None of them! There is no Covenant between God and America and so whatever glory American gets for itself belongs to America and it's the world. God is not glory-hungry that He desires to receive it from anyone and from anywhere. The policies of the governments of this world are not where God looks to for His glory...He instead gets what is His from who He is.

The only people God has a covenant with are the children of Israel, and no other nation or people on this planet can claim to have that position with God according to His Old Covenant. Even then, Israel's government today is not mirrored after God's Law and so is not to the glory of God. Bartholomew was the son of a royal but that no longer mattered once he came to know Jesus Christ.
Paul was, I believe a Sadducees at the time he came to know Jesus Christ.
Luke, the author of the Gospel according to Luke and the Acts of the Apostles, was supposedly a doctor too

All these men still had their skills and training when they decided instead to walk away with Jesus Christ. Today, 2000 years later, we still refer to them by their first names and not their "professional" titles.
