Non transmission of results cannot, I repeat,cannot invalidate an election in Nigeria. Never! Quote me anywhere. INEC cannot refuse to give a petitioner any document so long as that document has been requested through the courts. That will be contempt of court. Photocopies of what? Form EC8A right? So in a nutshell, the Form EC8As are what is supposed to be on the iREV just as your CV and Government ID is in your workplace. If there are differences between what is there and what is here, it is not a photocopy. It is a fake.


The courts do not use originals either. They just want certified true copies. If the original is not certified, it will be rejected. Even if it's a duplicate of a duplicated duplicate; when the issuer certifies them, they are good. INEC certified those documents, so that argument is dead.

No sir, INEC gave Obi what he requested. Copies of IREV as it is displayed. INEC will be foolish to tamper with evidence. Therefore, Obi just wasted his time going to court, sleeping in court, crying in court and wooing women in court.

EC8As are originals, IREVs are photocopies. The courts do not use photocopies. All evidences are based on their originality. Not only that, those that produce those originals are the ones that can confirm or dispute them. In this case the polling unit agents that signed the EC8A, the presiding officer, or the police. Without these persons, you cannot confirm or dispute an EC8A.
And that's how we knew that Obi ti lule kpi! He never presented any of these persons during his petition.

No! Those documents are copies made from IREV. They are not form EC8As. Form EC8As are not photocopies but original documents from the election. Obi has his copies. He should have presented his own in court to dispute the election let INEC prove that they are fake. That way he leads, others follow. Like people have always said Obi's lawyers are too dumb.
