9jaganja:It fits in to the definition of a democracy. So yeah it is one. |
platinumnk:Haha I checked you out too, but you aint needing Yoruba translation lol. Relax, it was all in good faith lol |
Sources close to Ja rule just informed me that the are in the process of signing Seun onto Murder inc. ![]() |
How is smith an asshole when she is merely doing her job? Remember, this is a collective decision and not just hers. The BNP will never go main stream, and to be honest I am not in anyway worried about them. |
Akpangbon:I am not here to make any one a believer. Please point out where I mentioned processed food is been sold in tantalizer. Below is what I said exactly "My last trip to lagos saw me eating at tantalizer in Yaba, Gosh no offence but the food just smell dodgy to me, I just opted for mirinda and watched my nephews devour my portion." |
blacksta:Hahaha. Please stop. You are killing me. Ever heard of Cyanide? Please look it up, come back and tell me you can survive that. ![]() |
Nemeziz9ja:Dude, I come from a clan where the God of Iron is worship in Ekiti state. I aint no novice to spirituality, I just refuse to believe in it. There is no such thing.PS You sound catholic to me. Are you one? ![]() |
Akpangbon:Learn to understand people's post. I am telling busi-bodi that I didnt have processed food when I grew up in Nigeria. Most processed food back home during when I was growing up are luxury goods. Hence why I have more of fresh foods instead. The food in tantalizer smell off to me. I will trust my sense of smell than any other person when it comes to food. Hence why I refused to have it. Who mentioned processed food in tantaliser? Gosh dude. You will need to try harder. ![]() |
dakmanzero:Dude. I see your arguments, but it is irrelevant to the point at hand. A fictional movie owe us nothing to include factual location in a comic-book adaptation movie! Censorship exist for all movies, this censorship bodies decides what is acceptable for it movie's target audience etc. The fact that a fictional film is a movie, it would therefore be subjected to the same laws and scrutiny other non-fictional movies are subjected to! ![]() |
platinumnk:Hahah. Typical naija belief in spirituality and what not. |
must_a_far:I am just wild at heart. ![]() |
platinumnk:Thanks lol. Just general knowledge I guess. If that was the UK, you will be in jail by now. They are protected species. lol. Like I said, I had them before back in Ilorin and my god, they are tasty. They tend to fly in thousands over the evening sky, so we just use catapult to shoot them down. ![]() |
^^ That is the dog that won the award for the ugliest dog in the world, If I remember correctly. ![]() |
@platinumnk They look like Bats to me. Just look at the positioning of the hands and hinds legs, they sure do looks like bats. Even the teeths are made of several incisors. |
busi-bodi:You can come across as ignorant sometimes. I am saying, I hardly have to worry about "expiry dates" because I had little processed food when I was in Nigeria. I instead had freshly prepared food. However, given my knowledge now, there is no way I will go home and just eat anything. Do you even know what you are talking about? ![]() |
Mai Suya:It is true. I will dig out a link for you in a moment. There actually two dates in the UK here used on products [if you buy them in the supermarket] One is the "Display until" or "Use by" date and "Expiry date" The first two serves as a guideline, and depending on food type it is necessary to maintain a "display until" date e.g Milk, cheese etc. It is also argued that the dates are used by manufacturer so as to sell their product quickly. As for the expiry date, as long as the integrity of the can or air tight container is in place, then it is usually okay. However, if it is compromised, then you can be killed instantly from eating it in some extreme case. This is caused by anaerobic bacteria called Botulism. Here is the link. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manchester/4693520.stm A man celebrated his golden wedding anniversary by eating a 50-year-old tin of chicken. There you go. I rest my case. |
Akpangbon:I had little or no processed food back home you see. Now that I do, do you expect me to go back in bath myself in the aqua of ignorance? |
lalaboi:Haha. No sex talk please! Lmao. In fact, I have no idea what you are talking about. ![]() |
blacksta:lmao. I mentioned it to them, but they was like "you don dey for too long for europe" they told me it smells just well. After that, telling them to let go is just a waste of time. |
platinumnk:Those are Bats isnt? Had some before, very yummy. ![]() |
platinumnk:It is hard to give any conclusive comments on "it taste funny" to be honest. It could be "flat", it could be anything. I cant comment either if the shop owner purposely sells expired products. ![]() I think one of the issues is the fact there isnt a "Food handling" course given back home. Anyone can put three stone together, a big fan and start frying akara. Most of the Buka and eateries back home wont even pass a basic hygiene test to be honest. Just because a restaurant looks good and have posh chairs do not mean it is a safe place to eat. My last trip to lagos saw me eating at tantalizer in Yaba, Gosh no offence but the food just smell dodgy to me, I just opted for mirinda and watched my nephews devour my portion. |
Just gone to check out your photos and boy, I am DEFINITELY willing. I'm on yahoo and msn if you want. ![]() lol |
For you I am willing. [Clue lies in the fact that you are a female] |
People are making a few misconceptions here. Expired food do not automatically means food poisoning! An expired food that is air tight or still sealed is as good as a freshly made food. Canned food have been know to last 60 years from the expiry date. It was eaten and nothing happened to the people. Food poisoning is caused entirely by poor food handling, the surface it was prepare, contaminated packaging etc. |
ThiefOfHearts:I guess so. lol ![]() |
utotomi3:I wont even call myself an hardcore gamer despite the fact that I played ridge racer 7 for almost 4hours yesterday and some few hours more when I got back home. A guy died after playing almost 3days non-stop of WOW in china, and similar case are being reported. Now that is what I call a hardcore gamer. |
ThiefOfHearts:If am honest, you are asking me a very broad and difficult questions. The Jews went crazy over their portrayal in The Passion Of Christ, yet in my limited knowledge the movies appears to be true to the holy book on that particular aspect. As for this very debate at hand, it is a bit over the top to expect the movies to stay true to Lagos, simply because we got a mention in the movie. A movie that is based entirely on fiction. |
He announced he is suing the UK - especially Jaqui smith. I do hope he's got money to burn, because there is no way he is going to win. I went and checked out his background when I say the story last night, and going by some of his records, he is clearly a controversial person and comes across as a supremacist in my opinion. |
x_Theorist:Your post will suggest you are far from wanting to enjoy a communal feeling - Remember your other threads have a warning of some kind in the front. If you want human interaction, perhaps you should actually socialise? Instead of posting half baked jargons? Just a thought. There isn't a fight here, more or less a debate. Only that you won't agree with it because your flaws and non-sense statements have been pointed at you. What vulgar words have I used against you? Are you quick to label anyone who points out the flaws in your statement? Or do you not see that your posts are nothing but condescending like I mentioned before? You are quick to claim people lack intelligence, when ironically it is obvious that you can do with a bit of "educationing". I am more than happy to debate with you. If only you will stop trying to be this uber intelligent guy, when clearly you aint. Be who you are. Construct your views and points well and see if the response you want wont follow. You know, I read your other thread and I decided against replying - not because of your opening lines- but because as a someone working in a medical field, half of what you presented in there is so inaccurate, and the fact that you come across as a"conspiracy theorist", it wont be worth my time actually typing out a reply to you. ![]() I do not know you, but I can only judge you on the manner of your posting. So far, you have just made me feel I should ignore you more am afraid. |
It is a simple mistake in my opinion. Coca-cola is fierce brand and will not allow things like this to happen, but sometimes human errors can take charge. Shops do sell expired stuff here too out of mistakes. |
iboboyz:You are really weird aint you? Now you are throwing thin-veiled insults right? Why bring sex talk into this in the first place? audio:More like some people are stupid. Just passing unnecessary comments and then not being able to defend it. @Zytle. I will do a few more for you at my own time. At least it allows me to brush up on my Yoruba skills. |
