Read these verses objectively and see if Jesus had been the Son before coming to earth.

About sitting at the right hand of God is simply because Jesus mission hasn't ended, so it's part of when Jesus became part of Creation.

In fact, one of the verses you posted emphasized on this when it says “Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.” - 1 Corin 15:28

Bible speaks sparingly about Jesus before becoming part of Creation and majorly after became part of Creation.

The ability to distinguish this from the HOLY Scripture already solved this.

It is wrong to speak in tongues at such times; rather, a clear confession of sin & request for forgiveness from God should be made. I got part of this insight from a clergy.

(2) During Prayers in Secular Places: If you are told to lead prayers in a political gathering, national centres, office, general places e.t.c. It is not a time to show spirituality. It is a time to pray so that everyone understands. You can pray in tongues on your own.

(3) When Praying to God About Your Weaknesses, shortcomings, Character flaws: If you are speaking to God as a Father on your weaknesses, shortcomings, character flaws e.t.c, you are to tell God clearly about it & that he needs to help you get free. It is not really a time to blast in tongues.

So you're the one who decides when to speak in tongues and not the work of The Holy Spirit again.
