PoliticsArmy: We Only Invited Sadika, Wakil And Bolori, We Are Not Making Arrests by Eketem(op): 6:53am On Aug 17, 2016
The Nigerian Army yesterday seems to have back tracked on the " Wanted " declaration they had earlier placed on Ahmed Sadika, Aisha Wakil and Ambassador Bolori.

Brigadier General Abubakar in this video is seen claiming they only wanted them to come and assist the Army and rub minds.

This comes after wide condemnation about the manner the three were declared wanted no invitation and when they were not on the Run.

I am so ashamed that women would even for one minute support and justify the abuse of a minor even if she was indeed having sex.

The facts of the case has been investigated and made known even on TV.

1. She was not punished for having sex

2. She is an orphan and has no father to punish her

3. She is from a poor home living with relatives

4. A politician approached her for an affair which she declined

5. The police men attached to the politician took her to his guest house and stripped her and flogged her for declining their Ogas advances.

6. The police men and the Politician have all been arrested

7. Uzoma is being rehabilitated receiving therapy and adopted by a good family

Please be human enough to give this girl some closure from the trauma she has gone through

Church weddings are mere blessings especially if you are not getting married in a Catholic or Anglican Church

The certificates are worthless and not recognised by law. Do traditional, go to Court and register your wedding stop being ripped off by charlatans.

Religion will keep scamming Nigerians.

1. Marry sane women, Nigerian men won't hear they will be focusing on cooking and cleaning

2. Have a family financial plan where you both know each others sources of income and plan expenditure, una no go hear the men will be forming super men " I can handle all finances alone just cook and clean.

3. Be financially open have a budget both of you can stick to, you both will know that this is the family budget this is what we can afford for rent and fees, stop all these archaic secrecy on both ends. This is 2016 this Economy doesn't support financial stupidity.

For women stop this silliness, you are a grown adult, you should not leave the full financial responsibility on any man alone , work together as a family pay bills and have a healthy attitude towards family finance.

Nigerians don't listen to sane advise, the men will want women they can control to cook and clean the women want ATM men, marry sane spouses and have a good attitude towards money mba.

Najanatu is the woman of many Firsts, she is also the first person to reject a presidential appointment.

The Northern activist, who is also an associate of the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari, in a quarter-page newspaper advert published by a National Newspaper, rejected the appointment, stressing that she was not consulted. She claimed her appointment was made through newspaper and was constrained to make the rejection via the same medium. However, she pledged her continue support for Buhari and his administration. The advert reads: I, Najatu Muhammad, wishes to thank you so much for considering me worthy of being appointed the chairperson of Dutse Federal University. It’s however, unfortunate that I was not consulted before the announcement in the media. I also regret that I have to use the same medium to announce that I can’t accept the appointment for some personal reasons. I will however remain an ardent supporter of President Muhammadu Buhari in his effort in charting a new course for this country. A course that we pray will put this country back on the path of progress. I will also continue to support the presidents fight against corruption and other ills of this country. My unflinching support for the President will remain for Allah’s sake and country. I pray that Allah will continue to guide and protect our President. “Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria,”

This is contradictory.

You are calling the tradition on inheritance outdated and rightly so, yet you are using the same outdated traditions that regards kids as illegitimate and belonging to their mothers people.

The Supreme Court has affirmed the right of women to inheritance don't let anyone tell you different.

Who has his death certificate?

Go to Court and apply for a letter of administration

Who was his next of kin?

Who has the house papers? Women need to stop being emotional in cases like this, in cases like this thr first thing is get the house papers and keep in a safe place instead of screaming and crying. The dead is gone if you have kids you need to protect you have to act fast that is where men get to cheat you guys because they are less emotional.

Anyway you all have a fair right to inheritance go to court if your father died without a will so the property can be shared equally

2. You have been through a lot with conception so it is a shock to find this out

3. Don't rush into trying to be her mother, even your husband cannot automatically become her father, you guys are just getting to know each other, she has her own mother the best you can do is get to know her as she is and as you are no pretence.

4. Extend the basic decency and fairness in relating to her, don’t be rude or project your insecurity on her. Be calm let whatever relationship you would have with her naturally develop

5. She is coming to meet her father not to snatch your husband or too make her mother marry your husband, you are his wife she is his daughter there is no competition

6. I wish you the best. The worst thing you can do at the point is suppress your hurt and pretend. It would burst one day

If only some of you would stop being dullards and read you will see that Police had the records of the whereabouts of the vehicles the IGP and his incompetent arse kissers just didn't do their homework abi did Arase forge the records?

". When Vanguard sought to find out if the proper procedure of ascertaining location of the cars were followed, it was discovered that the Works Department and the Force Transport Department that would have been approached for explanations were not approached. Rather, the IGP secretariat comprising of newly posted officers, were said to have written the former IGP demanding the whereabouts of the staff cars and other 22 vehicles, some the former IGP was said to have interpreted as a slight on his person. Further investigation in other relevant departments regarding the whereabouts of other vehicles showed that the vehicles were intact and that while some were deployed for operations, the Police had records of the location of others.

PoliticsRe: FACT-CHECK: FG Lied! Report Shows Arms Panel Probed Dambazau’s Tenure by Eketem: 10:40pm On Jul 16, 2016
OKDnigeria:
President Buhari’s critics on Friday
carpeted his government for allegedly
lying about the terms of reference of the
latest interim reports on the ongoing
probe into arms procurement by
successive governments since 2007.
Mr. Buhari had on August 24, 2015, raised
the Committee on Audit of Defence
Equipment Procurement in the Nigerian
Armed Forces to keep with his
“determination to stamp out corruption
and irregularities in Nigeria’s public
service.”
But many are now raising concerns not
about what the committee included in its
latest report but what it might have
deliberately left out.
The investigative committee submitted its
third interim report on Thursday which
detailed how former senior military
officers, political appointees and private
individuals allegedly channeled security
funds into their pockets while the war
against Boko Haram floundered.
Among the big names the report indicted
were Azubuike Ihejirika and Kenneth
Minimah. Both served as Chief of Army
Staff under President Goodluck Jonathan.
But government critics immediately
raised concerns about the exclusion of
the name of a close ally of Mr. Buhari and
the current Minister of Interior,
Abdulrahman Dambazzau.
Mr. Dambazzau served as the chief of
army staff between 2008 and 2010 and
critics said it was highly curious that he
was not investigated even when the probe
was designed to capture all procurements
from 2007 to 2015.
Our findings show that those accusing
government of doctoring its latest arms
panel may have a point.
Buhari Government’s Claim:
In an attempt to ward off allegation of
bias, the Buhari government, via a
statement from the office of the Minister
of Information and Culture, Lai
Mohammed, said Mr. Dambazau’s name
was not included among those indicted
because the third interim report only
looked into procurement and contracts
awarded for and by the military between
2011-2015.
“When the documents regarding
procurement from 2007 to 2010 are
available and scrutinised, the committee
will then issue its report on that,” Mr.
Mohammed said in a statement signed by
his media adviser Segun Adeyemi.
“The audit is being done in phases, and
the report that was released on Thursday
is the third of such.”
The Facts:
A PREMIUM TIMES’ examination of the
report showed that the terms of reference
in its heading said it queried all
procurement from 2007 to 2015.
“Press Release on the Third Interim
Report of the Presidential Committee on
Audit of Defence Equipment Procurement
from 2007 to 2015 ,” it read.
The first paragraph of the seven-page
report also indicated the 13-member
committee used 2007-2015 as reference.
“In continuation of its assignment, the
Committee on Audit of Defence
Equipment Procurement (CADEP) in the
Nigerian Armed Forces, analysed
procurement contracts awarded by or for
the Nigerian Army between 2007 and
2015. ”
PREMIUM TIMES also observed that in
page two of the report, the committee
looked into procurement far back as 2005,
two years earlier than 2007.
“Similarly, between 29 April 2005 and 19
October 2010 , the MOD (Ministry of
Defence) awarded 2 contracts to Progress
Limited for the supply of 42 units of
BTR-3U Armoured Personnel Carriers and
spare parts for the Nigerian Army.
“However, neither the MOD nor the NA
could provide the contract agreements to
ascertain the cost of the APCs. Although
26 of the APCs were delivered in 2007 and
immediately deployed for Peace Keeping
Operations in Sudan, the APCs
scandalously broke down on induction,”
the report read in part.
In page four where the committee looked
into tax infractions in the military, it was
also revealed that the members looked
beyond 2011.
“The Committee observed breaches of
laws and regulations on payments of
With-holding Tax (WHT) and Value Added
Tax (VAT). The unremitted WHT from
2007 to 2015 amounted to about
N862,962,065.99, $2,093,710.06 and
€2,700.00 respectively.”
This newspaper also reported on July 7,
citing top administration sources, that Mr.
Dambazzau’s name was amongst those
indicted by the panel and that he was
making concerted efforts to have his
named removed.

grin grin I bet you don't even knw what is meant by cattle rustling?
Cattle rustling is stealing cattle by thieves. Nothing more they come with guns and weapons and snatch cows from herdsmen.

The President yesterday was in Zamfara to launch a task force on cattle rustling while Benue citizens were once more murdered by herdsmen.

Is this a way of showing that cattle lives are more important to him than human beings being killed everyday?

I don't even understand how this should be possible. People who have died from these attacks in these few months are in their thousands but cattle rustling had to take the front seat.
Hmmmmmm

Thank you.
It is only in developing countries you see underage children used as maids and male servants.
There are more millions of career women in America and the UK and they don't have underage housemaids like the so called career women in Africa.
Raising kids is a joint job for both parents not just for the mothers.

Abroad both men and women work together and share tasks here the men sit in beer parlours and use family time for side chicks, off cause the women are overwhelmed

1. Underaged maids are illegal in Nigeria. Those who keep breaking the law will soon face it and get punished.

2. Where are these children's fathers? Why do they leave raising their own kids for maids and the mothers? Did you two not think it through when you decided to make a child? if only they would go home and raise their kids and stop lazying around getting big stomachs in bars and joints having free time to commit adultery and bring home all diseases.

Couples abroad without maids don't they survive?

If you agree to have a child then be responsible for raising your child. It is not a woman or mother issue. Wake up early and have a plan with your spouse, one cooks one baths the kids, get a good worthy creche, organise pick and drop ups, alternate. Get home, make dinner together or one watches kids one cooks.

You cannot have kids and be doing Lord of the manor having another child slave to raise your kids along with your over worked wife.

That is what headship means not this lousy laziness una dey do

I don't understand how women will marry men and have unprotected se-x with them yet start fidgeting when it comes to money.

Like others have said put both your names on the document.

In my case I actually don't even feel confident making investments alone I always do so with my husband because he is more business suave
