According to that verse, it seems God deceived people into thinking they killed Jesus. It also says a resemblance (probably an innocent person) was substituted to die in place of Jesus.

And from the best of my knowledge, God will not lie, nor will He stoop to the level of deceit to prove His power. Which question if i Allah of the Quran is the God of the bible.

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

There was argument between Adam and Moses. Moses said to Adam: You are our father. You did us harm and caused us to get out of Paradise. Adam said to him: You are Moses. Allah selected you (for direct conversation with you) and wrote with His own Hand the Book (Torah) for you. Despite this you blame me for an act which Allah had ordained for me forty years before He created me. Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said:. This is how Adam came the better of Moses and Adam came the better of Moses.

The implications of this is that :

1 ) God is devilish .
2) God is the originator of all the wickedness of this world.
3) Created man for punishment in hell for His enjoyment or for fun.
4) There is no need to worship God or serve Him because he has his agenda planned out , which we have no power over .
5 ) Adam was a victim and not a sinner for disobeying God. Since it was what what written for his destiny .

That is what Islam and Allah wants us to believe.

The Quran says if someone is caught stealing, his hand should be cut. But this contrary to what the bible imposes on the thief who is caught. The Bible demands that the thief repay what he has stolen with 1/5th.

The Bible says in :Romans 14:9 KJV

For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

God is not a God of confusion .Why would God give contradictory account of the same event to people . For what reason and why ?

In all these passages, we are told that Noah warns his people; they disbelieve in his message and God sends the flood to destroy the unbelievers. Period.

We are not told anything about how any of this, whether the peoples' sinfulness or the judgment of God, affects or affected God himself.

But if you look at the Bible's narrative, you will see a different picture :
Gen. 6:5-7 :

The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain. So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth - men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air - for I am grieved that I have made them."


Notice here that the Hebrew writers, express God's suffering by his regret in the creation of man. We are also given information on why God chose to destroy the earth.

Hence, this leave us with a question : which of the narratives is more God like with the "tune"?

It is possible for God to feel or decide to summarize the story .

If you have carefully read the Quran, and compared the nature of the God in bible, to the nature of God in the Quran, you see that they are completely two different personages. The God of the Quran is authoritative and only makes his will know. But this is not so in the bible. The God of the Bible wants fellowship with man. In fact the God of the bible can be likened to a story of a man in search of a lost son.

Narrated Anas:

Whenever Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) attacked some people, he would never attack them till it was dawn. If he heard the Adhan (i.e. call for prayer) he would delay the fight, and if he did not hear the Adhan, he would attack them immediately after dawn. We reached Khaibar at night.

Ibn 'Aun reported:

I wrote to Nafi' inquiring from him whether it was necessary to extend (to the disbelievers) an invitation to accept (Islam) before meeting them in fight. He wrote (in reply) to me that it was necessary in the early days of Islam. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) made a raid upon Banu Mustaliq while they were unaware and their cattle were having a drink at the water. He killed those who fought and imprisoned others. On that very day, he captured Juwairiya bint al-Harith. Nafi' said that this tradition was related to him by Abdullah b. Umar who (himself) was among the raiding troops.

Hadith

Narrated Humaid:

Anas bin Malik said, "Whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) went out with us to fight (in Allah's cause) against any nation, he never allowed us to attack till morning and he would wait and see: if he heard Adhan he would postpone the attack and if he did not hear Adhan he would attack them." Anas added, "We reached Khaibar at night and in the morning when he did not hear the Adhan for the prayer, he (the Prophet ) rode and I rode behind Abi Talha and my foot was touching that of the Prophet. The inhabitants of Khaibar came out with their baskets and spades and when they saw the Prophet (ﷺ) they shouted 'Muhammad! By Allah, Muhammad and his army.' When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw them, he said, "Allahu-Akbar! Allahu-Akbar! Khaibar is ruined. Whenever we approach a (hostile) nation (to fight), then evil will be the morning of those who have been warned."

Allah SWT said:

"O Prophet, urge the believers to battle. If there are among you twenty [who are] steadfast, they will overcome two hundred. And if there are among you one hundred [who are] steadfast, they will overcome a thousand of those who have disbelieved because they are a people who do not understand."

God did not tell us to follow the footsteps of Solomon .
I don't think Solomon would make heaven . Why did I say this. God warned the kings of Israel against marrying more than one wife :
