EducationRe: Prof. Njoku Sex-For-Mark Video: IMSU Students To Face IGP by EMMY76: 10:10am On Oct 04, 2020
Kosiso12:
........ As Those Behind Viral Video On The Run

....... Manhunt To Be Launched In Order For Them To Face Full Wrath Of The Law

Sequel to the 7 days ultimatum given to every student of Imo State University who has any substantive evidential proof of Prof. Njoku’s involvement in sex for marks to testify in public which elapsed on Saturday 26th September 2020, the state coordinator of Progressive Graduate of the Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry of the university, Comrade Munonye Obinna and co-coordinator, Frank Ufomadu have stated that no single student has either come in public or secret to testify to the viral allegation of sex for marks leveled against him.

In a statement made available to IGBERE TV on Saturday, the group stated that Prof. Njoku has been vindicated as it is now very convincingly clear to all that Prof. Njoku Victor has never involved in sex for mark since he started work in Imo State University till date.

The group further stated that the viral media propaganda and fabricated allegation against Prof. Njoku Victor is a hand work of mischief markers and character assassins who were in desperate move to pull him down, tarnish his image and destroy the respect he (Prof. Njoku Victor) enjoyed over the years as one of the most transparent, honest and hard working Professors in Imo State University.

They further called on publishers of various media houses, hosts of online websites and social media to retract, refute and expunge all negative forms of stories, nude pictures and videos reportedly recorded and published against the good image of Prof. Njoku Victor, within the next 10 days or face the wrath of the law.

The statement reads in parts,

1. No single student has either come in public or secret to testify to the
viral allegation of sex for marks leveled against one of the most respected Senior Lecturers in Imo State University, Prof. Njoku Victor.

2. We the progressive graduates of chemistry and industrial chemistry of Imo State University wish to notify the entire Imo State University community that Prof. Njoku has been vindicated as it is now very
convincingly clear to all that Prof. Njoku Victor has never involved in sex for mark since he started work in Imo State University till date.

3. It is now very convincingly proven that the viral media propaganda and fabricated allegation against Prof. Njoku Victor is a hand work of mischief markers and character assassins who were in desperate
move to pull him down, tarnish his image and destroy the respect he (Prof. Njoku Victor) enjoyed over the years as one of the most
transparent, honest and hard working Professors in Imo State University.

4. We hereby call on all Nigerians, imolites, security, media and the
entire Imo State University staffs and students to rise up to the challenge of protecting innocent citizens who may have been
subjected to public ridicule by character Assassins whose stock in trade is to ridicule high profile citizens and perceived competitors or political enemies.

5. The false allegation and vindication of Prof. Njoku whose privacy was secretly invaded by over zealous hired criminals and their cohorts, is a clear indication that character assassins are currently on parade in Imo State.

6. The right to privacy is one of the fundamental human rights
entrenched in the Nigerian constitution section 37 of the 1999 constitution provides that:

“The privacy of citizens, their homes, correspondence, telephone conversations and telegraphic communications is hereby guaranteed and protected’’. It deems privacy in this respect a fundamental right which is enforceable in a court of law when breached.

‘’Legal definition of right of privacy: The rights of a person to be free from intrusion into or publicity concerning matters of a personal
nature’’.

7. Invasion of privacy is one of the most damaging types of sexual harassment because it damages a person’s reputation and personal
relationships, this can include anything from leaking Important andprivate information in order to coerce you into a sexual relationship
or secretly recording you in places that are clearly private.

Taking your picture without your knowledge and releasing it on the internet via social media. Blackmailing you to conduct sexual acts or engage in a sexual relationship.

8. Defamation and false light invasion of privacy have a good deal in common. Each requires some falsity published to a third party.

A fundamental difference is that defamation is generally a false statement made about a person, and false light is a misattribution of
a person’s actions or beliefs.

We hereby call on publishers of various media houses, hosts of online websites and social media to retract, refute and expunge all negative forms of stories, nude pictures and videos reportedly recorded and published against the good image of Prof. Njoku Victor, within the next 10 days or face the wrath of the law. It is disheartening that most media outfits published the defamatory false story of sex for marks without properinvestigation and balanced journalism. The envisaged unprofessional conduct of most media practitioners is becoming a ‘’hydra headed monster’’ which is capable of destroying the integrity of good citizens It is obvious that the hired character assassins who invaded the secret privacy of Prof. Njoku Victor are already on the run. We shall officially
petition the inspector General of police to fish out all those behind the
dastard act and ensure they are prosecuted for breach of fundamental human right, sexual harassment and criminal invasion under section 37 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Thank You, most people have not read the Constitution of 1999 as Amended, nothing wrong with our constitution, interpretation & implementation of the constitution is the problem, even if they gave Nigeria Switzerland’s Constitution, & The United States enterprise, Nigeria will still be a failed state.
So the 1999 military constitution that gave so much powers to one section of the country is very ok by you? A constitution that gave only 13% to owners of natural resources in nigeria angry Who are even the nigerians from the southern part of nigeria that sat down and agreed to sign that fraudulent northern inspired document called the 1999 constitution?

My Guy Who are you fooling? Does the presidency control the National Assembly? Separation of power, They are playing politics, pdp will not agree to anything brought forward by APC, so stop all the dancing in the market square in the name of restructuring, pdp was there for 16 years why did they not restructure Nigeria? Why did Jonathan wait till 2014 to call a pdp handpicked Constitutional conference? used it as a way to solicit support for 2015 election that he still lost? Please you can keep deceiving yourself with all these restructure crap, it is just a lame excuse for our failure, if they gave you Richard Hamilton’s Mercedes Benz, you still will not win 1 F1 race. The great Fela said clear road for jagajaga.
Buhari, tinibu, osinbanja etc and the apc are the real deceivers they deceived gullible nigerians in voting for them after all the fake promises to restructure nigeria during their campaigns. If they can initiate the controversial water resources bill in the national assembly why can't they also use the same wisdom to start the process of getting nigeria restructured in the same nass if truly they are really a sincere bunch of people?

‌Kayode Oyero

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has advised the Federal Government to give Nigeria a lasting solution to secession agitations and its economic challenges by restructuring the country.

According to Adeboye, the restructuring of the country must be done “as soon as possible” to forestall a breakup of the various socio-ethnic components that make up Nigeria.

The 78-year-old cleric stated this on Saturday at a 60th Independence Day Celebration Symposium co-organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God and the Nehemiah Leadership Institute.

At the symposium with the theme, ‘Where will Nigeria be in 2060?’ monitored by The PUNCH, Adeboye proposed the adoption of a merger of the British style of government and the American system of government to pave the way for Nigeria’s future.

The former lecturer at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Lagos said, “Why can’t we have a system of government that is 100 per cent Nigerian, unique to us? For example, we started on with the British system of government, somewhere along the line, we moved over to the American system of government.

“Can’t we have a combination of both and see whether it could help us solve our problems because in Mathematics if you want to solve a problem, you try what we call Real Analysis, then if it doesn’t work, then you move on to Complex Analysis and see whether that will help you. If that fails, you move on to Vector Analysis and so on.

“I believe that we might want to look at the problems of Nigeria in a slightly different manner. Some people feel that all our problems will be over if Nigeria should break up. I think that is trying to solve the problems of Nigeria as if it is a Simple Equation. The problems of Nigeria will require quite a bit of Simultaneous Equation and some of them are not going to be Linear either – forgive me I am talking as a Mathematician.

“Why can’t we have a system of government that will create what I will call the United States of Nigeria? Let me explain. We all know that we must restructure. It is either we restructure or we break, you don’t have to be a prophet to know that one. That is certain – restructure or we break up.
“Now, we don’t want to break up, God forbid. In restructuring, why don’t we have a Nigerian kind of democracy? At the federal level, why don’t we have a President and a Prime Minister?

“If we have a President and a Prime Minister and we share responsibilities between these two so that one is not an appendage to the other. For examples, if the President controls the Army and the Prime Minister controls the Police. If the President controls resources likes oil and mining and the Prime Minister controls finance and inland revenue, taxes, customs etc. You just divide responsibilities between the two.

“At the state level, you have the governor and the premier, and the same way, you distribute responsibilities between these people in such a manner that one cannot really go without the other. Maybe we might begin to tackle the problems.”

Adeboye noted that the place of traditional rulers must be recognised and restored in governance.

He added, “If we are going to adopt the model, then we need to urgently restore the House of Chiefs. I have a feeling that one of our major problems is that we have pushed the traditional rulers to the background and I believe that is a great error particularly for a great country like Nigeria.

“I find it very ridiculous that one will ask a traditional ruler to inform the chairman of his local government before he travels.

“Go to any town in Nigeria, everybody in the town knows the paramount ruler in the town and they respect him (but) many of them don’t even know the name of the chairman of their local government.

“The traditional rulers are the actual landlords, they control the respect of their people. Their people will listen to them much more, I am sorry to say, than they will listen to some politicians.”

“Without any doubt, we must restructure and do it as soon as possible. A United States of Nigeria is likely to survive than our present structure,” he
concluded.
The fulani north see restructuring as same thing as break up they will rather prefer nigeria to disintegrate than accept restructuring. What is the use of a restructured nigeria to the fulani north that is already so used to political patronage and free oil money from the niger delta?

It simply said international community, won't support Nigeria to separate, no matter how much we want to separate, because our unity does not threaten anybody, do you see how much UK is trying to split Hongkong from China, once your unity threatens them, they will split you, that's why USSR split, that's why india is not splitting, that's why they are trying to split China, thats why they destabilize Lybia,
Nigeria is a failed state that regularly exports criminal minded immigrants to developed nations do you think that these countries won't be happy to see it disintegrates?
PoliticsRe: This Why It Will Be Hard For Nigeria To Divide by EMMY76: 2:51pm On Oct 02, 2020
AlexBells:
I do know that Nigeria is not dividing anytime soon, not because the people in Nigeria don't want her to divide but mostly because the people out of Nigeria won't want her to divide.

The rest of the international community wouldn't want Nigeria to divide, maybe Republican wing of American politicking may fancy it a bit but from UK, to Russia, to China while they all want Nigeria intact, US may remain neutral, but the majority of American interests would be in a single Nigeria.

That's why Nigeria can not divide, the rest of the countries like Germany, Spain, Japan, Isreal, Saudi etc are not power brokers and their interest won't matter much, France can't have a say here and they better stay out, as this is a UK enclave, so every reasonable oversea power want Nigeria intact.
Have you bothered about God's oppinion?

One NIGERIA: Oduduwa descendants troop out en mass in one million man march for unity

The Coalition of Oduduwa Descendants (COD), on Friday, held a one million-man march for the unity of Nigeria, expressing firm belief and unalloyed commitment to peace and prosperity of the country.

The rally, which was held in Abuja, was attended by 20 chapters of the group from the Federal Capital Territory and the 19 northern states.

In his address, Coordinating President, Comrade Dauda Owolabi said the country's unity remains sacrosanct and non-negotiable.

Owolabi pledged solidarity with the Federal Government in "her various efforts at translating the hopes and aspirations of all Nigerians into tangible reality".

According to him, those "canvassing for the Oduduwa Republic are not one of us and shall never be because their agitations are borne out of absolute mischief intended to truncate our nascent democracy".

He, however, warned that his members and other true descendants of Oduduwa would not watch the enemies of Nigeria have their way, hiding under whatever nomenclature that would lead to chaos and disunity.

Read the full address below:

My brothers and sisters the occasion of Nigeria’s 60th Independence anniversary celebration is indeed worthy of rolling out the drums. That we have remained united as One Nigeria for the past 60 years is an indication that the labours of our heroes past are not in vain despite the evil plots hatched by those that have elected to constitute themselves as clogs in the wheels of our progress as a country.

We have weathered the storms, and we have come out unscathed. We have experienced one of the most deadly insurrections in the world, yet we remain unshaken. What the enemies of Nigeria do not know is the fact that our strength lies in our diversity.

On this auspicious occasion, the message of the Coalition of Oduduwa Descendants in the federal capital territory and the northern states in Nigeria is unequivocal, and it is One Nigeria for all regardless of our ethnic or religious affiliations.

This message of ours is not a function of time and chance, but a product of our collective resolve to see to the strength and unity of Nigeria in all aspects of our daily lives. And that today we are re-echoing the same message to send a strong signal to those that are propagating ethnic sentiments with the overarching objective to see to the disintegration of Nigeria.

As members of the Coalition of Oduduwa Descendants in the FCT and Northern states, we stand in solidarity with the government in her various efforts at translating the hopes and aspirations of all Nigerians into tangible reality.

As such, the message is strong, and the carriers of the message are resolute in the endeavour to see that Nigeria remains united as one strong entity as we journey towards the ultimate goal of the Nigeria of our dreams and a nation bound in freedom, peace and unity.

My dear brothers and sisters, this One Million Rally is a child of necessity because we shall not sit and watch the enemies of Nigeria have their way hiding under whatever nomenclature that would lead to chaos and disunity.

As we can all see with our numbers, the commitment to One Nigeria is infectious. It is also a clarion call to all compatriots when Nigeria calls we must obey. We have elected to serve our fathers land, with love and strength and faith, to build a nation where peace and justice shall reign supreme.

This much must be understood from all the nook and crannies of Nigeria that indeed the coinage Oduduwa Republic, as well as its agitations, does not hold a pride place in the lives of all descendants of Oduduwa because we are not known to be hostile or known to be engaged in acts that are inimical to the interest of One Nigeria.

North or west we do not know. South or East we also do not know, but One Nigeria, we know and where our loyalty lies. And this One Million Rally Match is a manifestation of that firm belief and unalloyed commitment to peace and prosperity in Nigeria.

We are also using this One Million Rally Match to send a strong message to the rest of the country that the sons and daughters of Oduduwa are in full support of Nigeria as an indivisible entity. Anyone against this declaration is an enemy of the country.

We also wish to state in unequivocal terms that all those planning to break up Nigeria are not sons and daughters of Oduduwa because all sons and daughters of Oduduwa are aware of the invaluable role played by great sons of Oduduwa towards the independence of Nigeria in 1960. As such, we shall never be involved in such misadventure.

It would therefore be against all that Oduduwa represents if we go against the unity of Nigeria. This and many more reasons are our sources of inspiration and firm belief in One Nigeria. And it should therefore be on notice that no true son or daughter of Oduduwa would identify with acts or actions that would lead to the breakup of Nigeria. We are stakeholders in One Nigeria, and as such, we shall not allow any individual or group to constitute themselves as clogs in the wheels of progress of Nigeria.

Those canvassing for the Oduduwa Republic are not one of us and shall never be because their agitations are borne out of absolute mischief intended to truncate our nascent democracy, which in our considered opinion is dead on arrival as their nefarious motives have been exposed.

We are descendants of Oduduwa in the federal capital territory and all the northern states in Nigeria embarking on the One Million Rally Match not just in commemoration of the 60th Anniversary celebration of Nigeria, but also to reassure our brothers and sisters from other parts of the country that we stand in solidarity with them in our quest for a united and prosperous Nigeria.

We hope that our message gets to the enemies of Yoruba Sons and Daughters that again, this plot has failed and they should desist from heating the polity unnecessarily.

Nigeria is home to all and under no circumstance should any individual or group no matter how highly placed should take us for granted.

O jẹ orilẹ-ede Naijiria kan ti an mọ ati pe o jẹ orilẹ-ede Naijiria kan ti a nifẹ si.

Long Live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Thank you all, and God bless.
