following day Saturday which he failed to deliver sighting heavy rainfall as reason for his delivery men not reaching my area. He again promised Monday to send it, on the said Monday, he called me that due to insecurity and risk of carrying cash about due to the "pay-on-delivery" system, their delivery men have bn mandated not to collect cash from customers they deliver products to, that I shuld go to the bank and pay the full cost of the phone first (being N35k) and then wait @ home with the Teller so that when the delivery men come, I show them my Teller and they'l give me the phone. A certain delivery man called me on this Monday and said dt dia office has nt given them go ahead to deliver because I haven't paid in first. Lo and behold, I refused this idea. I asked the scammer to send me their office address so I can come dia and pick up the phone, he did send me an address: Starks Communications Ltd, 24 Iweka Road Onitsha AND #56 Mission Road after Ecobank BENIN city.
As pesin wey get contact for almost every state in Nigeria, I went down to Onitsha to see for myself on Wednesday, when I got to the address, there was nothing like Stark communications, what I saw there @ number 24 iweka Rd was people selling electric bulbs and a vulcanizer. Chai! See scam.
I jejely went down to Emeka Offor plaza and got myself a brand new blackberry Q10 which I've been using for the past two weeks now.
I still dnt knw hw to apprehend or implicate this scammer who must have scammed numerous other unsuspecting peeps thru .
Learn from my experience and tell ur friends.
