Family › 29 Year Old Man Desecrates Corpse Of 19 Yr Relative by eherbal(op): 11:58am On Apr 02, 2012
This is a really disturbing story of a 29-year-old man, Eme
Friday, who raped the corpse of a 19-year-old girl he gagged
to death in Epe area of Lagos State.
Eme who is presently being interrogated by detectives at the
State Criminal Investigations Department, SCID, Panti, Lagos
told Crime Alert exclusively that he gagged her to stop her from
shouting but the helpless girl tried all she could to save herself
by even biting his fingers until her strength failed her. This, he
continued, resulted in her passing out after which he carried
out the act unperturbed.
In what looked like a planned action, he revealed how he had
laid ambush for Blessing in the bush for two hours and struck
when he sighted her with a bowl, with which she brought
cassava from the farm, a means that has been sustaining her
family for years.
Narrating how he raped and eventually murdered Blessing, Eme
said, sounding remorseful: "I had told her several times that I
wanted her to be my lover but she refused. So, on March 10,
2012, I slept in their house because I always frequented there.
And in the evening, I approached her again wanting to sleep
with her, but she raised an alarm which attracted her parents.
And before them, she told me to leave their house, not caring
where I would sleep that night. I left for the farm which was
just a stone throw from the hut they lived. I was embarrassed
by her behaviour because I expected her to tell me off politely,
after all she was not better off than I am. I guess she refused
me because I do not have money. I only attended primary school
and left my state for Lagos last August in search of greener
pasture.
How he strangled her to death:
"So the next day, a Sunday, I saw her with a bowl coming to
the farm. I stopped her on the way and told her I would like to
have carnal knowledge of her which she bluntly refused."
He continued, "I felt bad and recalling the embarrassment of
the previous night, I grabbed her. But I realized she was very
strong, as she tried to put up resistance. She said I should
leave her alone so that we would not create a scene. But I
took a wood I saw and hit her on the head. I then held her in
the throat and realised she was chocking. At that point, she
fell down and I had my way."
Asked if he noticed that Blessing was dead at that point, he
replied, "yes, I noticed she was still but I thought it was
because of my firm grip on her he neck. I had her twice. I
honestly loved her and wanted to marry her."
On noticing the magnitude of his deed, Eme said he remained in
the bush for four days, apparently to avoid people from
seeing him around and attribute Blessing's death to him.
But unknown to him, other farmers who were on their way
home, sighted him and the deceased . A disclosure they made
when Blessing was found dead.
Asked if he had any regret, he replied: "I regretted that she
died. I have been praying to God to forgive me since I have been
here. I also thank God I did not die when I attempted to leave
my hiding place the third day, for her people had mobilized
themselves by combing the bush for me. When they sighted me,
I ran for dear life because they were armed with cutlasses.
After four days, I went to one of my brothers who handed me
over to the police."
the victim's parents speak:
Meanwhile, back in their hut, apprehension had set in for Mr
Long-John and his wife (Parents of the Victim), after waiting
for hours without the sight of Blessing or the cassava she
was sent to go and get. Mr Long-John decided to go and find
out the cause of the delay only to be greeted with the
unexpected sight of his daughter in the bush path, stone dead,
with Eme still on her.
Hear him: "When it was 7pm, I decided to go and look for her
because they were supposed to leave for Epe town that day,
in preparation for school the next day. They usually come on
Fridays to this hut where we farm and leave every Friday.
"But what caught my attention first, was the way the bush
path was scattered as if animals had fought there. I called out
to my daughter Blessing but there was no response. Then, to
my shock, I saw Eme on my daughter and I shouted.
But I could not lay my hand on him because he immediately took
to his heels and I could not run at the same pace with him. I
went to call one of my sons who rushed down where we still
found my daughter lying still. I shook her, called out her name but
there was dead silence."
eme friday remains in police custody.
Politics › Fuel Subsidy Removal: Increase In Fuel Price By April1? No Says PPPRA Official by eherbal(op): 10:39am On Apr 01, 2012
Contrary to recent speculations, there will be no increase in
fuel price by April 1st, a PPPRA official recently disclosed to
the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) this past Friday.
"I can tell you categorically that there is no plan by the
Federal Government to increase the price of fuel on April
1 or any time.
It is a rumour. Provisions for subsidy have already been
made in the 2012 budget, and as such, there is no plan
to fully deregulate the downstream sector in 2012, he
said.
According to him, “the Committee on subsidy probe is due to
submit its report next week. The nation is anxiously waiting
for that report. It will be unthinkable to suggest that
government intends to increase the price of fuel.”
Already, fuel queues have started building up in some parts
of the country as Nigerians anticipate an increase in fuel
price come April 1st.

It dosent matter where I work or how I make my daily bread.

The power to go or notto go remains firmly in your hands (the end-user). Infact, you have the right to pick up the phone and tell DSTV to shove it. But like I said earlier, your bitching aint gonna solve shit! DSTV reserves the right to ask all subscribers to come to their office within a set period of time for them to put a bugs bunny sticker on your decoder. Its their company and they can do what ever bloddy hell they please. There is a limit to consumer rights and this one desent fall under it.

Now you and your band of cry babies should suck it up. You people are masters at crying and calling on the government for everything. DSTV pays their darn taxes and you cant stipulate to them how they run their company. This upgrade is for them to serve you better. If their service is shoddy, you complain, now they are trying to upgrade you and you are still bitc'hing. . .

I cant get sacked honey!! Ana enwe obodo enwe. I sack people. If you cant afford transport to come to DSTV office to get your card upgraded then I suggest you go ask your neighbour to take you along whenever he/she/they is/are coming to do theirs.

Now stop crying o.k baby!! I was only trying to make you act like a big girl. . . sowwie booboo. . . tickle tickle. . . https://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/smiley-laughing021.gif[/quote]crasy arsedd ritualist.sadistic at most.

Politics › Re: Boko Haram Menace ‘ll End In June – Jonathan by eherbal(m): 2:18pm On Mar 28, 2012
rafhell: President Goodluck Jonathan assured yesterday that his government will end the menace of Islamic sect, Boko Haram in some areas of the north by the middle of the year. He said the nation’s security forces will take total control of the situation.

Jonathan who spoke in an interview with the South Korea’s Yonhap News Agency while attending a two-day summit on peaceful use of nuclear energy, with about 51 other world leaders in Seoul, also gave an insight into the problems faced by the Federal Government in 2010 when his predecessor, late President Umoru Musa Yar’Adua was ill in far away Saudi Arabia without formally handing over the reigns of government to him as the then Vice President.

Speaking on the current security challenges facing the country following the Boko Haram Islamic sect’s bombing canpaign in some parts of Nigeria, President Jonathan said, the problem was limited to certain areas in the country, assuring the international community that the problem would be seriously curtailed as the nation’s security forces would take total control of the situation by the middle of this year.

“In terms of security challenges, we have some parts of the country where we have terrorist attacks, but it does not affect the whole country. We are in reasonable control. We have the belief that in the middle of this year; in terms of security of individuals, we will have full control. The danger is limited to some parts of the country. It does not extend to other parts of country,” he further said.

President Jonathan also said during the interview that there were fears of military coup when late President Yar’Adua fell ill and did not formally hand over power to him, (Jonathan) as the then vice president. He said there were fears of a poosible coup as the country wobbled during the uncertainty surrounding the health condition of his predecessor.

He however said that military coup could not have occured because the country was politically stable.

“I was the President during the transition (period). Before I took over, I was vice president. The President (Yar’Adua) was very ill and people thought there would be military intervention. Today, we conducted election. Politically, we are stable,” he said.

Assuring potential investors of a conducive environment to do business in Nigeria, President Jonathan appealed to South Korean companies to invest in Nigeria because of her huge economic potentials.

According to Jonathan, “other areas and the public sector have been opened up. Agriculture, in terms of production of raw materials; and other sectors have been opened up. Not just in private airlines but airports, terminal buildings and other sectors.

“Oil sector had been opened up from the beginning. We have very few chemical companies. It is an area these (Korean) companies can invest. Before 2002, telecommunication was a monopoly. Telecommunication has been opened up to other countries. More Korean companies can invest in all aspects of telecommunication.

“There is one key area that I want to emphasize. Nigeria is a very green area for investors. Before this time, during the military rule, you do not know who would be the next president. When a new government came, there were new policies and those policies were not attractive to investors.

“Basically from 1999 to date, we have established democratic government. For investors, Nigeria has strong laws and media. No president can just change laws that can affect investors especially. We encourage investors”. He pointed out that he specifically preferred the Korean investors to focus attention on the power sector.

“I want investment in power sector. For now, we are quite low. We want South Korean investors.”
Unfortunately, like the Taliban and Al-Qaeda,they've come to stay. It's the north's only leverage to negotiate their continued hold on power,as they're very deficient on negotiations and diplomacy.Methinks It's about time the igbos activated the bakassi boys, the Niger delta;egbesu boys ,while the yorubas too activate the millitant arm of the OPC;The Oodua Revolutionary Front,In preparation for an inevitable break-up.

Faheedat: Tin Can Customs intercepts army uniform, accessories

From Sun Newspaper on Saturday, March 24, 2012

The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Tin Can Command Apapa, Lagos has impounded a consignment of army uniforms and accessories neatly concealed in the booth of a vehicle in a container originating from the United State of America.
Nehru Is Maimed, the Area Comptroller of the Command, told maritime journalists yesterday that his men discovered the items during one of their routine checks on Thursday and that the manner the items were brought in made it suspicious, as it was not declared as part of the main cargo.

Among the items discovered, he said, were 10 army uniforms, six trousers, 10 pair of canvas shoes, 17 army fez caps, two belts and two slippers. The container, from the United States of America, has its registration number as ECMU 920690/0.
The comptroller said that both the importer of the container and the owner of the army accessories are under custody, while investigation is on to ascertain the actual circumstances under which the items were imported.

dirtymoney: This happened in Gwagwalada
area council of FCT, between
a mother & her 25yr old son
recently in . As as the story
came to light that the young
man who is said to be a 2nd year student of the University
of Abuja has impregnated his
biological mother & the
pregnancy is now running in
the ninth month.
The expossion of the whole evil & sordid act came to light
when the young man who
confessed to have been
sleeping with his mother since
2007 confided with one of his
friends, a student of the same institution. The evil & sordid
act he was having with his
own mother, the pregnancy &
how he lost his father since
2006.
It was learnt that as soon as the young man, Francis
Igbude revealed the secret to
his friend whose name is
Geofrey Edojarefe, he refused
to keep the story secret but
disclosed it to his pastor- father who is said to be the
G.O of the Christ Restoration
Church, Agwandodo,
Gwagwalada area of Abuja
who invited the young man &
advised him to confess the whole story so as to come
out clean or face the wrath of
God.
Sources disclose that the
pastor & his wife were shell-
shoked when they first got the whole story from the
young man about how his
mother lured him into the act
as far back as 2007, how
they have both terminated
five pregnancies, and why the mother is keeping this present
pregnancy because Dr had
warned that it will be suicidal
to abort again. Consequently,
Pst Edojarefe invited both
mother & son to his church where they eventually
confessed both with different
tales.
While the mother claimed that
the act occurred once when
she was drunk which prompted her to force her son
to have fun with her, the son
confronted her that the
abomination actually started
since 2007, few months after
his father died. That both of them have terminated five
pregnancies in the course of
their affinity & why they are
keeping the present
pregnancy due to the advice
of Dr that his mother will loose her life if she attempts
abortion again. It was a
shocked congregation who
pleaded with the FCDA senior
staff to confess wholly to the
sin as she has done so as to come out clean to get the
desired forgiveness of God.
But she totally objected &
insisted on her story. But,
there is no denial of having
had sex together between mother and son.

Family › Woman Sacrifices Her Only Daughter To River Goddess Awube For More Children by eherbal(op): 4:01pm On Mar 25, 2012
Idenyi Abbah, a middle aged woman residing at
Anumajogwu, in Ogbadibo Local Government Area of
Benue State has confessed to killing her 8-year-old
daughter, Enyanwu, because she wanted more children.
Currently held at the Ukwo Police Station in Benue
State, Abbah, who had one child for her husband, said
she became envious when he married a second wife in a
quest for more children. She then consulted a juju
priest at Ikem in Anambra State, who allegedly asked
her to sacrifice her only daughter to the Awube
goddess.
“I have been to every part of the country, searching
for pastors and native doctors that could help me out
of this problem, but have been told almost the same
story, that my only daughter was ‘ogbanje’ (witch) and
had blocked my womb,” she said. “I had tried to avoid
the solution I got from one native doctor at Ikem; until
my husband opted for another wife. This move had
forced me to do the wish of the gods by killing
Enyanwu.”
At the venue of the sacrifice, near the Awube River,
around midnight, the said juju priest allegedly arranged
for some young men who gang-raped Enyanwu before
sacrificing her to the said goddess, while her mother
watched.
A resident of the area, who gave his name as Okpe,
claimed to have witnessed the murder from a hideout
while he was hunting at night; adding that he was
powerless to stop the killing because the young men
were armed. “They put their knives through her neck
after the mother had said some incantation,” he said.
“They also raped her before that.”
Okpe said he fled the scene and reported the matter
to the village head, who then alerted the police. When
police officers and residents of the community
stormed the scene of the murder, nobody was found
and a search revealed Enyanwu’s mutilated corpse in a
shallow grave near the river.
Police authorities in the state say a manhunt has been
launched for the murderers and that Abbah will soon be
charged to court.
