What I find fascinating is that Zimbabwean Police have a national DNA database.

This is really stupid. There are non-muslim population in the state whose etiquette does not forbid the consumption of alcohol. Why impose your religion on them when Nigeria is a secular state?

I wonder what our law associates are doing about this. Nigeria can't be a secular state and yet a whole state of the federation would be governed by Sharia. I wish the owners would sue them .

This is what I'm saying. No soldier is an armature shooter. They understand the dynamics very well. If there was an alteration in the angle, then it was with the intention to kill. But there is no evidence that the military only shot in the air. Or is it the widely circulated video they branded photoshopped?

I believe that the soldiers fired in the air not intending to kill but did so at a dangerous angle and still need to be held accountable for this.

Meanwhile the truth is that the police did more deliberate killing on that day.

How does a professional shoot without intention to kill but at dangerous angle? That's a laughable submission. Both the soldiers and police present there that night were following the same orders. If the police did a deliberate kill, the soldiers definitely did too.

I'm not sure that I understand the position of the law concerning debt recovery. First I learned that the Police cannot be used as a debt recovery agent, now this. What's the legally approved way to recover one's debt? I would appreciate if someone educate me here.
