The 1st of January, as observed in Nigeria, is based on a gregorian calendar system which is based on observation of the movement/position of the sun. And that is what we use to date our holidays as christians and what the whole world actually uses.

The calendar used by muslims to date some of their holidays (not all) however is the Hijiri system and is lunar based and is based on observation of the movement/position of the moon........hence his claim.

I got my Honda Civic in 2014, and I will not sell this car until it dies! The car has almost 200k miles and still drives great. I don’t spend any money on this car besides brakes, oil and tires. When I took it for service last month, the report shows that the car has nothing wrong. I have Purchased many cars during these years, but nothing is like our Honda Civic! This is the best car I ever purchased, and we drive it anywhere. We also owe a Subaru, a Nissan and a Fiat. I sold my Toyota last year, but also had mechanical problems after it reached 150k. No car is like our Honda Civic!!!!!

In car business, you sell with low profit and buy another one. If I buy car 1.2m, I will tag it 1.6m for faster sales which will ofcus draw attention of buyers.

If I check cars online and see a price tag of 1.6m and 2.3m negotiable. I won't even bother contacting the one for 2.3m cos I know it's a greedy seller and there is no how I will price it that he will sell it 1.5m.

You don't put all your responsibility on cars cos it takes u 3 month to get it. People are wise now due to internet. they will check the actual value in US or Canada before buying.

I am giving you this tips to make your selling faster. I won't be surprised if you keep updating that car for months if not years without a buyer.

Na only Ibadan I see where them dey price motor for public transport of #30 for #15, that is Ibadan life for you), so if he puts price at #2.1m they will still price it down, beside he never said it was non-negotiable.

But to tag him greedy or a thief, is an attack on his person, a direct insult on his person and an affront to his reputation here on social media.


Besides, if he is an established dealer, with a car stand, he will pay ground rent, he will pay local taxes, salaries for boys/workers under his employ plus other sundry bills. Not inclusive of what it may cost him to bake the ride (where necessary), put finishing touches and do basic servicing for a prospective buyer.


You don't tell a man how to sell his market, you are not the golden standard for automobile commerce.
