The revenue generated doesn't guarantee your performance but it is the will to perform makes you perform well.

You might generate less revenue and still perform better than someone who generated huge revenue. All you need is the will to perform by making do with the little you have and be transparent about it.

I disagree with you on this one. Revenue is very vital to performance in a state like Delta with a large staff strenght. Or how would the governor pay salaries.

Okowa's lack of achievement is not because of Ibori but because of drop in the revenue and allocation from FAAC. When the Niger Delta Avengers were bombing, some of you guys were shouting GOOD!
