The Judge of Abuja High Court, where the supreme leader of IPOB, MAZI NNAMDI KANU is facing trial, Justice Binta Nyako has expressed her displeasure as how the Nigerian Army will invade the house of a man who is about to appear in court in three weeks time.

According to a close confidant of the high court judge, "this is never done, you never can attack a client who has a case to answer. Now he has been declared missing and am putting it on those that invaded his home to provide him before the court or I will will hands up anything about his case."

The source said that she questioned the intelligence of the Nigerian military by entering into a trap set for them, stressing that how can Nnamdi Kanu be setting a trap for Nigeria and they will be trapped in it?

She said the Army should have consulted the court first before any attack on him, as he is well educated and knows which trick to use to pin Nigeria down, and they are always trapped in.

Since the aftermath of the invasion of Kanu's residence, the international communities eyes are now beamed on Biafra, as she is gaining more sympathy.

"The Army are to provide him next in court or I hands off," Nyako was quoted as having maintained

rubbish talk. So if Kanu commits a crime other than what he was initially charged for, he cannot be arrested! Kanu commited treason when he formed an illegal army and a secret service. He can be rearrested for these offence because it was not part of the initial charge against him.

this is baldadash. Turning law on its head. These mofos are all IPoB. Are these rag tag azzes saying that an offender on bail cannot be arrested for commiting an offence more weightier than what he/she was initially charged for? An armed robber on bail commit murder while on bail. These f00ls are saying he cannot be arrested again because the armed robber is on bail and only a court of law can say otherwise. The offence of forming a National guard and a secret service where not part of the initial charges profered on Kanu. Therefore, he can be arrested and charged for those offence.

this is the bone of contention. Either you dad is stingy to you guys and himself or he is a womanizer and that is why your mum is acting the way she does. How can a man who earns 400k monthly not be able to feed his family and buy a car for himself? One more thing. This Mr Falana's statement hais not been well thought through. Borno state at present is under attack by Nigerians who call themselves Boko haram. If Falana's position is followed to the letter, it means the Nigerian Police should be in charge of arresting Shekau and quenching the Boko haram agitation because the Army has no right to deploy in any part of Nigeria and also make arrest.
People may say these are different scenario but I disagree. Nnamdi Kanu constituted an illegal army and a secret service in a sovereign soil. He also threatened to burn down the country. These issues are boyond the jurisdiction of the Police because there is a clear and present danger on Nigeria from Kanu. Kanu is not just a criminal but a subversive.

And More recently, President Buhari special advisers was sent to negotiate with Arewa youths, whose action of illegal quit notice was nothing short of treason. Even Vice President Osinbajo spoke with the so called Arewa youths.
But President Buhari has never deemed it necessary to douse tension caused by Biafra agitation with dialogue, instead he is opting for a military solution with a view to taunting the East. It's a clear case of prejudice and must be condemned. President Buhari must be called to order.
The leaders of Eastern region must make it clear to Buhari that his military actions and use of forceful languages are no longer against IPOB but against the whole of East and that he is toeing a very dangerous line. Perhaps, Buhari think that he can create Borno devastation in East in the name of fighting IPOB.
