Sadly but nonetheless I am happy this is happening! I remember my brief stay in Abuja and I regretted my life! the heat was just too much,it made me to roll from bed to the floor and back to the bed through out the night looking for cold spots. And the rumour of this sickness in town did not help matters,as u will have to open all windows with dusts coming through them. at times I had to sleep on a mat outside. Only power saves me but sadly it does not last, and one can't run gen. all the time. This make me to appreciate the weather in the south south and also wonder why any sane person from the south will leave such an eco-friendly place to go develop Abuja n co that are barren lands. |
I am very happy this sort of thing happened to this slay queen who was too lazy and unintelligent to know how to comport herself in a given environment(imagine u forgot to lock the door, whereas u know too well u r not living alone with ur fiancee). There is no excuse for ur foolishness here,u can only learn ur lessons now. You see, most of our ladies are becoming dumber by the day,and only God will help us in the coming generations. Now u have put the innocent man in a very awkward position that he finds it difficult to rapport with you! I advise u breakup that relationship with your bf cos the nigga is now a time bomb waiting to explode any day the devil remembers his case before God like he did Job. |
I am really happy about this development,it reinforces the truth that we are in a shithole country. No,u don't agree? just think about it,that in this 21st century our definition of morality still centres on inconsequential stuffs like this mere hair that comes naturally to all that are gifted. What a wasted priority! |
Well I am very happy about this development, and I pray a time come when best graduating students will receive #50 or lesser! You see,I don't get angry about negative news about Nigeria anymore; it actually helps to expect the worst from our leaders now. I also think the worst we get as a society-as we are getting now-the better for us. It will get to a point whereby all Nigerians will get tired of this corrupt unproductive system: either a violent revolution will change the course of things,or we all will sit on a round table to discuss the way forward. until then, enjoy "CHANJI" d beat by APC featuring PDP. |
shotin:Is it my fault that majority of Nigerians earn below $1? Are those poverty stricken Nigerians not the ones who continue to turn up in rallies and vote to support corrupt politicians? They are lucky I am not in office,if I were in a political position I would have so taxed their asses so much so that they will question how much I bought my tissue paper, how much shirt I wore? |
shegzan:Yes,everyone can pay that meagre amount if only we ask that the right things be done after they pay their fees! We are just lucky we have oil that makes things easier for us that is why politician don't bother to tax the hell outta out asses that much,if it weren't so the burden would have been much. The higher the taxes, the better for Nigerians who are slumbering and don't put our leaders on their toes. Instead of antagonising this increment blindly, why don't the students ask questions about the revenue of the school and the budgets of previous years? what do they stand to benefit from this new fees: will the hostels be renovated or built to standards;will the science students get more lab instruments and loans for research, will lectures now stop extorting them, will the minimum wage be increase as well for their parents who work to foot their bills,e.t.c? |
shotin:Education is a right where citizens know their rights. You can't continue to vote in mediocres into government and expect good results. As far as I am concern,it is a welcomed development! I pray for that breaking points whereby Nigerians will come out from their self denials. |
This is a welcomed development! Education is not cheap! Besides, I really want governments at all levels to increase tax, electricity bills, school fees- I mean just anything that can be increased. That will help citizens to question governments expenditures and citizens voting behaviours. The era of collecting one cup of rice and one thousand naira from politicians to vote for them will soon be a thing of the past. shey most students like to form slay queens and king on campus and do not take part in national politics. Na now body go hear am! |
PoliticalChinex:If u easily forgive without spelling out ur hurt, then be ready to be hurt again. In this part of the world,we take things to lightly. I recall my father disowning my elder sister and myself when things went south with my mom and himself. He refusing footing our bills n so mom had to struggle to train us. But at JSS2 when my dad heard that I won Shell scolarship and was the best in class,he came apologising to my mum, saying that he wants us back. I refused initially to forgive him,in fact I put him through a lot of stress. Why should I easily forgive a man who almost ruined my life! If mom was not strong for us and I was a dull child, perhaps he wouldn't have bothered. truth is,I don't joke with NY happiness. i dont allow people to mess up my mood and psychy and think they can try those emotional blackmails when the table turns! |
nnamdiosu:Guy, u r preaching dust! Read up Joseph story in the Bible, true forgiveness was achieved when the whole family came to know the true, and felt remorse for what they did to him.so forget! We are born in the flesh therefore not like Jesus who can bare any pains. The OP's siblings really need to know how hurt he is,and they must genuinely seek for forgiveness. |
This shit is annoying me now! I have observed that most people like taking advantage of others to hurt them, and when things change for better they will come to emotionally blackmail u into accepting them. And religion is not helping in this regard,it makes u look like the bad person when once u bring principles to checkmate all these wicked people who take pleasure in hurting them. Our customs and value systems are eroding because some wicked people can easily maneuver them and go scot free without any punishment for their actions. It is too bad, really! |
KOPT33:Bro,I am on ur side. you see, some people think it is fun to hurt people! And then when events take a new turn, they want forgiveness a mostly without sincerity and remorse ( they think it is a right to be forgiven). left for me,I don't joke with people who intentional hurt me- cos for me I believe in the doctrine of love but not forgiveness. |
Terminator1234g:the jazz wey Buhari and APC carry nack Nigerians eh(esp d zombies),even the devil dey wonder if another devil dey besides him wey APC consult. Him go like learn under am. |
naijjaman:she looks more beautiful this way sef |
This is one reason why I tend to agree with former president Jonathan that stealing is not corruption;this is true because Nigerians(politicians)have made the word corruption so light that it means nothing anymore,so the best thing is to call stuffs like this act of stealing and not corruption so that we can be enraged. Me think we should label stealing of this kind along the category of terrorism, murder and co.,especially by public office holders. |
between drilling for oil in the n**th and drilling this borehole, which one do u guys think will first discover oil? and na which one person go tire first for the search of oil? like for her and share for n**th. #na joke I dey o. |
scaramenga:person wey resemble Speed Darlington for fine for ur eye? guy behave ursef dia! |
too many self centered blacks with low inferiority complex. |
SIRTee15:truer words have not been said...and it is the reality! |
But the prof quoted stats to back his claims na? aren't those arrested so far not the igbos? |
SIRTee15:I am happy you get my point! Racism has got nothing to do with skin color-it has to do with "power". It could have been blacks segregating the whites for their lack of melanin and unproductivity if we were the ones calling the shots! |
musicwriter:I believe it is lack of ideas. Can a powerless person enslave a powerful person? No. the truth is,African at this our state of mind, can still be recolonised directly again if our very former colonial masters chose to do so,and we will have little or no resistance, simply because we still lack the ideas to acquire power. and again,I don't think we are conditioned by any white person intellectually to be slaves-we chose those conditions we want to be in. We lack the ideas to create our own models for development, therefore we borrow their models which are bound to fail. |
ykalhaji:if she was born in the US but could be intimidated for being black, then it supports my argument that blacks all over the world only have Africa as their only and true home. This is true because when the chips are down, blacks will be segregated by their color,no matter their position or years they have been with other people of colors. However, i am not saying all blacks need to come to Africa, but we that are here must endeavour to make it a better place, a place that will give all blacks all over the world a bragging right. If you think racism against blacks is due squarely to skin color? No. It is "power"! If blacks were the one with power, we would have probably been the one maltreating whites for their pale skin without melanin. |
iksman2002:so this is d reason ba? |
Alariiwo:u need drugs |
musicwriter:lhow did Africans build America? Why can't same Africans replicate same here? you think it is man power that build stuffs? It is wisdom, intelligence! Blacks are bereft of idea-the most important thing. |
Methink the development of Africa remains the solution to racism against blacks all over the world. until every black sees Africa as their only home and develop it to standard, blacks will always be like orphans anywhere they are no matter your position, when the chips are down. |
Pedrojnr31:it is not my biz with that. |
Onenaira1:if at the end of the discourse there is a good reason to ban it in the north, then they will. And it will become a crime to sell it. Haven't there been drugs that were in use but banned now? |
It is amazing seeing these guys call me a northerner simply cos I have a different opinion today. DAT year wey I dey support Biafra una hail me o. lol. #hypocrites! |
u just they talk dust. the whole thing about drug abuse have become a burning topic in discourses, recently. If at the end of the day the stakeholders deem it fit to ban the sale of those drugs in the north( not ss,se or sw o!), there is nothing u n I will do. and those defaulters will be punished if enforced. |
u should do well to stop the supply, bro. |
