Op I think your abnormality can be corrected with surgery, I think with the awareness you have created so far its easier for u to raise the fund if u seek to correct it.
Instead of seeking validation to be accepted, I do suggest u seek financial support to correct it and live your normal life.

I received a message from gocash, The message read" Good day, kindly inform ***** ***** on 0803****** that he has defaulted in his loan repayment to gocash as you been the guarantor, he is advise(....).

I have no knowledge about this transaction, the person in quote was my room mate during our NYSC days, we have not spoken for long before today.

I called the number and he picked and I asked him if he has knowledge about the transaction which he agreed but that he didn't use me as a guarantor.
I called the sender of the message, he said he is the manager of gocash and I query him why someone used me as a guarantor to obtain loan without my knowledge and consent, he was rude in his reply..he told me I should go and ask the person and drop the call.

Please my fellow nairalanders, should i seek legal help or I should go and block my accounts to avoid unauthorized debit( if it's possible).
Or it could it be a fraudsters??

Back to the topic, OP if I am in your shoe, this is what I will do;
1. I will call her attention to all I have observed
2. I will tell her point black that she is a thief
3. I will remind her that there is no justification to her action
4. I will tell her everyone deserve a second chance, I have forgiven her, I won't tell my Bros abt it but will tell him to be more vigilante/ observant towards her.
5. I will tell her to talk to my Bros for an increment if her present salary is not sufficient to settle her basic needs.
6. I will make her write an undertaking, I will video her while she is writing it as part of my evidence.
7. I will tell her if she ever steal from my Bros again, I will use the evidences against her, she has an opportunity to correct her mess.
8. Thereafter, I will tell her to forget we ever had this encounter.

Op, How much is he( your husband)
budgeting for the barbing saloon business(Rent,equipments etc). You can ignite his spirit by having the conversation with him. Help him get a feasible plan, then let the problem shift to financing, your post would have make more sense if you had used it to solicit for assistance, i.e in a scenario where he already have a plan.

Instead of telling your husband to stop 'spending on his family', point him to projects he can spend money on.

E.g. 'My friend said there is one cheap land at Igbo Tutu' or 'how I wish we had our house, we wouldn't be bothered about Baba Mulika asking for rent every year' or 'there is one mutual funds that the entry is N200k and you get 15% returns per year. We can be paying Junior's fees from the interest'. You can also bring up investment for your kids etc.

You know what works with your husband so explore that. Also appreciate him for what he does so far.

@buying your land: I am not a fan of spouses buying stuffs behind each other so I will say deposit the money in mutual benefit/Chapel Hill/Piggybank for now while you try to make him see reason. I particularly don't like the fact you want only your name on the land; recipe for disaster as your husband is not hiding his own funds; he is just not spending it wisely.

You should also understand where your husband is coming from: in some cultures, the 'worth' of the first son/husband of the first daughter is their ability to fund everyone's lifestyle without complaint while their own immediate family suffers.

It is a recurring theme so you re-orientate him in love and harmony to see that his family can and will survive without his handouts.

Also note that if he goes 360 and stops funding his siblings, it can cause problems for you'all.

5.Set up a Vehicle Tracking and solar Energy consultancy Firm( you don't need to have the technical know-how, u just enter into contract with as many firm as you can, then once you secure a contract you sub contract it out.
