Na so bros, who no get liver no fit contribute for here. Personally, i have been stalking this thread for a year, trying to see if i can boslter my knowledge from gurus in the house, so far it has proven very beneficial. I started my live trade this month, for sure i know i am not ripe to make trade calls so it is expected i take a seat and watch the pros, although some silent lurkers are already pros they just dont see reason to contribute their 2cents, perharps this one will be a home calling to them.

u can try this system "trend trading all pairs" search for it in forexfactory. It is purely price action, it based strictly on support and resistance, demand and supply. Jst my newbie opinion.

my monthly target is 15percent, and funny my trading account is less than a 100dollar(micro account). I am fine with the 15percent no matter my account balance, even on my demo i made sure i made 15 percent for 3 consecutive months before going life. But really, my learning process was made easier though longer because i still have my day job that pays the bills.

It is not only banks that sack , even manufacturing companies do too. 2 weeks ago, one of the leading cement manufacturer in the country which doubles as my place of work sacked 87 staff members out of about 600 , all in the name of right sizing. It is was so pathetic that even some victims had only spent 1year on the job. The lesson therein is no job security in the private sector, anybody can be let go anytime with any moral dillemma from the employer. So forget job security and consolidate fast while u re still on a paid job, and move on if u re asked to.

As a newbie, i don't think i know so much on this money management thing, but i am tempted to say the little i know. I am always scared when i see people here netting 80percent in a week, when i see this i go back to review my system to see if i can make that much. I ve tried it severally but to no, the best my system can give me per month is 25percent that's wit a risk of 5percent per trade( i trade 4hrly , and get very few setups per week). I came to realisation that for me make a living trading forex i will ♓ανε nothing less than 10k dollars in my account which i dnt ♓ανε yet, which means patience. If one has a good strategy, then patience is the next thing to ♓ανε. I strongly believe it is lack of patience that make traders throw money management in the wind and risk so much.

I will be taking my first live trade this week. Because of my work schedule, plus the fact that I find it very stressful trading lower timeframes, , I will be taking setups on 4hr TF only . I will keep lurking arround the thread to refill my confidence in this bussiness, be inspired by the success stories here and also to bolster the little knowledge I have garthered in my six months of demo trading. I am looking at focusing on my psychology for the next three month, see how my emotions will come to play as compared to demo trading. As it stands now I am not driven by the profits but by the sincere desire to master to the extent of calling the bluff of my employer. I know it will take time, you can never read experience in any textbook.....but am convinced that someday I will trade like naijababe, endfx, rozayx5, pipnomics,pip love-vendor,oliverpin........Please wish me success in this new endeavour. rozayx5: after getting a degree some people think they are safe, my biggest advice to you out there is that if your employed you better keep a percentage of your salary for unforeseen circumstances and future investments , and get financial education, while being an employee, cause that will save you on a rainy day

Oga rosay pls tell them. The problem is that lots of employee live from months to months, and as such they hardly have much to save, plus the fact working is so time consuming that most employee would hardly have time to garner investment eduction. Most people would rather run after a masters degree that will still put them at the mercy of paid employers. I am guilty of this too, that is why am struggling so hard to get knowledge that will put food on my table for the rest of my life.....though it is tough rozay considering my work schedule, you will still find me lurking arround your research room and the FTA thread, am sure soon it is goin to pay off.

@ Thread, I had a good look at EJ last night and I think it will range between 128 and 129 until April ends. For the uptrend to continue, April's candle has to close at or above 128.00. In May however, we will probably see 124.xx before that elusive 133.xx comes. I will look for range trades between both levels for now.

I stay in a quiet town , away from my friends and family, and with a weird work schedule. As a shift worker, am at home when most people are at work and at work when most people are at home. Sometimes, I close from work on a monday morning, for sure I wouldnt even dare going to a fun centre, so the only option is to race home to my wife, eat , watch t.v, sleep....infact I catch my fun in the house, except for some few occassions when my off days falls on a weekend, then chill in one of the parlours arround with my five alive and coke .
