If you have got your pali, why dont you divorce her? Now that kids are not involved yet and so you will only pay alimony. divinehand2003: A young man who entered into a contract marriage in the United States of America is currently being blackmailed by his partner who is coercing him to engage in odd jobs in her home.

To prevent this type of crime in future, you should have mentioned the company name. By so doing, Road Safety can be involved. I really doubt this your story ; Jerrypolo: I wanted to travel from Abuja to Delta on Saturday, so I decided to board a commercial vehicle (name withheld). Soon, the bus got filled up and we started the journey. I was so enjoying the journey because the driver was on a very high speed and there was a lot of breeze coming into the vehicle. Fast forward to Lokoja just before river Niger and river Benue, we saw from a far distance that there was hold up(because of environmental sanitation) and our driver tried to stop the vehicle but the brake refused to respond(our vehicle was on a very high speed), there was a petrol tanker just in front of us(I was already saying my last prayer, since the vehicle, refused to stop), everyone in the vehicle started screaming the name of Jesus (beside the four hausa guys at the back of the vehicle) and all of a sudden the vehicle diverted from our Lane into the other Lane and stopped miraculously without brake. Now, if the vehicle had not diverted we would have crashed into the tanker and only God knows, maybe I would have been dead, leaving my family in grief and sorrow, but God saved me. I shared this in crime section because, the careless driver knew the brake was not in good working condition but he decided to use the vehicle because his manager told him that if he doesn't use it, he should just consider himself fired... Is this not the worst crime on Earth??... Well I thank God I didn't die nor did anyone in the vehicle die.. |

Thanks. I have sent someone there and is being sorted out presently. As per the dollar thing, I just feel its will be alot better if I start mopping up it from my salary account. Withdraw naira, buy dollar and log into my dom account. I believe one can substantiate using one's naira salary acct. Most naira cards no longer works abroad and I feel to just be a step ahead Quote author=Ekpekus post=46852284] Yes it can be used but the tricky part is providing evidence how the funds came about except you earn dollars. For the WES, if you can go to your school or know someone there to help verify if WES has sent your documents for verification otherwise send WES a mail stating that your school is yet to get their mail. Most times WES sends another one. I hope this helps[/quote] |

lamzybaby: Tomato pastes manufacturers in the country yesterday told the House of Representatives Joint Committees on Healthcare Services and Drugs and Narcotics that over 91.1 percent of tomato pastes in the country were fake and substandard.
Some of the tomato pastes manufacturing companies that attended the public hearing were Dangote Farms, Erisco Foods Limited and Savanna Farms.
In his submission, the legal adviser of Erisco Foods, Abdulraham Kadri told the committee that the company, alongside Dangote Farms and Savanna Farms, were not at the public hearing because of the financial damage substandard and fake tomato pastes had caused the country.
More: http://nigerianpilot.com/tomato-pastes-in-nigeria-are-fake/ This is a ploy to pave way for their business and to cash in on the tomato shortage in the country. is it together we have been using tin tomatoes. Abegi, i will continue to use it and if I see a locally made paste that is good, I will patronize it. shekina! |

If you extend your stay, be sure that it may be impossible for you to get a visa to the US! So pls do six months and return and go back. TWoods: 1. You can't extend your stay beyond 90 days on a visiting visa. 2. Police generally leave you alone. |

One of those conspiracy theories. ayodele234: Hahahahaha...Here is another one! American politicians are the most corrupt people in all of human history. And with neoliberlism causing havoc all over the global south, US. corporations (Apple, Wall Street Banks, Down Jones and S&P companies etc) are the biggest crooks that ever existed. All the wealth or is it mirage you see in America were all stolen via global capitalism. Young man, let's not even going into politics. You don't want to play around my territory. Trust me |

The best comment ever on this thread. In Lagos particularly Lekki, go and ask how much they pay for utilities and other stuff? It will surprise you to know that they pay alot if not more thank yankee yet the services cannot be compared. Also, In naija, you see bosses/companies owing workers salaries for months. Can this happen in Yankee? As far as I am concerned, the quality of life far outweights the big saves we make in Naija. maternal: You honestly believe Nigerians if granted a Visa to the US would run back? Do you honestly believe that ? No sh!t if the Nigerian government would fix the roads, neppa, etc most Nigerians would return. And if I had Messi's skills I'd be the best soccer player in the world. The problem is they do not want to fix those things. Also if they did, do you think you wouldn't be getting taxed the same way there as abroad ? The problem with some Africans who come abroad is that they want all these wonderful services, but they don't want to pay for them. Of course people in the west (I'm in Toronto) are taxed to death. How else will the fireman, police officer, etc. be paid ? Lastly if you plan your life well abroad, it'll be sweet. Bills shouldn't consume one if you live within your means. They should stop trying to impress those back home. |

So the man should be freed? If this lady were to be your child or sister, will you say this? So its right for a man to kill his wife and be set free? You are one of the reasons why Nigerian continues to be a country with little value for lives.  introvertedsoul: People keep asking silly questions: How did she get water in her head, how did the injury that led to fluid build up happen. . . The Law system is based on substantial evidence and if non is provided, then we might as well go in circles infinitely. Examples;
She jerked her card to avoid hitting someone and bumped her head on her steering wheel She probably had pulmonary edema and fluid build up led to cardiac arrest and eventually got to her head too. She might as well have bumped he head on the bed post or had a head collision with "one" of her partners while having sex. She could have sustained injury while having a fight with her husband (Maybe he hit her, maybe she fell while charging at him. . .. ) The freaking list is endless.
Abeg they should free the poor man, he has been through a lot already, emotionally and psychologically he's been tortured. |

I intend going next month. Do I send doc to the embassy to declare my intention or I should just say am on vacation n to have my baby at the airport. Pls it's urgent help a sister. Big thanks. You just got your visa yesterday and you want to write to the embassy!! Sometimes, we use our hands to cause problems for ourselves. Why didnt you declare that you wanted to have your baby at once instead of vacation. Its obvious you have lied about your intensions. Your visa may be cancelled if you write to them. I suggest you travel for vacation first before going for birthing if time is on your side. Gudluck! |

The level of drug addiction in the US of A is overwhelming, imagine mother and child dying from the same drug related issue . But come to think of it, the adopted Nick Gordon might be a killer knowing fully well that the lady in question wouldn't just want to die like her mom.
If na for 9ija, na village witches dem for dey blame now For both mother and daughter to die from similar circumstances, it clearly shows that the same person did both jobs! Since the mother's death could not be detected, the person then decided to try it out with the daughter and the result is what has played out. Proper investigation should be carried out among those interested in the estate of both mother and daughter! |

adorable29: All this one na grammar! One thing is sure....
IN BENIN CITY, WE HAVE NEVER PAID SO MUCH IN "NEPA" BILL AND YET HAD ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS POWER SUPPLY AS WE DO NOW!
We have light an average of 2hours every 2 or 3days in my area. If we are lucky, we see it up to 3hours in total (we don't see it again till 2 or 3days later)! Yet we are forced to pay the fixed charge every month!
Our transformer blew and for 5 months (jan-may last year) , not a spark of light. Yet we paid fixed charge for that 5 months!
Since the privatization of NEPA, we have jumped from frying pan into fire. Infact from frying Pan into volcanic molten magma!!! My sista, exactly the same thing we suffer in NTA Road area of Phc. one day of 2 or 3 hours of electricity and it goes off for like 2-3 days. As at Oct 2013, we were having almost 22 hours of light in this same area. All these changed from 1st November 2013 when the privitization took place and we have never recovered from it. The reasons given by Phed range from vandilisation, gas and any excuse you cna think off. My questions is that why is everything now attributed to VANDALISM? Why was it not so during the PHCN days? |

I think its more of a habit for some people to always beg. Some of these people may have made so much than you but will not save for the rainy day. At the slightest pressure, they result to begging and if you say you dont have, you are termed 'wicked' and 'stingy'. I have a friend that begged me money to add up to buy a plot whom I turned down due to a recent major expenditures at that time, she termed me 'wicked friend' and stopped calling. She said that of all her rich friends, am the only one that refused to help her even though shes been helped before. see me see gbege ooo |
