Governor Nasir El Rufai of Kaduna state and his Bauchi state counterpart Abubakar Muhammad, yesterday June 7th, visited Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha at the Imo state government house, where they spoke on the recent killing of 74 year old Bridget Aghahime, in Kano last week as well as the recent attacks by some herdsmen in some parts of the country. The governors called for open trial of all those responsible for killing Aghahime. The elderly woman pictured has allegedly been abandoned on the road, for over two weeks in Iyana Ipaja, Lagos State. He also promised to see what else he can do to assist him after recovery. Bruno, who confirmed the story said he was not surprised when the clergy gave him the cheque for Martin's treatment. Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie has revealed some shocking details about her life. Speaking today in an interview with News Agency of Nigeria after making an appearance at a seminar to end violence against children, the Nollywood veteran revealed how she was sexually molested at a young age by a family friend who went on to impregnate her. “I was a victim of sexual abuse, that was when I was in primary six, I was going to the hospital and somebody called me. The boy used some diabolic means and sexually violated me, when I could not see my period, I refused to tell my mother, because she was very strict. “I love sharing my experience because at the end of the day I succeeded, If I had not succeed, I would not have been able to be saying it.” She explained that the pregnancy was about seven months before her mother noticed it. “My mother asked how it happened and I told her everything; my brother picked a knife and wanted to kill me, but my mother stopped him. It happened that the mother of the boy that violated me was my mother’s friend; the boy’s mother was surprised but the boy denied. “My mother took me to hospital to abort the pregnancy with a plan of taking me to my grandmother’s place at ‘Ogede’ to stay for one week before returning home. I told her I may lose my life in the process and because she loved me, she then aborted the planned abortion; I feel it was God that spoke through me. "We looked up straight to heaven for 19 years and three angels sent from up above for us to love, to hold and rock and kiss good night, to wrap our arms real tight and keep them safe and warm while counting their toes, stay believing we did now have 3 angels sent from up above. After 19 years of waiting , he did it and above all he made it up to them by giving them 3 beautiful kids ( both sex) God is a Miracle worker and he never fails.
