Can somebody tell me why this corrupt Senate will not remove transmission of power from exclusive list to concurrent list so that State government that have capacity to generate can also transmit their power to the end users and also selling the excess to states that are in short supply.
With these many States will go into PPP to build their power plants be it Gas, Coal or Solar powered.

The power problem in Nigeria lies in the Nigerian constitution. As far as power generation and distribution remain the exclusive preserve of the federal government. We ain't gonna make any reasonable progress. The Nigerian constitution must be amended to allow Federal and state governments, corporate bodies and individuals to generate and distribute power. Only then are we going to have respite in power supply issues in the country.

why cant INEC verify the credentials as the constituition mandates them to? and why would Justice PDP Mary Odili outrightly disqualify a Governor because of his deputy even when it has being established that the Party actually owns the mandate and not the candidates

If Alaine was the PDP candidate the APC would have been licking their wounds by now. Dickson armtwisted all delegates to vote for Douye against their wishe. He single handedly brought Douye's running mate from his (Dickson's) senatorial district so that he can go and replace the Deputy in the senate. Bayelsans are not fools and they reacted accordingly.

If the building is on a government land then government should simply claim the building. Why demolishing it. That is economic waste.
